This auto store was very good, the employees were knowledgable and were able to find the part fast. I was able to get my car fixed and back to work the same day. I spent at most 10 minutes at the store. Mostly because my friend wouldn't pay attention, and kept getting side tracked. If I were alone, I'm sure it would've been closer to 7 or 8 minutes
These guys have a poor attitude and are not very knowledgeable. And I cannot remember the last time I was treated so rudely in an auto parts store, or any store. Mr. manager of this store, this reflects on you.
To those reading this, if I were you, I would avoid this store and find another NAPA or order from Rockauto.
The guy I dealt with yesterday behind the counter was a straight up jerk. He obviously hates his job. I walked out in disgust. I will however go back and get this person's name, and update.

My new first choice parts store for the area. Located super close to the other chain part-stores, has knowledgeable and friendly folks, I got what I needed when the others let me down. Not all chains are the same quality but this NAPA is top tier. Thanks Wayne for great service and being easy going.
This is a real auto parts store. Some of the options in broadheadsville are very bad.
This is a place that men can come and get real answers and opinions on parts they need.
I have been to the other places in the area and this is my first choice. Second is AZ. Mainly because of hours or part availability, advanced is a no go.
I just wish they had Sunday hours.
I love going into this little store. The guys are always helpful and don’t make me feel like an idiot girl. They have things that other auto stores don’t and if it’s not in the store they order it and get it for you within a couple days.

Stopped in last weekend and this store looks great! This Napa looks a parts store should look with a parts counter, well stocked, with helpful and knowledgeable staff! I hope this store is used as an example for other Napa locations.
