Took the day off, waited around so i could be there when they get here. 10 minutes before they were supposed to come they canceled and said that id need to take off monday too. People do not have an unlimited amount of pto. They offered another appointment but when i went to call them back no one answered and customer relations kept sending me straight to voicemail.

I did sell my car to webuyanycar but i had to go to the willow grove branch and get it appraised. I didnt get what i expected based on their website but the willow grove branch was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. And jeff was accommodating for the inconvenience of having to take off for the day.
The whole process was seamless. I received the online quote, booked the appointment, and sold my car. Felix called me before my appointment to make sure he had everything ready to go for my appointment. He explained everything and was very friendly. I logged in on a Sunday night and got an estimate and an appt. a few minutes later. The office was neat, clean, and the WBAC rep, Felix, was professional, knowledgeable, and rather quick. I was offered $500 by a new car dealer for my 2005 Pilot trade-in. It seemed low, and it was. WBAC was able to offer $700, and we both thought that was a good deal. It was a hard day when we sold my Pathfinder. Felix was awesome, even though I was under the impression I had a higher model car for 12 years! He promised to have me out in 8 minutes... Start here first when selling your car. Felix makes the process as painless as possible. In under an hour I had my remaining loan paid off and check in hand with the proceeds. The final offer was 98.5% of the original estimate online. Every other dealer I went to, including CarMax, dropped the offer significantly when it came time to look at the car in person. My car was in excellent condition and the excuses I got from other dealers were bogus. Felix was spot on and the estimate was fair and competitive. Highly recommend.

Updated review: I originally wrote a one star review for my interaction with Felix when selling my car. I stand by my feeling that Felix was accusatory in my interaction with him. After writing that review, I was contacted by the Regional Manager (I believe that was his title) and he listened to what happened. He offered options to make the situation as right as he could after the fact. That interaction was five star. I so appreciate that Google Reviews exists, and I also appreciate companies that feel accountable to the public forum.
Process was smooth as can be and no drama....I did an online appraisal and they had the best offer so I made an appointment to bring the car in for them to review in person. After about a 15 min inspection, he showed me his results and we agreed on a price. I brought it back the next day with my wife so I could get a ride home and within 20 minutes, I had the check in hand and was good to go. Probably the least stressful car sale of my life! Felix was great to work with.
