Great experience here! I was in an accident and began shopping for a new vehicle while waiting for my car to be totaled by insurance. They were super accommodating and patient throughout the process. Sabir was my salesperson in the end and I’ve messaged him a few times since purchase and he’s been super responsive. I was able to add window tints to the car as part of the purchase. Unfortunately, we wanted to add the activity hitch but couldn’t verify it was a correct fit at time of purchase so now it is on us to do at a later date. I’d freely recommend Team Toyota to anyone. Their service department is always great so I’m excited to be back working with them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this Toyota dealership, and overall, I had a positive experience. The showroom is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. They were able to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted and had it ready in a very reasonable timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The service waiting area is also excellent it is comfortable, clean, and well set up for customers who need to spend time there. The main reason for my rating comes down to the buying incentives. While they do offer military and college discounts, there are specific qualifications that must be met, and beyond that, there weren’t many additional incentives to help “sweeten the deal.” In previous new car purchases at other dealerships, I received added value such as an extended service plan for remaining loyal to the service department. I was hoping for something similar here but did not find much flexibility in that area. One concern I did have was discovering a small scratch and a ding after getting the vehicle home. In fairness, I did not notice it before leaving the dealership and waited until the next morning to call, which is partially on me. However, when I brought it up, it felt somewhat questioned rather than immediately addressed. I’m hopeful this will be resolved professionally, and my overall rating could certainly improve depending on how it’s handled. Lastly, the in-and-out process took longer than expected. While I understand paperwork and financing can take time, streamlining that experience would make a big difference. Despite these concerns, I would still recommend this dealership and service center. They delivered the vehicle I wanted, treated me respectfully, and provided a comfortable environment. With a bit more flexibility on incentives and improved efficiency in the closing process, this would easily be a top-tier experience. EDIT. A few weeks later and still no response about the scratch and ding. Calling a few times did not work just told they will get back to me. I would advise you check the cars thoroughly before leaving the showroom.

The sale was easy and better than expected, Rico was great to work with (he gets 5 stars), straightforward, and I highly recommend speaking with him if you’re looking for a vehicle. I took off one star because the wait to finalize the sale was extremely long, they need more help on the paperwork side. Despite the long day, everyone who worked there was very friendly, even got us pizza while waiting. I’d go back again for my next vehicle.

I reached out ahead of time about a 2026 Tundra SR5, Crewmax in lunar rock and specifically asked to come in to test drive that exact truck. I explained clearly that I planned to trade in a vehicle, test drive the truck, and buy it that same day if everything checked out. We arrived around 11:30am only to find out the truck I inquired about was not there. They knew this and just wanted me in the door. That was frustrating, especially since we took time off work to be there. To their credit, they tried to make it right by showing other trucks, but I was very clear that I only came in for the one I had already discussed. Eventually, they located the truck 35 miles away and offered to bring it in the same day. I appreciated that effort. However, I also explained multiple times that I had firm obligations later in the evening, including picking up my child. We went home while they retrieved the truck, and later were told the truck arrived around 4:30pm. When we returned to finalize everything, I again explained my time constraints and asked to see the truck. I was told it was still being cleaned. While I appreciate detailing, it was uncomfortable being expected to proceed without even seeing the vehicle. This created tension, and at one point it was implied that I should be more appreciative since they “went to get the truck,” even though if we had been told up front it wasn’t available, we wouldn’t have come in that morning at all. Due to delays, including waiting on service before they were closing, we ended up sitting for nearly two more hours. Employees repeatedly commented that I was “in a rush,” even though by that point it was 6:15pm and I was already late to my child’s pickup. I ended up having a breakdown from the stress and was ultimately late picking up my child. My husband didn’t get home until almost 8pm. To make matters worse, once we finally got home, we realized the brand new truck had an empty gas tank which on the window sticker, they said would come with a full tank of gas. My husband contacted the dealership and was told we should have received a full tank and that they would call back but no one ever did. We have been calling since Friday, and no one has returned our calls. The building and lot are nice, and the truck itself is great, but the overall experience was a complete mess. I honestly don’t understand what was going on that day. Buying our brand-new vehicle should have been exciting and positive, but instead it was stressful, chaotic, and left us feeling embarrassed and shamed as customers. If this issue is not resolved, I will be sharing this experience with Toyota Corporate, as I’m confident this is not how they want their dealerships operating. Would I buy here again? NO Would I recommend it? NO Very disappointing experience overall but I don’t even think they care.

I want to personally thank Janelle the service manager for handling the matter of my locking lug nuts for my SR5 Toyota Tacoma. We received nothing but fast and friendly service here at Team Toyota! Jeffrey worked hard on the numbers to make sure the deal fit my situation, and I truly appreciated his effort to make it work for me. Lauren in finance stayed late to help finalize everything and made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. Victor was also instrumental in getting me connected with such a great team in the first place. Most importantly, they helped me get out of an undesirable situation and into a great Toyota Tundra, and I’m extremely grateful for their help. I brought my truck in for service and discovered a scratch after I returned home. I immediately contacted my service advisor, who told me management would review the footage. After not hearing anything for a week, I followed up and received no response. Unfortunately, this is the latest in a series of issues I’ve experienced with this dealership. Because of the lack of communication and accountability, I will be moving the service of both of my Toyotas to Faulkner Toyota going forward.

We came in to Team Toyota of Langhorne last week. We were looking for a new vehicle and were referred to Team Toyota through colleagues. We were quickly greeted by Dan who made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking for Dan if you are in the area and able to stop in. From the very start we felt Dan made the entire process geared to servicing our specific needs. We never felt pressured or left with questions not answered. The car buying process can be very overwhelming and I can assure you Dan and his colleagues make all the difference. Shout out to Jim as well who answered all of our finance needs. I had a great experience at Team Toyota of Langhorne and couldn’t be happier with my new 2025 RAV4. After a frustrating experience at another dealership earlier that day, I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy a car that day but that changed as soon as I walked in. Alexis Formagiu was amazing to work with. She was friendly, patient, and never pushy. She really listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions honestly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She helped me get a great deal and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She completely turned my day around, and I ended up driving home in my new RAV4 that same night. If I could leave a lower review, I would. From the start the experience was horrible: Ali, the salesman, was incredibly pushy and not willing to listen. There was minimal knowledge demonstrated on the vehicles we were interested in, and his primary concern was completing the sale quickly. There was little concern to our comfort, our needs, our wants or the features of the vehicles. He was very disorganized and failed to complete seemingly simple tasks due to an assumed sense of urgency and pressure. When stating that I did not want certain features or additional add-ons, his response was not understanding or acceptance, but more pressure to agree to it right then. The initial reaction was saved by the New Cars Sales Manager, Joe, when he asked what was going on after Ali shared our reluctance to purchase something right then. Joe was great at prioritizing our concerns and our comfort, ultimately saving the deal. But since the purchase, continued issues have arisen (more to follow) and Joe had reached out to discuss, but it has been a week with voicemails and messages and no return call from Joe. After agreeing to purchase a vehicle, the finance department and Ali had us waiting in the showroom until after closing to complete our purchase. The gentlemen who assisted us with the financing of the vehicle, Michael, was helpful and efficient, directly sympathizing with the fact that we had been at the dealership for a combined 7+ hours that day. Mike quickly got us taken care of and out the door, but now that it has been nearly a month, Mike has been calling and asking for additional information that should have been addressed either at the time of purchase or immediately following. We have since received a variety of letters from Toyota financial which leaves more questions than certainty regarding the status of our funding and the vehicle purchase. The speed at which this portion was completed ultimately resulted in a slew of additional information required and stress on our part. Since making the purchase, anytime I have called to ask questions or attempt to follow up, the receptionist who answers the phone and transfers customers to representatives is rude and transfers without any warning or communication. After being referred to the dealership by people who know and trust Paul, it's incredibly disappointing to have this experience. In retrospect, I wish I had not done business with Team Toyota of Langhorne and see the absolute disappointment that this business is to the community.

It was an amazing experience, they treated me like family, especially Jeff Madison who took care of me, answered all my questions and addressed any fears I had. Incredibly knowledgeable about the car I purchased, comparisons to other vehicles and what I was looking for and all my financial options. Jeff and his team worked with me every step of the way, from the time it was ordered, built in Alabama and shipped to the dealer, signing the papers, going over all the features and driving it out the door. Jeff kept me updated every step of the way at least 1-2 times a week. Because of the care for their customers and expertise about all types of vehicles I had to take my wife there to get her car. I’ve had types of cars and trucks over the past 50 years, I’ve found the only dealer I’ll ever go to again. They are absolutely trustworthy and will take care of you whether you purchase a car from them or not. Thank Jeff and Team Toyota of Langhorne.

I had an outstanding experience with Team Toyota of Langhorne purchasing my 2026 4Runner TRD Pro, and I want to specifically call out Alexis Formagiu and Pheobe Sportelli for both doing an exceptional job throughout the process. Given how in-demand the TRD Pro is, Pheobe’s timely communication following my online inquiry was greatly appreciated and instrumental in securing the vehicle. Once on-site, I had the pleasure of completing the entire buying process with Alexis, who made everything seamless and completely stress-free. Her communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall level of service were truly unmatched, and she made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. I visited Team Toyota Langhorn yesterday not in the mood for shopping for a car but I had to due to my vehicle being unable to be repaired. My friends recommended a Toyota. One friend had located a Certified Pre-Owned car at this location with barely 2,000 miles. I was immediately introduced to Sales Consultant Jeffrey Madison. He had a sense of humor and showed me so much patience knowing my predicament. I explained I was not happy having a car payment when I owned my vehicle. But with all of my angst, Jeffrey worked with me and I purchased a 2025 Camry SE with all of the bells and whistles. Jeffrey was amazing with setting up my accounts, showing me the car functions and helping me return my rental. I highly recommend Jeffrey and this location for anyone in the market to buy a Toyota. I had an amazingly great experience buying a 2026 Toyota Camry from Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA! It started with meeting Jeffrey Garfinkel while getting my former 2018 Camry serviced at Team Toyota. I asked Jeffery to provide me with the current value of my car. He did so quickly and made me an offer to simply buy the car from me or apply that value toward the purchase of a new car. No pressure whatsoever. Several weeks passed and I started to explore online the features of the newest version of my reliable car. I called Jeffrey back and told him I would be interested in a new Camry if we could get together on the price. I asked if he would be willing to present my requirements to a salesperson of their organizations. He did so and put me in contact with the best car salesperson with whom I have ever worked- Steven Wayne. With Jefferey's help Steven and I came to agreement on a price. It was a quick and pleasant experience! When I arrived to complete the transaction 2 days later, Steven spent an incredible amount of time with me going over the features of the new car and answering all my questions. He also understood my current Camry and the new model and anticipated things that will help me more quickly adapt to the changes and allow me to operate the new car more enjoyably and safely. Additionally, I met Michael Demirjian in the finance office to complete the necessary paperwork of the transaction. working with him was also a pleasure. Start to finish I worked with high quality, professional people at Team. They made the entire experience easy and stress free and I love my new Camry!

I highly recommend Jayen Perez. He was helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the car. He explained to me thoroughly about the car and showed me their service building. I’m loving my Toyota RAV4 XLE it drives very nice. I will recommend him to anyone. I could have gotten the car a little cheaper at Faulkner Toyota in Trevose but the salesperson was very rude to me so I left and I went to Team Toyota in Langhorne and met Jayen Perez ,he was my salesman. The only thing I didn’t like was my Jeep 2019 appraisal. I only have 47,000 and was offered lower than I expected so i didn’t trade it in.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Team Toyota of Langhorne today and I had a fantastic experience. Before arriving I had a few email exchanges with Karina who was extremely responsive and answered every question I had. I asked her specifically for a quote for the full cost to drive away and what she sent me was consistent with what I was told at the dealership today. Chris was the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase and he was gracious throughout the process. I never felt forced or pressured to by any of the add-ons he showed me, and the process start to finish was one of the most efficient car buying experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have dealt with a lot of dealers and Team was certainly at the very top of my list in terms of professionalism and being helpful.
