After getting ridiculously overcharged and told more work needed to be done than was necessary, we came here for a second opinion. Ed was able to help us out, get what needed to be done to make sure the car is safe on the road, AND worked in our budget. I’m thankful for the honest employees here!

We brought our car here after a different location, Ed really helped us out! He was able to work with us and our budget while getting all the work done to safely have our car back on the road. I do not often take the time to leave good reviews but this absolutely warranted taking the time to do so.

Amazing service! First of all, I went to the wrong location and they still got me in for two services. They quickly diagnosed my issue and brought me out to show me the issue, full transparency. I just sat and read my book, nice quiet atmosphere. Also there was an unreasonable, hyped up customer spewing rude comments (for no good reason, just being silly) and these guys were so calm, patient, and professional. Will always come here!

Ed was respectful and patient, I went on a Thursday night for drop off and they don’t close till eight that day so that was super convenient for my busy schedule . I would recommend this spot. They even had a nice waiting area to sit while I waited for my Uber. Friendly staff

After just getting brand new tires (for my 2011 pathfinder) installed by a major retailer, I woke up to a flat tire! How!? I only drove the suv back from the service and parked it in the garage. It has been snowing quite a bit these last few days and I thought I had a nail already. It was a Sunday and I thought I would have take the time to fix it myself but I had so many errands to run. I then looked to see if any tire repair locations were open. I found Mavis open... on a Sunday?! And a holiday weekend?! I called and spoke to a representative and he told me to bring it right in. And soon as I got there, also without an appointment, the rep Larry was able to get my car into a bay right away! I was only in the waiting room for a few moments, as more customers lined up for service, and just like that, the issue with the tire was diagnosed and corrected. The technician found that the valve core was leaking. The front desk rep Larry began processing the transaction and to my surprise, the service was on the house! This could have easily set my day back by a few hours but these guys went out of their way to get me back on the road without delay. Much respect to Larry and the technicians at this location!

Larry was terrific at front desk, extremely knowledgeable about Tires. Dustin in the shop was also very diligent and provided good insight to maintain and care for vehicle. Highly recommend the service.

Joe was amazing! Sweet, prompt, helpful, and competent. Made our could-be terrible day so much better. Excellent experience. Tire replaced same day, maybe in less than an hour?? Also, the man with the long beard was just as wonderful. Shared his pack of gum with me which is way above and beyond.

Great expierence. Had some concerns about my tires and they checked them over for me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I dealt with Larry Haines and he was very professional throughout my experience. He had the service tech look over my truck for potential problems and then gave me estimates to fix them with no pressure to get the work done immediately. I was in good hands, thanks Larry!

Visited Mavis Tires by Weis two days in a row—once for a standard inspection and the next for a tire. The staff took the time to explain my options clearly and let me decide with absolutely no pressure. They were honest and helpful, and ultimately didn’t charge me so I could return to the original place where I purchased my tire. Friendly team, professional service, and reasonable wait times. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with one of my value stems. I scheduled an appointment online. Larry called me shortly after and asked what the problem was with my tire. I explained the issue and he said to bring it right out and he would take a look at for me. I took my vehicle to Mavis and Larry fixed my valve stem issue. He didn't charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service from Larry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mavis again in the future.

I recently had my tires replaced and my oil changed and I am very happy with my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. It was a stressful day and I had slid off the road from the snow on my way to my appointment. I received a phone call from Joel to check in because it was after 3 and I was able to let them know I would still be in after I was pulled out of the snow. I was told now rush. And they still took care of my car. I would definitely recommend this might as to all my friends and family A+

Larry and all the people working on my car were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. Everyone was extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back for future repairs.

Came in to schedule an alignment and they were able to take my vehicle in immediately. Whole process took approximately an hour. All employees were very kind and knowledgeable.

i needed an oil change and didn’t have time to book at my regular garage. The guys here got me in right away, pointed out a few maintenance concernst that’ll be coming up shortly, they weren’t pushy about getting the work done right away for the sale. Price was fair and service was fast.

Returning custmer here for Inspection, brakes, lights. They're honest, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Larry is friendly and was able to accommodate me without an appointment, and the wait wasn't long at all. My go to place for all of my vehicle needs.

This facility is always very accommodating and professional. The staff there is very friendly and Moe specifically has gone above and beyond for customer service on multiple occasions. I stopped by because my tps indicator was on and I wanted to get it checked. Joe was AMAZING as he checked the pressure in all 4 tires, topping them off as needed and explaining how the cold effects the reading. He discovered that 1 tire needed a valve replacement. He was thorough and got the problem fixed quickly. I cannot express enough how wonderful these guys are at this location. I will be returning for all of my tire needs. Thanks again!!!! ?

Great repair shop!! Great location right on 209 in brodheadsville you can not miss it. The service manager and counter people are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
