When I went to look for a car in February 2024 Tim was very nice and the process was easy. I got my first car from there and I did not know how to throughly look at the car and pick the second car I saw. A couple months later i started to have issues and I messaged the other guy at car mart and he never responded so I looked for a garage on my own. I had to spend more than 1k to get it fixed. My warranty didn’t cover anything even when Tim said I had a great warranty. More problems came and I had to spend more money to get it fixed. Then I just found out I have a blown head gasket and my catalytic converter is bad when I haven’t even had my car for 2 years. I blame myself for not researching ahead of time on how to inspect a car you are going to buy but you should not be selling cars that have so many issues a couple months later. I still owe 8k and barely have the funds to fix it. It’s upsetting and disappointing. This is my very first car I worked so hard to get on my own and just for it to be a disaster. I just feel helpless at this point.
I bought a 2015 jeep wrangler jk 5 months motor went i been telling tim from day one that the jeep keeps overheating yet to call me back to take care of this stay away he will send you to a place in Easton for a inspection it had a bad ball joint clicks when u turn stay away far away
We bought a car here over the weekend. We we're looking for a third row SUV (not minivan) and there were quite a few to choose from. They seem to have a lot of great options for anything someone might be looking for. It was such a smooth process! I was expecting hours of back and forth, but they made sure it was as quick and painless as possible.
2 years later and my transmission went... apparently nissan pathfinder are known for that, but still not happy with my experience. We put thousands into this car for multiple issues after purchase. It shouldn't have passed inspection. Also, they waive credit card fees if you give 5 stars.

Don't trust them or their cars.. the repairs i had to do in the first year were worth more than the car. now stuck in a 17k loan for a 3k vehicle that's on its last legs, same with another person I know who bought there.... had to edit due to reply.. I never had the car "checked out" it died on me days after purchase i was told I had a warranty which I didn't the shop they had me send it to kept it for days with zero result other than breaking my glove box for some damn reason. I had to spend so much money just to keep it on the road to get to work I was unable to make the first payment that financially I would easily have been able to make but after replacing the first of three calipers needing replacement one CV axle that completely failed, among other issues. What a joke.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY SALE YOU BAD CARS! And pretend to fix em ! They sale you LEMONS ! I have bought a car from them had to repair it right off the back within two months , now my friend went there just bought a car and is already having issues with it. there should be no issues in a car you just bought , no excuses . I would highly recommend going somewhere else for buying a car , no matter what your situation is or how bad your credit is you should get your moneys worth save yourself the hassle this place just wants to make their commission and take your money !
The customer service and the concern and caring and considerate people that work here, Tim and his staff went above and beyond to help us. I cannot even describe the words of kindness that they showed myself and my son. About a month ago I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta from here. I needed it because i totaled my previous vehicle and i told the dealer ( I believe his name was Tim) that and i also mentioned my budget. He helped me find the car and made it work out perfectly for my budget. I use the vehicle daily and it has given me 0 problems so far, only problem is I am still waiting on the official PENNDOT title in the mail, I will change my review to a 5 star once I receive that.
Came in to look at a car that didn't work for us.Tim just nonchalantly said ,"do yourself a favor and test drive this 2013 Honda."

Went here to purchase a new car for my 70 year old Aunt, and as someone who as a younger man rushed the car buying process I went into this wanting to make sure she got the best deal and a car that would be reliable. The manager understood my viewpoint about wanting to get a mechanics approval of the vehicle and let our personal mechanic give the car a look over. Overall, the service all around was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend Car Mart 100%!

Car Mart called me because they had got my info online. They knew I was looking for a new car. Most of the time I go to the bigger dealerships, but not this time. I went to see what they had. I was surprised that they had just what I needed, the car was a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder with only 16,000 miles on it, a remote start and they was able to get me low monthly payment. The guys both took time to help me and they were quick and very friendly. Thank you Car Mart for giving me just what I needed. Keep up the good work.
