This Place is Horrible,I ordered some tpms sensor and was charged for them .Got there to pick them up and they were never given to me because the price was wrong or something .Place should have honored them since i had already paid for the order ,I will never go back again !!
Oh wow, my first time in the house and I surprise everybody that’s nice outside inside you started with the all employees they talk nice to me and full service. What can I say? I can lie now cause everybody that’s nice thank you so much.
I needed a part that was pretty hard to outsource online and even locally, tried all the common auto part stores and no one carried it to be honest. As a home mechanic I was frustrated that only the oem dealer had the part and it was about 900$, they were kind on looking with me for the correct part as there were 3/4 based on trims and engine setups and that one ordered online from another place was wrong ones as well ( even using vin and other search methods) but they help me sort everything out and had the part in 2 days and was ready for pick up. Honestly they won me as a customer.
Please teach your drivers what is appropriate especially while in a work vehicle. Your driver just parked out front of ShopRite in Fairless Hills in the fire lane, in front of the handicap/cart ramp so no one was able to use it properly for at-least ten minutes. He was on his phone speaking loudly and inappropriately and then sat in his car not moving while an employee from ShopRite was trying to use the ramp for a full cart for pickup.
Definitely the place to get all auto parts necessities. If not there at present time of call, part can be ordered. Looks like a good place to be employed at also.
I took off from work to purchase one of their delivery cars, was told they had 50 cars available for purchase, but it wasnt till spending just short of 3 hrs wait in line, out in The cold, that i found out they lied about how many cars they had available. There were only 16 cars, which were in bad shape. I had sold my Van the night before, my only transportation, cause thats how i was able to come up with money to purchase one of their vehicle's. Since there were so few cars, they had sold out just 2 ppl ahead of me in line. I got there on time and was still number 23. Even after finding that i was the 23rd in line, i was still confident I would be driving away in a vehicle. Even if everyone ahead of me bought 2 cars each, i still had a good chance t9 choose between a few cars. They are dishonest and i do not recommend doing business with this company.
I was told they would have 50 of their delivery cars available for purchase, was given a time n date. I showed up on time, was not late, and it wasnt until waiting for 3 hrs standing in the cold that i was lied to and not only were there not 50 cars available, but there wasnt even 20 cars at which sold completely out 2 people ahead of me. This is not even the worst of it, it cost me a days wage and because I trusted the info that i was given, in order to make sure i had enough money to purchase one of their vehicles i had sold my only vehicle just the night before. This experience, my experience with this company has been very disappointing, costly, and a major setback. I would never recommend dishonesty, and a company that has no respect for people in their community.
Auto parts warehouse is the go to place to go when you cannot find a part, well usually.... This time it wasn't. I was also surprised to find that they don't carry or get amsoil products, or have a little more competitive pricing on some items. In the end the staff is more helpful than most places and has better resources to find the parts you need.
Great auto parts at a discounted price. Call your orders in n ready to be picked up in a flash. Most parts available for most models in less u have a z71 special edition.
Certain employees are rude short lady long curly hair doesn't know much about working there she was very rude to other employees and the customers someone called her anna
