Their customer service sucks. I came during the rain, they wouldn’t change my battery. I came back the next morning. They didn’t have the middle tier battery so the did give me the better battery at the middle tier price. However, Clearly there before the other woman who also needed a battery. Paid for mine first and Anthony did her battery first…. Perhaps because she was younger and cuter
Took a trip to auto zone for assistance with my sons bike met with Vince the store manager he couldn’t have been more helpful he assisted us in every way possible I highly recommend this auto zone in fairless hills you will be highly satisfied.Thank you again Vince for all your help it was greatly appreciated.

Today, I accompanied my daughter to your store in Fairless Hills Pa on. The kindest and most attentive young man helped her. He saw her struggling to see what size wiper blades she needed and asked her if she needed help. Yes, he offered before she even made it inside the store. Not only that, we had to run home for a minute and she asked if she could come back & then get his help fastening them in place. Luke happily obliged. He saw us return and as he successfully handled business with another customer, he recongnized her return and said he'd be right back. He was so kind & efficient & GOOD at his job! Goodness needs to be recognized, I had to leave this review! It's hard to find customer service as excellent as we experienced today. Autozone, please treat this employee well! He represented your store with the utmost of respect & stellar customer service, he's a real gem!

Needed batteries for my cars key fobs. The gentleman I called first to check if they had. I got there and they got the batteries and installed the batteries for no extra charge. The price was very reasonable. Thankyou so much for your help!!
this autozone sucks. no one talks to you to begin with. this is the 3rd time i came into the store and they didnt have what i was looking for. my advice, go to the one in bristol by robs towing. they at least give a shit. 2, the customer service is so depressing, I could literally WAWA the place, and they don't seem to care (walk away with anything). im never coming back to this dump, especially since advance just opened across the street.
AutoZone had everything I needed to get my car looking brand new. From cleaners to wax and accessories, it was all in stock and easy to find. The staff pointed me in the right direction and made the trip quick and smooth. Definitely my first stop for car care supplies.
I’ve never had a good experience at this AutoZone, and today was no different. I came in with my father to buy new wipers for both the front and back of our car. We were hesitant to return because the last time we were here, they falsely accused my father of stealing. However, he thought maybe things would be different this time.
We selected our wipers and went to check out. There were two employees at the register when we walked up, but as soon as we got there, they both walked away to the back without acknowledging us. Not a greeting, nothing. I noticed a self-checkout machine and decided to just use that since no one seemed interested in helping. As soon as we started checking out, one of the employees, an older man named Jim, suddenly appeared and asked if we needed help. I told him no since no one helped us earlier, so we just used self-checkout.
After the transaction, no receipt printed. When we asked for one, Jim struggled to get it from the machine and eventually told us, “It should be on your phone, so you should be good.” When we insisted on getting a receipt, he said, “If you have any problems, just come back and ask for me—I’m Jim.”
Well, not even three minutes later, we realized the wipers didn’t fit and had to go right back in to return them. My dad went toward the wiper section, but I told him to go straight to Jim because I didn’t want a repeat of last time when they accused him of stealing for walking in with an opened product.
We find Jim, and suddenly he acts like he’s never seen us before. I tell him we were literally just in there and need to return the wipers. His response? “No problem! Do you have your receipt?”
At this point, I’m frustrated and remind him that just moments ago, he told us he couldn’t print one. Instead of acknowledging that, he starts blaming us for choosing the wrong wipers, saying that we should have asked for help in the first place—completely ignoring the fact that we were ignored at checkout.
We did finally get a refund, but this whole situation could’ve been avoided if they had just done their job from the start. This place has the worst customer service, and every visit is a hassle. If you care about being treated with basic respect as a customer, go somewhere else.
Headlight bulbs listed for $35 on the website. In store they are $48. Only way to get the price is order online and have them pick it from the shelf. Terrible business model. And the only explanation is "online prices are competely separate from the store"
This locations is always a test of patience. Whether being provide different parts than what was ordered, being met with customer service representatives who do not want to be there and have no issue expressing that through their service or, most recently, just being flat out ignored when attempting to check out - apparently being there hours earlier or having a question and being checked out immediately after both are VIP tickets to express checkout.
After today’s last trip, I checked on the construction of their competitor across the street. Goodbye autozone - miss you never.
Thanks to Mr.Vincent I was able to get my car back in the road. He is very experienced and has great customer service. I will be coming back to this location.
I needed a headlamp bulb for my Chevy Sonic. Not only did they have the bulb in stock, they made sure that I picked out the moderately priced version and then installed it for me for no charge! What a great way to start a Monday! Thanks guys!

Customer service here is horrible walked in with two battery terminal ends that i needed and Stephanie said we ain't got that but you can go check on the wall . When i kindly asked for her to look it up by my year make and model she was clearly annoyed. I will never go back and I am a mechanic always needing parts would rather spend more money and be treated correctly
Excellent customer service! Walked in needing a passenger side windshield wiper, and Wes helped to take care of it right away. Even came out to help measure the windshield on our car, installed the new one, and made sure it worked before letting us leave. Will definitely be back next time we have any car trouble!
Some of the guys (employees) at the store are helpful, however, they barely have anything in stock, and when you order something it's never there when promised. When you call you get placed on hold for long periods of time and then eventually they hang up on you. If you have to use Auto Zone, I recommend Morrisville location.
Called Fairless Hills store and was on hold for 7.5 minutes before I hung up. I've been in the store when one man waited the counter while 2 men were b s ing. They would not answer the phone. They need to crack down on the b s ing and try customer service. I called their competitor instead.
My mother was in the store on Monday Feb 12 to get a bulb for her car. A lady who came in before her asked for help finding something and he told her what aisle it was in and a few minutes later she told him she couldn’t find it and asked if he could show her. He said he isn’t a personal shopper so she left. Then my mother asked where the bulb was and he told her what aisle and she asked where and he told her the last 4 foot section and to look for the number. Needless to say she left too and went to Advanced Auto and the girl got the part for her. Since when don’t your employees show customers where things are if needed. That is very poor customer service.
The female on duty today around 3 pm was very helpful. When I returned 5 minutes later the older male was not helpful at all and would not help me find the part that I needed. Next time I will go elsewhere!
Thanks to Bobby H. He helped me select the correct wiper blades for my car which was different than what the book provided and found the right rear wiper blade which was not listed in the book. He also quickly (5 minutes or less) installed them for me.
I was in an emergency pinch with my vehicle today and I was welcomed with nothing but help and kindness with the manager Erica. I truly appreciate the customer service. Erica went well above and beyond with helping me and I just want to thank you with this 5 star review.
Just visited this store to replace my wiper blades and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. A gentleman who said his name was John L for “likable” offered to install the blades for me which I say was a “lifesaver”. I offered John L a tip in which he refused so the least I could do is leave him an excellent review. Thanks I will for sure recommend your store in the future !!
I went to the store to get a spark plug for my mower. The young lady behind the counter was having a hard time finding the plug, my plug was a champion and AZ has a different replacement brand. She asked the manager John L for help, he yelled at her and said "she has to learn how to do it herself", he continued to rant and belittle her saying "he was tired of it".
Eventually she found the plug and she apologized, I said no big deal and told her she was doing her best. I asked where the manager was and she said John was the manager, I shook my head and started for the door. He then started yelling at me saying "I didn't understand" and he was tired of her. He continue to yell at her and me both. It took all the patience I had for me to not jump the counter.
I have never seen a retail store manager so unprofessional.
Never again. Advance Auto is a mile away and they will never treat their customers so badly.
