After making an appointment for an oil change. I was told that it would take about 1 hour to do wish is ridiculous. It took them over 2 hours to do and their excuse was they were busy. Even after making an appointment.
They went out of their way to find the gas gap for my vehicle and completed the work in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Thanks to Ken and the team!
Appointment was available same day I called, staff was friendly and helpful. I have the lifetime alignment coverage and appreciate how easy it was to get my car in for service.
I went to get an oil change. The parking lot was pretty full so I thought I would never get in . But they were honest and said it would be at least an hour and a half wait time. I had a coupon to use and it was already applied when I went to pay which I appreciated.
I went here recently for a tire change which went well until I got home and realized an extended warranty was tacked on to my bill without being disclosed to me. I called the store who offered to refund it but refused to do it over the phone which requires an hour round trip on my end. I also learned there’s an active class action lawsuit related to this practice so they know what they’re doing. Just shady, very disappointing that they attempt to take their customers money and then waste their time getting refunded. What a pain.

Call early today and they were very accommodating in getting g me in today. Arrived and dropped off car early and when the service was completed was informed immediate. Very happy with the service I received. Will definitely recommend to others.
I went there today to get my tires change they was so fast and did a great job and the service was unbelievable nice they help me out so much I am going yo come here for everything else and I lived in Philadelphia
Came into Firestone for my 9 am appt not totally prepared with all the correct documentation . Ken went above and beyond to help me fill out what I needed so I could get my inspection completed .

Firestone is the place to go for your car service repairs! They are very friendly, reasonable with pricing and when it comes to maintenance on the car they will make sure it is all taken care of! Recommended for sure
Firestone langhorne by Oxford Valley Mall. Tire was loosing air. Took it to Firestone. They fixed the tire at no charge. We're very friendly. Had almost no wait. Everytime I have come here they have been great. Always courteous and helpful.
I wish, I could rate them negatively, I took my car for tire change and alignment with appointment at 7:15, mechanic did not showed up till 8:00, gave me estimate and around 10:00 revised my estimate to 10 times of original, finally gave me my car with only tires changed at 11:00 and with many error signs blinking on my dashboard which were not there when I came in with. No one is ready to answer. Pathetic. this is the worst experience of my 50+ years of life.
It was easy to make an appointment. I did not need, but appreciated the reminder text. Your agent was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The price for the service was a good value.The service started within acceptable time of the appointment time, and completed with an reasonable time for the service performed.
I had a set of General Tires shipped from Tirerack for installation at the Firestone Store located at 777 Middletown Blvd, Langhorne, PA 19047 last March - the tires were installed on 3/21. I drive mostly local so little need to drive over 65mph. However this summer I took a few trips and noticed heavy shaking when exceeding 65mph so I booked another appointment with the same store before taking a long trip as I didn't want to have a vibration massage for 7-8 hours of driving. I planned to leave Sunday morning 8/24/25. I scheduled an alignment check, tire rotation and balancing appointment for Friday 8/22/25 @ 5:00pm but when I arrived, I was told they couldn't do it - short staffed. They called my phone earlier but I didn't see the voicemail which asked me to call the store. So I re-scheduled for 7:30am the next day.
Of course that morning I found the front right tire was flat (I had a screw taken out and repaired about a month and a half earlier at a different shop.)
I put on the spare and got to the shop on time but my car wasn't finished until after 11am. Firestone claimed that they couldn't fix the tire and offered a replacement tire.
When I left the shop, I immediately drove on a highway and the intense shaking was still happening starting now around 60mph so I went back to Firestone and was told there was nothing they could do, they had balanced the tires on the machine up to 65mph, suggested I need a force balance(?).
Not happy with this answer and had to postpone leaving on Sunday (lost a day and a payment for Sunday lodging.) I found another shop early Monday morning who agreed to check out the car - about 2 hours later they called and told me the car was now riding smoothly. Also said they could tell that no balancing was done based on the road dust pattern. Now I question whether the flat really couldn't be repaired.
I filed a complaint with Firestone customer service and they told me the store manager would call me to see what "would make it right" - I said refund my money and pay for the service that fixed the problem. The manager never called me, I contacted customer service again and they said they will have the manager call within 2 days. No call. Actually I have no desire to speak with the manager or anyone at Firestone at this point.
I've suggest to Tirerack that they may want to reconsider recommending this shop as an installer.
Horrible first time experience. Told them I was waiting for my car when I made the appointment and when I arrived. 8:15-11:15... They said approximately three hours. I walked to local stores to burn up time. I came back to find my car not moved. I asked, and they said they didn't get to it because they thought I was dropping it off. Unbelievable.... Never again.. I went someplace else.
Excellent service all around. The team was very fast, efficient, and friendly. I called to get my windshield stickers replaced on a Saturday at noon to see if I could get a last minute appointment. My car was able to be seen at 2pm and it was ready for pickup at 2:45. I didn’t stay to wait for my car, but the waiting area also looked clean.
Inconvience 1: My original alignment appt was rescheduled 1 hr before I had to be there. The reason was because the online system overbooked clients. Impossible, the scheduler is not AI. I left it the next day, Monday, and was called about 45 mins later that my cars alignment check was done at no charge. I told Jim that I schduled an alignment since I just had the tires installed my Firestone a week ago but couldn't get it done then due to the machine was down. He said he would get the car done soon as possible then. An hr later, I pick my car up and my steering wheel wasn't centered. I reschedule a return visit to get it corrected. Show up to my appt and my car was realigned. But my wheel still wasn't centered. I call back and was told that I had to take it to the Mercedes dealer for correction. Why do I have to pay two shops for one service? A simple outer tie-rod end adjustment would correct this. Which is part of an alignment. Total inconvience to me brought on be Firestone.
A1 experience this place is better than any dealership! Oil Change, alignment, tire rotation. They are fast and efficient. Billy the technician who worked on my 2021 Toyota Camry is outstanding. Make sure you ask for Billy Specifically his personality and work is outstanding! Thank you

I had a great experience today! I was able to pop in at 9:45 am and am walking out at 10:15am! I was able to take a work call in their private room during the minimal amount of time I needed to wait. Overall 10 out of 10. Will be sending everyone I know their way.
I was visiting Sesame Place from out of town with my children, and my tire popped on the highway. Firestone was able to get me in immediately and fixed my car quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of, and able to get back on the road. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this business.
Not the type of person to typically leave reviews but I just had to give a shout out to Ken and his awesome customer service. I just moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to go to get a new tire after getting a flat and the first 2 places I called made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Ken was the only person i spoke with that genuinely seemed to care and squeezed me in even though i could tell they were busy! Thanks again Ken. I know where I will be going for any maintenance going forward!
It was 6.30pm I found out I had a screw in my tire on the way back from Trenton NJ. I walked into Firestone and was immediately greeted by Ken who told me not to worry. They had my tire fixed inside 30 minutes, a huge sigh of relief left my mind. This is the place I'm coming from now on for all my cars needs. The customer service was fantastic. Try them out , you won't be disappointed.

I called yesterday to schedule a front end alignment for my truck. I was off from work for the day so I was hoping to get it done that day and they made me an appointment for 2 PM. I got there about a half hour early and they took my truck right in and my truck was done within an hour. The workers at this location are all hard working professionals. They work as a team and it shows. Thanks for doing a great job!
Wholly unfriendly and unprofessional. I waited over five minutes just to SEE an employee. The guy that finally arrived never greeted me. Never smiled. Never confirmed what my appointment was for. I had to offer my name, then he said "keys?", And that was it. The bathroom is disgustingly filthy. I'm so sorry I brought my car to Firestone. Never again.
This is what they would do to a brand new 2020 car, tires never been taken out of the car. All the rims are scratched, damaged and the manager tried denying everything saying there was no way that would've happened. They gave me a shady call about my breaks when they were about to be finished, now the rotors been sprayed with something and the car feels wobbly. They simply dont care about your rims or your car. avoid this place
