I walked in without an appointment and Cliff was able to get my car serviced within an hour. The prices are reasonable. The staff are kind and highly skilled with working on foreign vehicles.

Overall, been a chore dealing with these people.
1st time going, things went well. Price was fair. Work done well. Had an issue with motor accelerating on its own when in neutral.
2nd time, they said they’d do my motor mount replacement. Had me drop my car off, and proceeded to let it sit there for multiple days and not updating me, only to find out they had to order the part, and leaving me without a vehicle and no knowledge of what was happening.
3rd time, I reached out for an estimate of a oil filter housing replacement, and they said they’d follow up with me. Multiple emails and 6 days later, I still havnt heard back with a quote or any useful progression related information. I’ll likely just be doing it myself, as I’d have likely had it done already if I had from the get go.
Word to the wise, maybe look elsewhere for your work as these people don’t seem to keen on wanting to do it.
They made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked into the place and explained my problem They fixed my BMW and made the light go away I will be taking my car there for all future maintenance
Great repair shop for your European car, they identified my problem, worked with my warranty company and completed the repair. Very professional and great communication. I will definitely come here again in the future!

My experience with this shop was absolutely stellar. Their estimate was dead-on and they had my vehicle back to me the following day. They kept me posted on their progress every step of the way. If you own a Euro in the area, you'd be foolish not to use them for service. I won't go anywhere else.
I originally went in to get my car a state inspection. My car didn’t pass the inspection, when I went to go pick up my car the person that was helping me said that he’ll send the estimate on what’s wrong with my car. I left and then realized 3 hours later I still haven’t got anything for the info for my car. So I went back in to double check how the info will be sent so I can see if can get my car fixed before my tabs expire. The person I spoke with once again said that he’ll send the information to me by the end of the night. He did not, I couldn’t reach back because it was Friday and they’re closed on the weekends. So I called Monday morning once again the owner said that he’ll send the info to me by the end of the night, and once again he did not send me the information. I called this morning and had to leave a voice mail I know for a fact they won’t answer.I totally understand things get busy but once you say you’re going to do things by specific time, then I expect things to get done by a specific time. I genuinely just want to know the honest truth of if they will actually send me the information because at this point it feels like they didn’t even look at my car in the first to give the info anyways. I’m not asking for them to fix my car just simply to send the information for me to get my car fixed and so far they have failed.

Started using these guys maybe 1 year ago or so. They have worked on my TT and my Q7. I even have them do some work for my MDX. These guys are really awesome! Love to work with them and they save you a lot of money rather than going to the dealer. They have fixed a lot of weird stuff on my TT, appreciate the time they put into making sure the vehicle is working like expected.

Showed up with a used bmw with a check engine light on, asked for a tune up. I was recommended to do a full diagnostic which I’m happy I did. The guys found everything a fixed it and gave me a fair price I would recommend this shop to anyone and everybody. I was on my way to Newport RI from PA and discovered a coolant leak. They fit me in immediately and determined i had a leaking water pump seal. Given the age of my car, they called a local dealer and determined my pump was under warranty. They offered to do the repair if i wanted.
I can not stress how impressed i was with their honesty and professionalism. Very impressive shop.
I appreciate the super friendly yet professional atmosphere of the shop. They provide no nonsense, efficient service, and I’m pretty sure that they kindly dusted my panel board and seemed like they shined my front seats up a bit. Just was fresh and nice when I got back in to drive home.
I was having problems with my 2013 BMW 328iX. The guys were able to accurately diagnose and repair the issue. It turned out to be the turbocharger in my car that went bad. The car is now running like brand new. And Cliff, the owner is a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend them.

Eurotek did an AMAZING job on my timing chain. I showed up with an “Engine Fault Workshop” error and some amateur article about it being a wiring harness. Thankfully, they do their own troubleshooting and it’s better than mine. They were honest about the work that it needed and considering the nature of the job, quick and efficient. The car runs better than it has in 3 years. They even sent me photos of before and afters when I asked. I’m glad they were recommended to me for this job.
