I do not generally post negative reviews - but my experience in this office was horrible and at the same time hilarious. I need to share it for other prospective customers. And I am going to properly explain so someone from this office can not arbitrarily dispute this review
I had great expectations from this place. We needed to transfer a title which is a gift. First time I went in the lady was very nice - she told us exactly what needs to be filled in.
Unfortunately when we went back - she was not around. The other person in the desk did not know much - she had to call the lady. This person at desk kept saying that we have two different lien holder and we only have a release from one. It was the same Honda finance company who just changed their address. The lady on the phone knew exactly what happened and she told the other person the company moved and so the lien has two addresses. But this lady was very uncooperative. She said that I need the other lien release. That was impossible because the company already released the lien.
I was very upset with the lack of knowledge as well as cooperation of this person and went to John's auto tag right over Trenton road. Within 5 minutes - my title work was done and I got the registration plate.

Christina holds a positive and professional attitude every time i see her, whilst also having a great sense of humor that always makes me laugh. The service provided here was excellent! The woman who helped me (Christina J) was kind and courteous. She went out of her way to explain everything to me in a clear and respectful manner. I was in and out in under a half hour. No hassle at all. I would highly recommend.

This week I went to Bucks County Auto Tags after I purchased a used car. Unfortunately I was still traumatized by a car accident and the aftermath of my vehicle being totaled. Christina took exceptional care of me. She was understanding and extremely patient with me. She clearly explained everything and efficiently processed the paperwork. For her it wasn’t just about completing the necessary documents, she actively listened and provided kind and compassionate responses taking pride in her job and her ability to make things easier for me during a time of need. Not only did I get what I needed, but my interactions with Christina changed my perspective. I walked in completely stressed out and left with a smile on my face and a renewed sense of faith and hope. I will definitely return here should I need any of the services they can provide.
Have used this place for years & always have a great experience! Impossible for us to know all the ins & outs of DMV stuff, but Christina & Heidi do! They make it as easy as possible & explain everything patiently in the process. Highly recommend!!
OMG, I was having issues with renewing registration on two company vehicles and Christina was so awesome and courteous. She was able to help me with everything over the phone.

I went here because of the high reviews and its proximity to my job. My experience was not like so many other reviewers. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. Based on the fact that another auto tags store easily handled my transaction, I would say they were doing everything to avoid helping me at all.
The two women working were petty, capricious, and arbitrary. They are providing a service for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. They should not be able to make up their own rules concerning the registration of vehicles. I made a list of all of their critiques of the title I presented to them and all of them were invalid except for one. That one was easily fixable with an addendum from the notary.
The service here was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend their services.
Heidi was the agent that helped me! She was very professional and just amazing in the meticulous way she handled my transactions. I had just moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, and there were so many hoops to get through. Once my Social Security card was changed back to my true name before my marriage, she processed everything in a wink of an eye when I presented my Pennsylvania drivers license. I am Linda, wife of Marty, because this message said I am publicly posting on Google. Just want to be sure Heidi gets the credit she deserved. She finished up my transaction yesterday, November 14. They felt anything but friendly and had very little patience for us while we were trying to understand the PA title transfer laws.

I had a few issues getting the tags from Jersey to PA. BUT, Christina there, was awesome at handling the problem. Once all done and and got the license plate, I was very satisfied with the outcome. Christina and this tag location handle the situation perfectly. She was very thorough at explaining everything that the PA DMV needs. So a big KUDOS to Christina for handling my transfer of registration and tag!!!!
Christina was fantastic, helpful and offered excellent advice. She taught my son how to read his registration and gave us pointers for scheduling his driving test. Five stars, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing Place 👏. They need you in New Jersey. I've never been so pleased with the service/ and the prices and time frame for a temp transport tag is by far the best I've ever paid. There is still hospitality somewhere out here still 😆 and not to mention the patients . I purchased a car in P.A and drove 2 hours with my 3 yrs old daughter to get there so she was a little anxious to run and get out and most places aren't kid friendly. I want to praise 👏 you Christina James for your wonderful service. You are a blessing. May God bless you in many ways. Thank you so much. 💓
