My car was finished almost a week before the original estimate which saved me a couple hundred on the rental car. I got regular updates by email and text as well. They guarantee all of their work and dealt with the insurance for me. They also did a light detail job on my car so it was looking great! All in all I was very happy with them.

Everyone was so great, I used them after a car accident! I had to get a new front bumper, headlight fixture, fender, and they had to paint my door due to chipping (the paint match was perfect and I have peral white with sparkle flakes which isn’t the easiest to find) They had for about 11 days total, was able to fix everything while calling me to give me updates which I appreciated so much and even got it done a day earlier than estimated! I always go here for any repairs I need, it’s really nice to have a good local shop that I trust and doesn’t give you the run around.

Wreck-A-Mend once again performed an exceptional job on my Mazda CX 30 following an accident with a deer. The hood was replaced, and the front bumper grill, Mazda Radar Cruise control distance sensors, horn, and various minor components were repaired. However, the most crucial aspect was the meticulous attention to detail, which restored the car’s appearance as if nothing had happened. The paint job is remarkable, and the overall finish is indistinguishable. The assembly was precise and flawless, showcasing Wreck-A-Mend’s exceptional craftsmanship. This is my second vehicle that I have entrusted to their services. While I hope not to encounter them again, “knock on the wood “ I would certainly recommend their services for any other repairs.

On their game! Had a bumper and left rear light assembly fixed. Communication is impeccable. Service was delightful. They made the whole process of dealing with the insurance agency vanish. They kept me informed throughout the process and my vehicle was complete when they said it would be done. They did such an awesome job on the repairs and the paint matches perfectly. Hit a deer with my car and had some front end damage. They were easy to deal with and called when they said they would. Car looks good. Would definitely recommend.

We took my wife’s Jeep Renegade here after hitting a deer and they did excellent work. You’d never know it was in an accident. Very friendly people too. They also worked directly with my insurance company, making the process much easier.

Couldn't have asked for a better job! Have taken several of my vehicles here for repairs after incidents. Always a little concerned how the work will come out after it's all said and done but with Wreck-A-Mend my worries were put to ease! Taking my cars in was easy and quick! A few days later I was told it was done and to come get it! Everything was spot on! Equal gaps, paint was flawless and even re-tinted my windows and detailed the car! You'll have peace of mind if you choose to take your vehicle here!!

Took my car here after hitting a deer. They worked with my insurance and did a fine job with the repairs as far as I can tell. It's been about 3 months. HOWEVER, there is a little plastic trim piece missing from my headlight that they said they would order. A month went by and I had to call them for an update. He said he'd check again and call me with an update. That was over a month ago. Zero communication. They got the money for the repairs and now they don't want to deal with this anymore I guess. It's really a shame. This would've been a five star review and now it's a one star over what's probably a ten dollar piece of plastic.

They were easy to work with. They dealt directly with my insurance company, made all arrangements for my rental car. About a week after they completed my repairs, I had my vehicle back to my regular dealership for inspection, and they made the comment that they thought that you guys did a really good job.

Update as of 2022: one year later I take my car to be aligned and get new tires; To find out my back right (where the accident was) camber is damaged as a result of my accident and I’d need to go to a body shop. When I called them to see why it was never repaired, I was treated terribly-saying my insurance wouldn’t have paid for an alignment. The manager then hung up on me!! I would have been happy to pay out of pocket for the alignment if they CHECKED the tire. My bumper and back passenger end was repaired but they NEVER checked the integrity and saftey of the tire! What does the bumper protect- the back end and TIRE. It should have been common sense but I guess that doesn’t come easily. A body shop is supposed to fix anything (minus engine components) of an accident. My insurance co. Said they would have paid but it was never billed nor accessed. This is the result of a body shop, who only half repairs your car- the pets you can see, even though you TRUST them to repair all of the damages in an accident. I have been driving around for a year with a damaged camber. Reckless and irresponsible. Had both of our cars repaired here and they did such an amazing job. You can’t even tell there was an issue. They’re so nice, professional and do wonderful work. 5 stars.

Omg they are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Car came back looking better then b4. Didnt even look like a semi truck tire hit it at all. They made the car look brand new and shinny. If I ever need work done again I'll be going back to them.

This place really hopes you know nothing about what they do, and how they do it. When I asked how much would it cost to paint a bumper, their response was "you have to bring your car here to determine how much" I said that I just to paint 1 bumper, why do I have to bring the car? Them: we need to see if it needs to be blended it to other panels. Note: because bumper is plastic, it will always have a different shade of same color, and they will tell you that after it's painted and you'll complain about bumper not matching other panels. So I told them that, and person on a phone asked me to hold. After which she said that they provide warranty on their job and they cannot take an "outside bumper"... Like I'm asking them to give me warranty on the idem I bought... I just needed to get it painted, and all I needed from them is that they do a good job doing it. Anyway, if you are looking to save money, or do most work yourself, save yourself some time and look somewhere else... Would not recommend a headache over something that shouldn't be difficult.

It's the best I owned my Honda pilot for one day and someone hit me in a parking spotJoel and his team made me feel like there is still hope to find a caring person to get my car back to perfect. What a refreshing experience. They also helped with the lack of urgency from my insurance and the mail that is really off right now. The customer care is definitely a 10 and then some.

Had a $2500 fender bender with my 2012 GMC Terrain. I really needed the GMC back by the weekend (5 days). The shop said "No Problem". It was done in 4 days and it looked great. I waited 2 months to do this review - just in case. Could not be happier Great crew Great management....... Thanks

I had my car fixed there a couple years ago. A very small job after hitting a deer. I took the car back after it was fixed to show them the paint runs in the new bumper and they did not install the correct new mirror on the passenger side of the car. When I took the car back they tried to buff out the paint runs and it did not work. They needed the car for a couple more days. After fixing the bumper disaster, they could not figure out how to fix the mirror problem. It is a fully electronic, auto dim mirror with memory. After 3 days I went there to tell them I needed my car back. The secretary took me to my car (everyone else was gone for the day) she did not know if it was done or not. I took my car from the lot at that time. They still had papers of instructions on how to work the mirror on the passenger seat when I took the car. The total repair was only $1000, yet they had my car for over7 days (I was told only 2 days would be needed) and the mirror is still not the correct one. I laughed when I saw that they changed their name to wreck a mend. I figured that they were so bad they had to change their name. They certainly had the wreck part correct! I have personally directed many people away from them in need of repairs. Word of mouth is more powerful then their billboards.

One of the best experiences I've had since moving to the area. I looked around getting quotes. There are businesses that like to turn a 1-day job into a 3-day job. Not Wreck-A-Mend. Wreck-A-Mend got the job done for the best price and with the quickest turnaround. I don't know much about auto body stuff but Jim and the people there really seem to know what they're doing. Great customer service. Don't even call the other auto body places next time. Just call Wreck-A-Mend.

I just picked up my SUV that had serious damage due to a person who hit me and then ran (he was caught) Redge Sad Update: A few days after picking up my vehicle I noticed the rear window doesn’t lock and recently also noticed the door they replaced doesn’t auto lock. When I called several times never getting a call back I was told we need to take it to a chevy dealer? I agreed to do this and less than an hour before the appointment I was called by Wreck a Mend and they canceled. Also when I first dropped of my vehicle to them I put in writing that because of the hit and damage the rear window not locking now they decided that it would only be paid for if the hit caused the damage? In addition, I had to put the battery mount and battery connections together as they didn’t do this and I was stuck on the side of the road and had to fix it myself. As far as the door they replaced the lock does not work and doesn’t match the other doors. At first I gave these people an excellent review I should have waited. Like all of you I work for a living and time is money seems after they got paid I am no longer important and my time doesn’t matter to them! If this is not corrected and fixed very soon I will call my attorney and let him handle this. Warring check everything out before accepting any work from these people because after they get the money you mean nothing to them. I am extremely disappointed and angry that they don’t take responsibility and don’t hold themselves accountable therefore if I don’t hear from them very soon I will take a different direction and have this fixed and then get my attorney to sue for damages to me and my time.
