Besides them helping me out (phone just needed a cleaning, they actually don't charge for that), they have a dog in the back, a win for the dog lovers. If you're nice, they might let you see it.

We ordered a car battery online for pickup and install. Dave had no issue doing the replacement for us and even came back outside before we left to remind us that we were owed the reimbursement for turning in the old battery core. Even after that, we were in and out in under a half hour. Great service. Highly recommend!

He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism, clear communication, and technical expertise were impressive. I visited Batteries Plus when, not only was my power out, but their power was out at the store as well. The store was open and they were able to help determine a replacement battery for my generator without the aid of an internet signal. Just tremendous customer service and much appreciated! My family has been to this store a few times in the past for car batteries and iPhone screen replacements. The experience has always been positive and friendly just like it was in my recent visit.

Really nice guys work there. I dropped off some batteries for recycling and they couldn't be nicer about it. Definitely recommended.

The branch in Bristol destroyed my iPad. Then had no solution other than a refund and a now unusable iPad Pro. Ted Was recommended by some other people and I was leery to use the batteries Plus brand again considering my experience with the Bristol Branch. But a lot of people had good things to say about Ted's branch. So I gave it a chance. I called on Friday and he called me back on Monday with the part. I brought it in. He repaired it quickly. Everything looks great. Everything works. He did exactly what he said and he did a good job at it. Stay away from the Bristol Branch. If that's the closest one to you, do yourself a favor. Hop on the highway and drive the extra 15 minutes to Ted's store in Fairless Hills here. I have any other repair needs. I know where I'm going. Thanks Ted

Nah, don’t go here. I went here to have a screen protector put on my IPhone. I was told straight up by the employee that their screen protectors are expensive and that they couldn’t promise no bubbles if they were to put it on my phone. Isn’t that the point of having it done by someone and not just doing it yourself? Save your time and money and just drive by here or order a protector online, they’re cheaper. This store didn’t impress me and I won’t be back.

My phones battery, after 3 years, started to give up, as well as my port was not connecting properly. Dealing with my provider is a nightmare, so I figured i would give the team at batteries plus a try. Give these guys a call, and I had my battery replaced within 2 hours for only $80. The port which I thought needed replaced just needed cleaned (free of charge). Please, please, please go to these guys for any of your phone or battery needs, and they will look after you, I promise.

I made a same-day appointment for a car battery change, and they were ready right away and installed the new battery super quick.

I Must say this place has the best customer service ever! Ted the manager made sure my key battery was changed! I was even locked out my car he made sure we got back in! The best place around for key batteries and car batteries.

I was connected with this location through Mattel. I was given a 23yo Power Wheels by a neighbor for my 4yo and I wanted to try to get it up and running. The downside is that they didn’t have the battery any more. What I found out was that the specific battery wasn’t made anymore, the owner, Ted, was more than happy to rewire the power wheel to accept a current battery. Ted could have charged me over $100, but he was absolutely amazing about the whole thing and I left only spending $35. Car works great and my 4yo couldn’t be happier.

Horrible retail attitude…. They are not professional or engaging. I called ahead and told them I had a larger than normal watch that needed a SW 927 battery they said no problem we can put that in come on down. I drove 20 miles. The guy gets a battery tells me it’ll be $5.27. I said oh no you have to charge me to install it. He says I can’t do that with a bad attitude. if you look at my reviews, I love the give professional people praise, but I would stay out of batteries plus bulbs in Fairless Hills if I were you

Brought my lithium battery to the Levittown location where I purchased it because it wasn't hild a charge, after over 2 months I called just for them to say they charged the battery and it was ok..... WHEN WAS SOMEONE GOING TO REACH OUT TO ME? I go to pick up the battery to see no screws where in my battery posts. The guy working called the manager and returned to tell me "they wouldn't take the battery if it had the screws in it". If that was the case the manager would've had to tell him that over the phone. I'm not blaming the worker because(very nice dude) he wasn't the one I gave the battery to 2 months ago. Over 2 months to say the battery holds a charge is ridiculous

horrible service. i came in to replace a cracked camera lens the phone camera itself was fine there would just be a slight glare at certain angles. they said they had to order the part and i should come next week. i come in and overheard an employee admit they can’t do camera replacements then came out took my phone and proceeded with the service. took them multiple attempts to replace phone camera lens, they scratched the camera itself and ruined it, then offered to replace it for $225 when the original price for the service was $72. waste of time and money i paid them to screw my camera up even more. i regret with my life going.

I went to the store a couple of week's ago because some kind of debris was stuck in the charge port of my phone The gentleman at the cell phone repair so so so friendly. He fixed the issue within minutes. I was so grateful. I have now acquired a case that covers the charge port when not in use. I highly recommend this business.

I can’t say enough positive things about Batteries Plus and their team. I originally stopped by because the camera lens on my phone cracked. Prior to visiting, I had checked out a well known place in the area to see if they could fix it and they wanted to charge me $500. Batteries Plus was able to fix it for $50 in less than an hour. And because life is never easy, my car battery happened to die in the parking lot. Batteries Plus was able to replace my battery right then and there at a great price. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I might seem unlucky with the cracked phone and dead battery, but I lucked out with finding Batteries Plus!

Had some unexpected electrical car trouble and needed to have things troubleshot at a mechanic, luckily the people at Batteries+ were able to help being my car wouldn’t start in the parking lot at Oxford Point shopping center. Jessie was informational while Brad was helpful in picking the best right car battery. Best of all, the store manager Ted was kind enough to install the car battery and it worked! The people at Batteries+ helped save me hundreds and were kind while doing it. Thanks much guys!

Aside from the quick and beyonddd fair priced service I received, battery plus also has some of the most polite ,trustworthy, helpful and professional staff members I have met in my whole life. For both myself and every other customer I saw in the store, the staff gave IMMACULATE service. Definitely was a pleasure coming into their store today and being able to give my business to people who can make even fixing a screen or grabbing a battery such a personal experience. leaving you with a big old smile on your face :)Definitely would recommend swinging by
