From my first contact with Reedman Toll Chevy until I drove my new Trailblazer home the process of buying the car was a very positive experience. Justin emailed information about the vehicle I saw online. Emailed an application for financing and got me the special rate over 5 years. The price was almost $5000 less than what I was finding locally. Justin kept in touch and when I finally got up to Reedmans he and the car were all ready for me. Howard handled the paperwork and did so quickly, efficiently, and explained everything that was being done. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Reedman Toll is a 2hour drive from my home but was certainly well worth it. I highly recommend checking them out before buying your next car.

Casey who sold me the car was awesome! But the whole process was too lengthy. Mainly the financing part. We filled out the application online but it didn’t really make the process any faster. But overall it was a good experience

Great experience. We purchased a used Subaru from Dylan and he was fantastic. He made the process as simple as possible. There was zero pressure on what to get, what to test drive or extra pressure to buy. We got a great deal and are very happy. We are sure the service center will be just as good and cannot wait to use this place as our home base for all maintenance

The service advisor Steve did an awesome job ordered. My tire, I guess on Friday and told me to return on Monday morning. Which I did, and the tires is fine. I do have an issue with the driver's side seat which he is aware of that. I will bring to him on Friday morning to take care of that. But other than that, I give him a 10 for his awesome job. Getting it done and getting me scheduled in. I really appreciate Steve. He's to be commended.

Had my vehicle towed in; the team did a very thorough job diagnosing and servicing the issues; Lynette and the Advisors were the best! Great experience!! Paul Durle was very pleasant, friendly, informative and made the experience of buying a car very easy! At no points did i me or my son (who was getting the car) felt we were being pressured and or rushed through the process! My recent experience with my Jeep Compass was very good. When I first called, I got through right away and explained the problem. I brought it in to be diagnosed. The part I needed was ordered and arrived quickly. I was informed to bring the car in, the women I spoke with were so friendly and nice, very personable! Work was done quickly and thoroughly. They were able to review my history to see what was already done. They kept me informed of the status of the work. My car was ready when promised. The printout showed all the work done. I’m very happy I took my car back here. It was a very pleasant experience and I trust they do great work!

I took my 2018 Durango in for an oil change and inspection. After waiting an hour and half with an appointment they showed me a photo (I requested to see the rot) saying I needed two new tires from dry rot which still have 7/32 of an inch of life. The dry rot doesn't exist. They are less than four years old. They also failed me for a loose motor mount bolt which they did nothing about. A quick turn of a wrench fixed it. When I was leaving the manager followed me to my vehicle and told me he wouldn't have failed the tires. WTH! I took it to a reputable mechanic and guess what? The tires are fine and they tightened the bolt at no charge. Reedman tried to charge me $2,000 for work my vehicle didn't need. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Took my Wagoneer Launch S to Reedmen service and was given a loaner car for a week as they serviced the vehicle. My Wagoneer was also cleaned and charged. I am very happy with the service department. Thank you for taking care of my car issues Reedmens!
