I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Reedman-Toll Chevrolet of Langhorne. In December 2025, I purchased a Chevy Silverado and added the tire and wheel protection package specifically for situations like the one I experienced this winter. After sliding on snow and ice and damaging a rim, I filed a claim under that warranty in January 2026. The claim was approved weeks ago, and yet here we are, and I still have not received my replacement rim. The lack of follow through is unacceptable. I have repeatedly contacted the service department for updates and have been met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and zero accountability. The service representative, Sherrie, has been disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout this process. I was even told the service center “closed at 5,” yet when I called at 4:00 PM I was told they were already closed. That level of inconsistency and apparent indifference is frustrating and reflects poorly on the entire department. What’s even more concerning is that no one is willing to transfer me to a supervisor or escalate the issue. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, but I’ve been stonewalled at every turn. It should not take a public review to get attention for a warranty claim that has already been approved. If you are considering purchasing a protection package here, understand that approval does not mean timely service and customer care appears to be an afterthought. I expected far better from a dealership of this size and reputation.

Terrible terrible experience with the service section at Subaru , first time my wife went for an oil change, she had an appointment and they told her it would be quick she had our newborn and toddler with her, expecting it to be something quick because an oil change doesn’t take more than 15-20 mins, they ended up making her wait for 3 HOURS!! We gave them a second chance and brought our car another time for our inspection, came on time for our appointment and told them we had to be somewhere in a few hours and were assured it wouldn’t take long, after waiting for 2 hours i went to ask how much longer and they had not even started yet and said it will be at least another hour Terrible service i will never bring my car back here and they didn’t even bother to apologize for making us wait hours after our appointment time, they cant seem to honor their appointment times or even bother to apologize for anything

Didn’t have the best experience. We LOVED a car there and we’re going to get it but was provided the wrong price. We thought we were getting a great deal. Thank God they realized their mistake before it was too late. After they realized the mistake they didn’t honor it, they only took $300 off lol … felt wrong.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with Anthony, he made the process easy and as painless as possible. Marina in the finance department was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

They offer "free" inspection and then charge you $79 for emissions. Tried to charge me $70 to replace a brakelight bulb. I bought the bulb for $1.97 and changed it myself in about 2 minutes. ***Edit: I spoke to the service manager when I came to get the truck. He didn't seem to care and was not helpful at all with the situation. Never even left his office to see what the issue was.

After having an appointment, my car wasn’t looked at for at least three weeks. Under the premise that it was still under warranty, it turns out it was not, Even though we were told originally, it was, the transmission turns out that was also wrong They suggested we get a coolant flush which we did coincidentally when we picked it up. There was a hole in the radiator which they say was unrelated. After talking to people, I’m not the first person they took advantage of

I'm a local tow truck driver who just had to drop off after hours and you're overnight gate guy who answered the phone with for the phone number that you guys have listed for after hours just tried to refuse me dropping off a customer vehicle because you guys aren't a 24-hour business so should people not take their vehicles to you guys since they can't have it dropped off after hours? Should I start telling customers and other people who are getting towed that I can't drop off to you guys because you're gate is locked? How is this treating your customers with Paramount concern? Where is the excellence?

My wife and I were intrerested in a used Subaruy Impreza that was on the Reedman website. The car was exactly what we were looking for, so we filled out the online contact form and made an appointment with Dylan to see the car at 2 p.m. on a Monday afternoon. When we got to the dealership, Dylan could not find the car. They sent two other people to look for the car while we drove around with Dylan for 20 minutes looking for it. The car was nowhere to be found. Later that day, we got a message from Dylan that the owner of Reedman had lent the car to his mother to use but did not bother to tell anyone. The owner, who Dylan said is named Bill, did nto care enough to check if anyone was coming in to look at the car. He also did nmot bother to update the delar's computer system so that it would not show up as being on the lot. The bottom line is that "Bill" wasted an hour of our time and cost Dylan a sale because he has no respect for customers or his employees. We went to Glanzmann Subaru later that day and purchased a similiar Impreza. The people at Glanzmann were easy to deal with and had the car ready for us to see when we arrived. The bottom line is that Reedman's owner does not care about customers. We will never go back.

⭐ 1-Star Review Title: Beware of “Mandatory” Warranty Scam I bought a Chevy from Reedman-Toll Chevy and was told I HAD to purchase a $1,000 warranty (Sonsio Vehicle Protection) — that it was mandatory. I questioned it at the time, and the sales person insisted, “You must take it.” I’ve since found out this wasn’t true at all — it’s not required, and other buyers were never forced into it. I already have car insurance, so why was I pushed into a warranty I didn’t want or need? To make matters worse, I damaged my bumper last week and figured, “Well, I paid for this warranty — let me use it.” Of course, paint isn’t covered, and it turns out the coverage is very limited and barely useful. This whole thing feels like a scam — pushing unnecessary add-ons to inflate the sale. If you’re buying from here, ask questions, read the fine print, and don’t let them bully you into extras. Very disappointed in the experience.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My family and I have been buying vehicles from here for 30 years at least (including 3 in the last 4 years myself). I have a check engine light that required immediate attention. I set the appointment, and they confirmed it, but when I got there, after taking time out of my work day, I was told they wouldn't even look at the truck for 2-3 days due to being backed up. Didn't offer me a loaner or anything! The light went off but came back on and I was told it would now be a WEEK before they even looked at the truck - no loaner offer or offer to pay for my rental. Instead, I was told to take it to another dealership, what a joke. So I did take it to another dealership, who were able to look at it the same day and they even offered me a ride back to work. Reedman has lost a loyal customer not just in myself, but in my countless family and friends that I have referred to them over the years. STAY FAR AWAY.

I brought my Jeep to Reedman Toll for diagnostics, and was told the issue was my ABS module. I agreed to the repair and paid nearly $500 up front after being assured the part would arrive by June 12th. That date came and went with no call, no update, nothing. When I followed up, I was told there was no ETA at all on the part. I then contacted the parts department myself and was told that the June 12th date was simply to “appease the customer” — and that the part isn’t even being manufactured right now. So in other words, they knowingly took my money under completely false pretenses. At no point was I offered alternatives, referrals, or any professional communication. When I asked about a refund, I was told I’d receive a check in 7–10 business days — so now I’m out $500 and delayed in pursuing the part elsewhere, all because of their dishonesty and lack of basic customer respect. Had I been told the truth upfront, I could’ve made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left hanging. This was a highly unprofessional experience from start to finish. Do better, Reedman Toll. 7/2 Edit: We are now on business day 12 no refund check. I called on 6/16 to request the check. Called again on the 27th to ensure it was issued as we are on business day 9 and still no check and was promised it was. Called today and was told the check wasn’t issued until this past monday 6/30. What a disgrace of a business, it didn’t take you 10 days to take my money from me, but it takes you 10 days to even send out a check? AVOID THIS SCAMMER SHOP AT ALL VOSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IT

I wish I was able to leave a no-star rating. I can't even begin to explain how this dealership is the WORST ever. In the last 9 years, I have bought / leased 4 cars from them. My most recent purchase was my 2024 Dodge Hornet (which is being leased). Bob Nieves was my salesperson who will promise you the world until he suckers you into buying a POS and reminds you that whatever you need during the course of the lease, he will be there and take care of everything . It was almost borderline harassment that after my purchase, he demanded that I quickly take the survey and to make sure that I give him 10 stars so that he can get his extra bonus. What a crock! So far, during the 14 months that I have had this car, the car stopped charging after 5 months, and I've had to have the water pump replaced after 7 months, and now something else has gone wrong - the car went into shutdown mode yesterday and is completely undriveable. Right now, my car is at another dealership sitting in their parking lot just to be diagnosed, which may not be until the later part of next week. I called my Mr. Nieves and explained my frustration... Asked for a loaner and was told NO. Really???? This is a brand-new car, and you can't give me a loaner? Haven't I spent enough money with this dealership? So now, I have this brand new car which cost me $500.00 in monthly payments and I have no way of getting to work unless I rent a car which is on an average $75 a day. And to boot, I have no idea when I am getting my car back or what the problem is with it. So, ladies and gents, this is how this dealership operates, they sucker you in, make the sale, get you to leave a great star rating, and then they stick it to you. Hey Reedman, here's a thought - Stand by what you sell!!!! Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER and willI blast this review on every single social media portal that is out there.

My wife and I have purchased at least three cars over the years from reedman toll. It doesn’t appear to be the same company it used to be. The sales process went fairly smooth, and our salesman was pleasant to deal with. But as usual at the finance portion, they tried to force the extended warranty on us, even though I requested, they not bother that we don’t want it, which is understandable. They want to make their commission, I understand that’s here nor there. When the finance paperwork came out. We were only supposed to have financed $5000 worth of the value of the vehicle. The rest we paid in cash. For some reason they put a $5900 finance amount on the vehicle which I’m sure somehow worked in their favor. Since I was ill and not feeling well, I told them to leave the paperwork as it was and will deal with the extra $900 but it seemed Sketchy. About a week after having the car home, I was in touch with my insurance company and found out they let us go off the lot without transferring the insurance onto the new car. I was annoyed by it, but took care of it myself. Luckily there were no accidents or anything, and it was just an oversight and no great harm done. I contacted the sales manager to inform him of this so that he could discuss it with his sales team to ensure it doesn’t happen in the future to others. As I explained the situation to the sales manager, he proceeded to try and lie to me blatantly and tell me that it’s my responsibility to take care of the insurance of the car, even though while we were speaking, I had in my hand the letter stating that they will take care of it, which came out of our sales package. This angered me greatly as I knew he was blatantly lying to me, and when I called him out on it, he finally admitted it stating “ I figured I’d take a gamble.” which made no sense Because I wasn’t giving him a hard time or threatening them with any action. I was just giving a courtesy call to him so he could discuss it with his underlings. It’s shocking that the actual sales manager would be this dishonest on such a minor issue when I wasn’t even raising it as a Huge offense. I don’t know why someone like this would be put in a management position, but it was extremely unprofessional, unwarranted, and absolute insult to my intelligence to try and pull this over on me. I am an experienced car buyer I know the process. Reedman Toll may want to reevaluate who they put in their management positions. If he’s willing to lie on such a minor issue I can’t imagine what he’s doing in other situation’s of greater importance. They offered four or so free oil changes on the vehicle, but I don’t know that I trust them enough to bring it there for any kind of service after this event. Good luck out there everyone watch yourselves you can’t trust anyone anymore, even on the smallest of issues

Please do not buy a certified used car from here. 2018 jeep compass and it’s been 1 thing after the next. Spoke to Eric who identified himself as the manager and he said that it’s my problem. If you’re looking for a reliable used car please don’t come here.

We've been buying cars and having them serviced at Reedman for decades. Some experiences have been positive, others not so much. This review is as much for management at Reedman as anything else. We recently brought our Grand Cherokee Summit in for service. Your service advisor Alexa, went out of her way to get the car diagnosed, have the warranty authorize the repairs, and kept us informed every step of the way. Honestly, she should be mentoring everybody else who works in the service department. She is a great example of how someone can go out of their way to make what isn't always a pleasant experience as good as it possibly can be. We will definitely be back to buy and have our vehicles serviced as a result of her good work. She is a keeper!

Horrible.60k for a truck. 6,000 miles later bowtie falls off front. Paid for black bowtie upgrade. Someone pries the old one off, broke the tabs on the grill and decided one tiny spot of panel bond would hold it on. How about replace the grill. Thieves and deceitful. They should be ashamed. Do not send me your canned response for me to contact you. How about you contact me and pay me for my time, third and last truck from Reedman’s.

Don’t waste your time going to this horrible place. My car broker made a deal with them, offered to give a down payment and they told him no need. Made an appointment to go pickup the car after my credit was pulled and I was already approved. Took off work, got day care for the kids, got the trade in detailed, and made it 1 hour in on the 2.5 hour drive to get the vehicle. Got a call saying they sold the car on Thanksgiving. What a lie. They’re a rip off. Find a better dealer because this place is clearly not for the customers. They’re selfish and liars.

I give a 0 star rating On November 1, I took my car for service as the 4WD light turned on. I was told I needed an axle shaft and it would need to be ordered since they did not have it in stock. The ETA for the part was 11/11. I was concerned about driving a car with a faulty axle so I called my brother and he told me my car was not safe to drive. We then both talked to the service manager at Reedman (Had my brother on speaker phone). The service manager called the tech who diagnosed my car and said it was a sensor on the axle that went bad and my car was safe to drive. My brother again questioned the sensor as he did not believe there was a sensor on the axle but the service manager insisted their was. I then drove off in my car thinking it was safe to drive. I called back on the 11th and was told my part was not in and was told it would be in mid that week. I called that Friday and was told Jeep kept pushing back the delivery date and now the ETA was the following week. I then called Jeep to see if they could expedite the part. When I spoke to the Jeep case manager a few days later he confirmed the part was in. He called Reedman and he was told the part was not in which did not make sense because he could see the part was delivered to Reedman. I then went to the dealer that day and spoke to the service advisor and he told me the depot they get the parts from was closed and they had to get it from another depot. Hence why the ETA was now 11/26. When I asked him if they can call another dealer, his response was that they checked but it seems a lot of people are having the same issue since the other dealers did not have the part. Meanwhile I take my car to another dealer and told them the situation. They confirmed the axle does not have a sensor. After they diagnosed my car, it turned out I needed both front axles. They reserved a rental for me and my car was fixed by the next day (yes they had both parts). They also sent me a video which you can clearly see the faulty axles. I was driving an unsafe car for weeks. I cannot believe the folks at REEDMAN allow their customers to drive around in an unsafe car and outright lies to their customers. Thank goodness nothing happened while I was driving with my kids in the car. I wonder if they gave the part they ordered for me, under warranty, to another customer while I was driving in an UNSAFE car. This is not the first time they have done this to me. I will NEVER take my car to Reedman again. Not even for an oil change. I would rather inconvenience myself and drive a few extra miles for service. They lost my trust and business

My Jeep sat in their parking lot for 2 days before they started it up. It was there for an auto start light failure. Problem was dead battery. Then they wanted to charge me $600 for the battery and labor. Never addressed the auto start failure. I laughed at them then told how unethical it is to charge a customer $600 for a battery. I drove right to Auto Zone battery was $200 and they install it for you in the parking lot. I recommend Chapman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Horsham costumer service is top notch and they diagnose your vehicle same day.

If possible, I would give a negative five rating. My experience there was in one word, unacceptable. My vehicle was towed to the jeep service center due to multiple dash indicators displayed, causing my vehicle to stop operating. Less than a year prior to this occurrence, I paid $2400.00 dollars for the same issues at the same service center.The person I spoke with Alexa who said the price for the transmission alone was $3000.00 in addition to anything else to be determined to be required. I requested a detailed list of all parts and labor costs to resolve the problem. My vehicle was there three weeks and noone there made any effort to provide my request. I told Steve to disregard any work scheduled for my vehicle. While collecting my vehicle, I was given a bill for $272.95 . This after being informed not to do anything to my vehicle including any diagnostic checks that went undone for three weeks. Like I said, UNACCEPTABLE.

Bought my 2019 Subaru Legacy here on Saturday. Noone was pushing me to buy. Lots of pre owned cars to choose from. Took alot out to test drive, man knew about the vehicles. I recommend this place to everyone. Tell your Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, neighbors and your boss about this place. Totally awesome.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR SUBARU SERVICE. For the record, I have been a customer at this dealership for over 6 years and have had small issues with service over the past 2 of those years. They do not perform service in a timely manner (do not meet promise dates) and more importantly do a poor quality work on your vehicle. I brought my car in for a recall and an oil change, was given a chevy loaner car because they were all out of Subaru's. They promised that my car would be ready in 3 days and it took over 10 days. They didn't put enough oil in my car, so when I went to put more oil in my car, I lifted the bonnet(hood), only to find a dirty shop rag and a loose O-ring still sitting on top of my engine. Not acceptable.

Update: 1/25/19 - I received a response to my review and decided to reach out to Lhia again. I did so on 11/7/18 and since it was close to many holidays I was not expecting a response right away. It has now been over two months and I still have not heard back. This seems to reinforce that she just ignores incidents that she does not want to deal with. I do not see a need for me to return after being ignored twice after being asked twice to reach out. I received a text from a manager, Lhia Garrido, on August 13th asking if my experience wasn't a 5 start rating to please let her know. I thanked her for reaching out let her know that the department that serviced my car did a great job with the inspection piece as it was quick. (rating of 5) On the other hand, the people that detailed my car did not give me the same service. The first thing I noticed when I got my car back was that my IPhone USB charging cord was gone. I walked back into the Service department and they, for the most part, couldn't help other than make a call. I chalked that one up as a gift to the people that did the work. Then as the week went on and I was looking around I noticed that it looked like the people just wiped down my car and did not detail it to the level that I assumed. I was told that the "Complete Detail" package was what Reedman Toll would perform on a car they were getting ready to resell. After looking my car over I could not believe that Reedman Toll would sell a car with the service I received. Please see the pictures that I have posted. You will see that they did not thoroughly clean the leather around the gear shift, as well as the leather around the emergency brake, there is also places near the seat belt latch and it appears that they broke or knocked loose the passenger side windshield spray nozzle. To be honest I just stopped looking because the more I looked the more I found, but the outside looks great!

I dropped my Ram 1500 off the night before my appt. for wheel balancing and front wheel alignment and was told by the service rep when he called the next day that they wouldn't do the work because they were afraid they might damage my aftermarket rims. So I made the trip up from Philly for nothing. What difference does it make what kind of wheels are on my truck? I've never had damage to any of my wheels from service technicians. Are they that reckless when handling wheels? I ended up having a well known auto repair chain do the work with absolutely no problems. I guess that means Reedmans won't be able to inspect my truck either. Also, I am still waiting for a call to tell me my warranted part has arrived, which they ordered 2 months ago. In addition, when I dropped the truck off a couple months ago because the cruise control would only work some of the time, I was told there was nothing they could do about it because it just so happened that when they got the truck, the cruise control was working. Furthermore, they did recall work on the cruise control which they said would correct the problem, and it didn't. So now i have to stop my life and run up to Reedmans the minute the cruise control is not working because they said its the only way they can fix it.

Ross and Eric went above and beyond to help me out of a very upside down auto loan. I may not have gotten what I wanted, but they put me in what I needed to help me get what I want in 3 years, with the lease of a Jeep Cherokee Limited fully loaded with a major plus of a moon roof.
