Bought a car. Transmission went in 2 weeks. I called and they were very rude about what was happening. Then the owner tells me they put in a used Transmission without disclosing this information when purchasing the vehicle. 2 weeks after they fixed the problem the radiator went. I called to explain to them what happened and they said "oh well you bought a used car" never ever will I suggest this place. Only but problems and the workers are beyond rude and the owner is not attentive to any problems.
Stay Away – Misleading and Unprofessional
I had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a 2015 Chevy Equinox from this dealership.
I was told the vehicle was inspected, in good condition, and would not need any work other than an oil change in 5,000 miles. I was also told it did not have an R title and that previous accident damage was minor, no structural damage. The car was covered in snow at the time of viewing, and I was not allowed a test drive unless I purchased it.
After signing the paperwork the snow was cleared, I immediately noticed paint damage that had not been disclosed. I was told it was “as is” and that I was responsible. I was also told they would take care of a missing spare tire and they gave me a spare from a different car on the lot.
After purchase, I discovered the car had no inspection stickers. When I took it to my mechanic, the car needed front and rear brakes, front rotors, and a wiper blade, just to pass inspection. The car also needed an oil change and the tires were rotated due to a vibration felt while driving. Total cost: $934.12, directly contradicting what I was told before purchase.
The car was advertised with a remote start, but the key fob provided did not support it. A replacement key costs $185.50.
Communication after the sale was poor. Calls were not returned, responsibility was denied, and I was pressured to tell my loan company the issue was resolved when it was not. The final offer to resolve everything was $400, despite total costs exceeding $1,500. Corporate doesn’t respond to emails either.
This dealership misrepresented the vehicle and was unprofessional once the sale was complete. I strongly recommend people to staying away.
Worst place to get a car I’ll tell you why:
I just bought my car August 29th. Within the past 1 month my car has been serviced on 3 different occasions for 2-5 days each time. I had to tow the vehicle, and when I demanded a refund because it was within the first 30days of purchase, they denied me and said that they have a policy in the contract of no buy back, meaning you cannot get a refund. Now I’m either debating to trade in my vehicle with this same trash dealership, or just fix it myself at this point. All I have to say is don’t buy a car from them, you’ll be trapped in a 360 deal and I bet you the owner will respond and say “we fixed your car for free every time something went wrong.”
If that was the case why is my check engine light back on after you guys “fixed it” 3 times in the same month. B and D Auto is a scam.
We worked with Patrick on purchasing our son's first car. Great atmosphere, car knowledge and an amazing experience. We will be back to purchase another vehicle for our other son.
This is my second vehicle from B & D Auto, and I couldn’t be happier. We had a small setback on a repair, but Patrick and James took great care of us and even provided a loaner. That kind of service is why I came back a second time. Loving my new SUV—highly recommend B & D Auto!

DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a vehicle and as soon as I drove it off the lot, check engine light came on, brought it back, 3 days later, told me "all is fixed", drove it off lot, not even 5 min. later, light came right back on, brought it back, this happened 3x, final time I was driving and car started making weird noise, brought it back, was told it's the turbo, ok, so they gave me a loaner after begging and pleading with them bcuz I had no other means of transportation. I had not yet made a payment yet, kept in touch with bank on the daily as to why I had not yet made a payment, they said ok. The dealer, Patrick and James, manager, had me lie to bank on three separate occasions. They kept saying turbo is in, then, oh, nope, turbo not in, had my car 3 weeks, and then told me bank was doing a buy back. Bank told me something different, kept telling me they cant reach dealership. End result, bank and dealer were in cahoots, dealer was pissed off bcuz they had to fix turbo, bank knew what was going on the whole time with the buy back, took car and left me with NOTHING!!! Dealership is a total SCAM! They will take your money and sell you a piece of crap, and when you take it there to get fixed, bcuz they said not to take anywhere else bcuz of warranty, they keep your car. BE WARNED!!!!
B&D (not to be confused with B&B up the road) Auto Sales was very helpful in my purchase of a used Toyota. Patrick was very helpful and willing to work with me, and the title transfer process was smooth and efficient, as I had an event to get to right after. Very fair, and a good selection of quality vehicles. The test drive was thorough and Patrick had a good knowledge of the vehicle and all its features. I would return and purchase another vehicle from here.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. My son really wanted this truck. I had a bad feeling but I bought it anyway. Worst car deal I ever made in my life. I’m 70 years old. Everyone dealing with this company, beware. Tell your kid no!!!
Patrick was a pleasure to work with. He got everything done, we made the deal quickly he had me in and out the door once I arrived at his office within an hour. I had some issues with the truck mechanically. I informed Patrick, and Patrick and B&D stepped up to cover the repair on the Turbo on the vehicle.
Amazing and easy time here. Everything went smoothly with no complications. If you’re interested in visiting I highly recommend you look for Patrick, he’s straightforward and transparent. Definitely would come back for future purchases.
DON’T FINANCE OR PURCHASE A CAR HERE. I had to contact an Attorney since Patrick, the finance department, doesn’t allow you to view your contract you are “signing” (he does it and tells you to lie to the finance people) and makes the cash price of the car $2K more than the original priced vehicle or even discussed. Please take your business elsewhere as they seem nice but they are conniving and scam artists.

Unfortunately this place is just another shady used car dealer. I almost bought a work truck there for $12k, but luckily I got it inspected before finalizing the purchase. The truck had frame damage from rust, which was glued together with Bondo and painted to hide the issue. The truck would not pass PA inspection without replacing the whole frame. If you do go here, absolutely do not buy anything without getting it inspected first.
The experience I had while picking out my car was better than I have had at any other lot. The customer service was great and resourceful. I was drawn into the lot by the selection and was happy with the selection they had. Will definitely be working with them in the future if I ever need another car.

I was in desperate need of a car and you guys took advantage of me. sold me a car that wasn’t safe for the road. Battery was bungee corded to the car with no hold down, massive hole under the back passenger seat, 2 bad engine mounts, shredded axle bushings, sway bar broke on the test drive. I wouldn’t be surprised if the inspection stickers on the car were fake. I bough the car in January and it is now April. The car has already blown and I need to scrap it but I still have not received a title. $2,500 for the car not 3 months later getting a quote for $2,600 from the garage to basically motor swap it….
Listed price for the car I purchased was 10,900 and after reviewing the paperwork that is not the price I was given. I was charged 1000 more than what was advertised on their website. I have a screen shot for proof. Tried reaching out over a week ago and no one has responded. Will be taking them to small claims court if no one reaches out and I don’t get my $1000 back. Super shady

I am giving a 1 star review my boyfriend purchased a Honda pilot from them about 2 months ago and we have had nothing but issues with it and patrick refuses to fix the issues the proper way, we have also brought it to our mechanic and gave B and D a list on what's wrong that our mechanic gave us and they only fixed a couple things on it but nothing else. we have been fighting them about our tags and registration expired which expired today august 16 2022, we have called numerous times about the tags and have got nothing but oh yes they will be in and all, we still received nothing from them. He's called today and Noone answered. Very disappointed in this company, shows how unprofessional these people really are. I would suggest not going to them. I will not recommend anyone to them. Unless these issues are resolved fast and asap!

Bought a M35. Car needed jump started for test drive but did start back up after test drive. Said they had not moved it for some time and they left it on charge while I was doing paperwork. Started fine for 2 days but now car has now sat for 2 days and won't start. Call and their only help is "Come back and we will sell you a reconditioned battery at cost." It is a 3 hour round trip and why would I do that for a recon battery. Also rear seat belts would not stay clipped and Patrick did not seem to concerned about this. I took rear seat apart when I got home and I was able to switch shoulder harnesses to repair. They are all about your money and not any service not to mention the $500 "dealer Fees" on top of the state fees. I DO NOT recommend buying here.

You said that if I drove the 3 hour round trip you would sell me a reconditioned Interstate battery. You NEVER said that you would give me a credit on the battery because I specifically asked. I asked if I went and bought one locally if you would help and NO was your answer. Otherwise I would have gladly taken your credit. I did buy one for $100 so back up your credit offer.
Patrick has an excellent customer service. He is patient, understanding and easy to work with . He walks you through every step of the contract if you have any questions he make sure to make it as transparent as possible. This dealership is really good I have been to so many others and none works with us the way b and d did. Good or bad credit you sure will be approve
What's not to like about this place?! Called in about a beautiful Acura TLX on their lot. They gave me a price, didn't play around got me in and out within the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Norm & Pat were amazing! Best place to purchase a used vehicle!! Hands Down!
When test drove car, light came on, they said they would fix it. Went back and bought car couple of days later, when driving home, light came on. Jeff said drive car to GA and wait 20 days for our purchased warranty kick in. We did EVERYTHING Jeff said to do, they wouldn't pay. On the window of car at lot the warranty box was checked that said they would cover half of repairs but paper that was signed had SMALL WRITING- AS IS. Jeff said in beginning he would pay half, we paid a total of $5000 to repair car so it would pass inspection. Mechanic called Jeff and was told to leave car sitting on side till Jeff called back- Jeff NEVER called back, that is when we paid. I had written a post before and Jeff told me if I didn't remove he could do nothing for us, so I removed it. Jeff has still done NOTHING for us. I am sorry to say that Jeff should NOT be trusted, PLEASE, take any car your going to purchase from him to your own mechanic- NOT HIS- and have a complete check up on it. Also, if he shows you a car fax, CHECK the date it was ran, the one he showed my husband was about 11 months old and apparently a lot happened in those 11 months. We tried for 3+ months to make things right so we could sing the praises of B & D but Jeff was not interested in our positive review. Just saw their response that I called looking for B & B, that is a straight up lie, Photo attached shows I had their # and called the right company. PLEASE take note of this lie and the attitude they use with anyone who does not give positive review. Patrick was very nice every time we spoke with him, but Jeff was the decision maker and he never followed through with any thing he said.
When I 1st walked in Reggie came to my assistance. He showed me the car and answered any questions I had about it. Norman took me on my test drive. He was also very informative and really nice. I was in a rush and had to leave so Norman made sure everything would be ready for me when I came back. When I came back, Patrick smoothly finished up my sale. Jeff also made sure everything was completed and I was ready to go. I LOVE my new car! Great price, low mileage, no pressure to buy. Thank you B&D auto!
Patrick was AWESOME! He got me a great deal on a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. He is personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He does sales and financing and makes it look easy! I would definitely do business with him again and recommend working with him! Great place to do business!
