I went into this autozone this past week and we are very disappointed. I went in looking for a part for my daughter’s car, this younger man named Cole was supposed to help me, keyword supposed. He said “find it yourself” now I don’t know much about vehicles so I needed help but Cole was not help at all. Not only did he tell me to get it myself but he was so rude and disrespectful about it. I am very disappointed in my past trip to this autozone and will not be returning. I usually don’t leave reviews on places unless I am very displeased with the store and this store sure did make me regret going by myself, I usually bring my husband with me for this occasion but he was out. I would not recommend this autozone, I would resort to ordering the part online on going to a different auto part store. Will never be returning, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

Fuel tank straps for a 2011 F150 Fx4. They had them in stock. Ordered online and picked up within an hr. Could've had home delivery, but was 2 days. Great store in Broadheadsville, PA. Everyone knows their job and where everything is, which makes your visit quick, your prices are better, and everyone is friendly. There is no embarrassment going in and asking for something you have no idea what it is until you show them them part. A real friendly place.

Every-time I go into this store and purchase they give me the wrong parts (this happened 3 times now ) it cost me all types of money doing so and it’s really frustrating. I’ll be purchasing my things from rock auto from now on.

I recently had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lisa B. I was looking for specific headlights for my GT Mustang, and Lisa went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of car parts is impressive, and she guided me through the options with patience and expertise.

I only stop in here if i have no other options. The store's inventory is always off, so the computer will say they have stuff, but they dont. They dont like to pick up the phone and 95 percent of the employees are underpayed and have no idea what they are talking about. Its terrible place to work, and by extention a terrible place to reliably get parts from. Order your parts from rock auto if you have the time.

Every time I go in here, the workers are just rude and not helpful at all. I get told what I’m looking for is somewhere in the store… go find it!?! Meanwhile they’re standing around just talking to each other… I went to advance, not only were they helpful… they were very nice and gave me a coupon… sooo I guess thanks for losing my business because it saved me money.

Ecua, the store manager helped me through my battery transaction. He was very thorough in explaining which type of battery to go with . He was quick to ask if i needed other items to help get the job done quicker. Rare you have workers as devoted as Ecua. Will do business anytime im in town

Came here for a new battery. Marcus was very helpful and installed it on our vehicle. Good place!

Excellent customer service. I bought windshield wipers and William replaced them for me on my car and he was so very helpful, and I told him that my car was getting inspected the next day and he just took a look at my tires and he showed me what the difference is and how I could tell if they were getting worn out. He was very helpful kind patient and happy.

My car broke down with a dead battery across the street from this store, so I went over and asked if there was anything they could do for me. They were happy to help. An employee came back to my car to assess the situation. We then returned to the store, got the right battery, and the employee installed it in the parking lot. Great service, and I will definitely go back.

I went to AutoZone, today November 30th 2023. I went to buy a battery for my car. It is advertised that they would install the battery for you. So I asked the white tall guy in front at the cash register if he or someone can put my battery in after purchase, it would only take about 10mins. He told me no, he has no one to put the battery in. Then I said to him that this is false advertisement stating that you install car batteries. He persisted and said he has no one. I saw a black guy walking and he said that was the manager, so I then thought to myself, he's not alone he could have someone install the battery. This was not my first time being denied here. I bought headlamps from there and asked if someone can put them in, same result, I was told there is no one here to put the bulb in....please do not go to AutoZone, especially if you are not handy and don't have the tools to install what you buy. They will not help you, The guy at the front register did not even apologize for my inconvenience for customer service. I will never take my business there ever again. I will also tell all my friends and family.....SHAME ON YOU AUTOZONE FOR YOUR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

My daughter went to this store last night to purchase a battery and have it installed and was told they couldn’t do it because there was only one employee. She was told to come back today and upon arriving was told no one was there to install it. That’s just plain nasty and I will not bringing my business her ever again.

I was in good hands an kept them as my part store. And thanks for there help on building and getting my truck up and rolling again saving me some money by my discounts points rewards. .. and ASTROMAN .. LIKES TALL CANS LOL . Went with my friend for a new battery. Guy at the counter was rude. Asked if he could put the battery in the car. No, we dont have enough help. Now I seen 4 people working and there was no reason why he couldn't. He walked it to the car. Now have to get someone to put it in for her. I don't have tools to do it. Then drive back with the old battery to get $22 back. What happened to customer service. His name was Vinnie. Philip was great with us when we returned the battery. If I could give him a 5 I would.

Lee was awesome. He checked my car’s battery and emission light after I got a bad gas tank. I came in on a Friday night at 8pm.. and he solved the problem in minutes.. note to self: if it goes on it’s probably the gas tank

I called the store n spoke with Phil regarding getting oil for my car n asked him how do I know how much oil it takes? He looked up all the info I needed so I headed for the store. When I arrived Phil actually came outside n showed me how to get my hood opened, n how to check my oil. He also went above n beyond that n checked to make sure all my fluids in my car were OK. He even checked my wiper blades to make sure they were good. I told Phil that I haven't turned my AC on yet this year because I was worried it wouldn't work so he turned my AC on n it worked fine. I'm a senior citizen woman n was pleasantly amazed by how dedicated he was to alleviate my stress making sure myself n my car were safe!!! Thanks Phil for all your help!!! I would highly recommend going to this Auto Zone! It was a pleasure knowing that when I needed help, I was able to get it n then some!!! ?Great Experience!!! ???

I was the only one in the store standing and waiting for someone to help me. The girl behind the register was busy texting on her phone (as you can see on the picture) and she finally asked me to come to the register. Than she was still texting while asking me for my car informations. Disrespectful!!!!!!!

My Review is for the commercial team: I must say that the commercial department must be really proud of themselves and there outgoing customer service. From the moment I need help with something over the phone to the drivers that drop off the items! I have been dealing with AZ for a few months already and want to give credit where it belongs, Thank you Chris (both Chris) , Corey from the office for always being kind and helpful. Thank you to all the drivers (Im sorry there are a few names I cant recall) Steven, Paul and Frank for always coming in with a smile to deliver our parts. You guys are fantastic!

There was a young black man named Danta working. He seemed wonderful however what was not wonderful was his treatment. I saw a young woman with darker hair who's name I cannot recall. She was standing over him bossing him around and used what sounded to me was racial slurs, I cannot be sure. Would be 0 stars if I could. Outraged ????

Went in last night. Employee was very helpful and even asked to check other things that could be wrong with my car. Was great to go out to my car this morning and it start with no issues! Friendly and kind staff!

Every time I go in here, not one person is wearing a mask correctly. Just because you have it wrapped around your chin does not mean it is working correctly. My last experience I was met with nothing but attitude and the guy just slammed my stuff on the counter. Now I get that people have bad days and may not mean to take their anger out on customers but coming from someone who has worked in customer service for many years; this was over the top. From now on I will be taking my services up the road to Advanced where they may be a bit more pricier; they are so much more nicer.

Definitely the worst experience so far here. None of the workers were wearing masks for one. Or customers. And then when I asked for help. The employee at the register didn’t help me, and then I asked a question and got such an unhelpful answer. I went in looking for help and got nothing. Worst experience at that auto zone.

Everyones always super helpful here. Also, shout out to Neil for saving my butt and helping me jump my car in the adjoining parking lot! Def appreciate you spending the extra few minutes at the end of your shift!
