They were quick and efficient especially for a Saturday. Updated me all along the way. Also my tires are awesome I’ll never get anything other than Michelin defender now after driving through the blizzard this morning to get work. Thank you guys again.

Genuinely how do you claim to know what you're doing yet in the same breath tell me "we didn't test drive the car before or after fixing it" Like that's the most basic thing a mechanic can do to make sure the vehicle is actually running properly. Making me come back three different times just to mess up something else and now I had to go to a whole other mechanic. Avoid this location they aren't worth 1000 dollars for labor alone rip offs and incompetent

This place is horrible. The manager is unprofessional. I brought my daughter‘s car in for tire damage the repaired was $2700 they told me it was a lot of damage, which I don’t really believe .. the next day we was called and said the car is finished so we drove to pick it up. It was running terrible so we left it there they said they would check it And fix the problem The next day I received a phone call saying the car was done. We went back up and the car was still driving terrible we was told they didn’t have time to test drive the car because they were so busy. so we left the car again for them to fix the issue… the third time we went back and the car is still not fixed … we was told to take the car home they did everything they could so go drive around and it might drive better … so I’m just gonna take my car to a real mechanic .. and try to get a refund …

Rude and weird people. Came for an oil change only to be told that it will be done in 2 hours. Not worth it. Absolutely DONT recommend IT. I would give it 0 stars if i could. The employees are rude and unethical, Worst car service location i have ever been to.

Carlos was by far the rudest manager I've ever encountered! He has zero customer service skills, leadership, empathy or accountability. Simple communication could have resolved a huge issue. However now thanks to him and his inability to have a conversation and listen to understand the issues at hand. Pep boys has lost yet another customer! The service manager Melanie was friendly, attentive, and apologetic which I appreciated. However due to Carlo's unprofessionalism I will NEVER give my money to pep boys again! It's really sad that my experience has come to this but I would rather pay 30% more and taken my car to the dealership rather than deal with Mangers like Carlos. Not only was he rude to me but he was also verbally abusive to his staff once he realized that a mistake had been made on their end. By Yelling and cursing at them in plain view of the customers. I sincerely hope that pep boys will reevaluate their management training programs as well as be a bit more selective during their hiring process because it's counterproductive and unprofessional.

I will NEVER go to pep boys again I've cut up my credit card .The manager Carlos is a horrible man.Ive been customer for years spent 1000 on tires 3.5 years ago tire rotation s n oil changes thru the years no more. I've recently purchased 2 tires for the front.There were 3 and a 1/2 years old, I only put 8000 miles a year on my car, but one was leaking too much, and I forget what was wrong with the other 1.So after two and a half weeks of having the tire , I got a bubble on the side and I had to roadside coverage , picard said , I didn't when I did , I said I went in the same package , I have three years ago when I bought the other set of tires. 175 FOR 1 TIRE HE SAID . THEN HE SAID ILL BE NICE N LET YOU GET THE RD SIDE ASST WHICH I WANTED in the first place.. He said I'll be nice for a $130.You can get it.I said for a 175I can just get a new tire, it's only 2 and a 1/2 weeks old, so well, you're not covered.I said all the business I bring to this store.He was arrogant , I would no longer ever come to this store again. You're willing to lose a long time custom.Over a lousy $175, they should have given me the tire for all the crab he put me through Uber the years, he told me when I got the tires.All you get a lineman, I'll give you a good deal.I said, I just got a wheel line last month that Mavis.No, no, no, no, you still need one, no.I didn't.We're no longer we come into this store.Don Sessions. Ps they scratched my black rims when they put them on and cargo said, there's nothing we can do about that.It happens I was furious

I walked in without an appointment and they took care of my issue in a timely and professional manner. They kept me updated and delivered my vehicle on time. If you have a tire issue go see them!

Went here for a flat and they wanted to charge me for a realignment and a full new set of tires. It would have been around $775. But when I took it to my (trusted) mechanic a few days later, he assured me they were simply lying. The “damage” they claimed, didn’t align with the realistic state of the vehicle.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Recently my mustang Mach e got a flat and was towed to this pep boys facility. They quickly ordered a new tire and at an amazing price. Then I realized I was due for an inspection. We were in a pinch and we needed it done in 3 hours. (Drivers test for my son). As I gathered my paperwork I realized I never printed out my registration! Not only did the have it done in an hour, but they printed out my paperwork. Wow. Thank you pep boys!!

Recently visited Pep Boys for an oil change and a new set of tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. A special shout-out to Manager Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. His customer service was outstanding, and it really made the experience smooth and stress-free. My car is running great, and the new tires feel fantastic on the road. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend this location and especially Carlos for his excellent leadership and support!

Great deal on tires , but even though I booked and paid a week in advance . All of my tires still weren’t there when I showed for my appointment at 11am. Hr and half later they lmk that my 4th tire was on the way. They were very friendly, but wasted a lot of my time considering I had already booked and paid the week prior . 4 tires should never take 2 hrs plus

I went to have a tire replaced and when I got my car back my rim was scratched all along the edge. My rims are in prestige condition, not a single one has a scratch. When I confronted them about it, the service manager Carlos Vargas negated everything I said making it out as if I was complaining about something minor and told me he would not take responsibility for the damage. I had a picture on my phone from the day prior when I was changing the tire to put my spare on where you can see ZERO damage to the rim and he said "it's weird you have a picture of your rim" he acted as if I was trying to pull one over on them asking me if I was trying to get a new rim out of them. I said no I want the damages fixed that weren't there when I got here today. Instead, he was incredibly rude and offered no solutions to the problem just kept saying he won't take responsibility and walked away to avoid it. I have never written a review in my life good or bad for any services or company I've dealt with and I'm a very quiet introverted person and HATE to complain or cause conflict but I feel robbed and incredibly disrespected and felt I needed to say something to help others avoid this situation. I had tire installation appointment with them but had very bad experience. They were not at all supportive in checking the tire shipment which was delivered to their store. I went next day again to inquire about status but again got no help at all and was asked to come back again. Shipment was delivered by Fedex 5 days ago and received by store staff in person. Wouldn’t advise anyone to expect customer friendly behavior if they plan to visit this store. I have to at least 1 star otherwise review will not be accepted else they deserve 0 due to my bad personal experience with them.

I am usually not one to write reviews-- but I have to give a shout out to this Pep Boys. I knew my tires might be an issue this inspection. The girl at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to help me stay within my single-mom budget and get my car passed. For a corporate entity, I for once did not feel ripped off or taken advantage of, so thanks! I'll be back next year :)

I am so grateful for Chris the manager at the Fairless Hills, PA Tire Shop & Auto Service store! I lost tire pressure on Rt 1 in the pouring rain and managed to make it to their location without an appointment. Turns out, I had run over a nail and they were able to do the repair right then and there so I could get home safely. I will be returning to make my 50, 000 mi tire purchase at this location before winter.

Great service whole way around, Tom was very nice and explained what would an ideal tire would be for my car. Overall service took less than an hour and the whole staff was kind and thorough!

I took my car in for inspection, but they absolutely do not respect the scheduled time. They never deliver the car at the time they promise. Today, my car failed the inspection because of the tires, so I replaced them and went back. Despite me being polite and friendly, the staff member responded with a very sour attitude when I asked about rescheduling the inspection. When I asked, “What is the earliest appointment I can get?” he said, “The earliest is 10 a.m., and your car will take a few hours because the inspection is a long process.” I told him, “My car only needs the tire inspection, how could that take several hours?” He just replied, “There are too many appointments, it will take time.” Then what is the point of making an appointment? When I checked their scheduling system, I saw that appointments start at 8 a.m. So how can they tell me they only start at 10? On top of that, even though I specifically asked them to replace the auxiliary battery, they returned the car without doing it. They have completely lost my trust. I will have to finish the tire inspection there out of necessity, but after that I will never go back again.

Chris at the Langhorne location was extremely helpful. I called because the sway bar bushings that were replaced unfortunately did not take care of the rumbling issue. Chris walked me through the other possibilities and explained in very detail what those other problems might be. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Had amazing service at this location. Chris from the front desk was very informative and kept the entire waiting room updated on their vehicles (with added comedic relief). Would definitely get tires here again! Also, lowest price for a decent set of tires around.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys, thanks to Chris. I accidentally booked my car service for Monday, but after a 2 hour drive on a Sunday, I was in a bind. Chris was so incredibly kind and professional, squeezing me in last minute with no hassle. He was efficient, calm, helpful, and made the process quick and smooth. His outstanding customer care truly saved the day. He called me multiple times throughout the service and provided me with updates. Highly recommend going in to Pep Boys when Chris is there for fair pricing and fast reliable service. He knows what he's doing.

Absolute crap experience. I got a nail in my tire so I ordered two new tires and a wheel alignment. They did not put the hub cap back on correctly. It fell off less than a mile from the location. I called because I initially thought maybe they forgot to put it back on and I did not notice it. I was told the service person had a tough time putting it back on because it was cracked. No it wasn’t. Not did they mention that to me. So now -I have no hub cap and they said sorry the call was disconnected. Where are the freaking bolts that were on the hub cap. Attached is picture of the tire missing the hub cap and one with a hub cap. I should have known better than to go to this place.

So this is a follow up to my review below. I’ve been reaching out for a week exactly as they told me too and no one from corporate has called me back. I’ve sent six emails and made at least seven phone calls and no one has called me back so corporate is not taking accountability for the Pep Boys service centers. Someone needs to get back to me. My car is still showing the service engine light since they touched it. I brought my car for an oil change under my discount through car advise. They seemed mad that I went through car advise instead of paying them directly. My check engine light was NOT on they called me an hour later and said I needed hundred of $$$$ worth of work but I declined. I picked up my car and the check engine light was still on and the tires were never filled and the tire light. Carlos, the manager, Carlos was very ignorant and would not do any service recovery for me whatsoever. This is a horrible horrible shop and I will never go here again. The only nice person in the entire place is Phil. He should be running a place. The manager is rude and ignorant, and I feel like because I’m a woman they tried to take advantage of me, I was by myself

Place sucks. Stay away. Had flawless rims before drop off. Now scratched to hell. Stay far away!!

**Please pray for Pep Boys! I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. on 6/14/2024 for 4 brand new WALMART tires of mine which I just paid $372 for, to be put on my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe in Langhorne. I just had a new starter put in at Bears Auto also, with more work already planned. (Appointments have been an issue), so I had to look elsewhere. The charge was $140 I was told at check in. (My special needs son and I were parked in the handicap section earlier, where I checked my funds to be only $98.93 due to unforeseen circumstances.) Therefore, I had no choice but to request from the manager on duty for just 2 of my new tires to be put on for me. I was told they were very busy (but I reminded him of my appointment on my paper (printed from the website in front of me) and was still denied and referred up the street for a lower cost for all four tires. Not even a smile, I'm sorry, nothing. 🙏 My message here is we never know what is going on in someone else's life, so I prayed 🙏 for all of us. It doesn't matter if I'm on Social Security raising a dual diagnosed, medically disabled son, and don't expect any charity, but the man was the opposite of compassion. I said please just put on 2 tires then? I am sure this was God's plan for this manager who refused to work on any arrangement at all. I might be poor now, but I am rich in God's love. Today I'm just an old woman that belongs to Jesus, scraping by and working for God. I fought back tears. My hands were in prayer, as I blessed him when we left the building. This is in no way meant to defame anyone at any time. It's only my opinion.

5/11/2024 - UPDATE....again, still have not heard back from anyone...stay away from this place. They will clearly not care if they damage your vehicle or wheels. Corporate apparently doesn't care either. Bring your wheels to a local mechanic or gas station...STAY AWAY, OR PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! 10/17/23 - UPDATE...I STILL have not heard back even after they said they would investigate. Seems corporate is as bad as the store themselves. STAY AWAY. Bring you car to a more reputable, honest place. If I could give negative star review, I would. 6/10/23 - Brought my rim in to have the flat changed. Received my rim back with three major cuts into the rim from the tire machine. They handed me back my rim without even acknowledging it.

The Pep Boys had very nice promotion on the black Friday so I decided to get new tires for my Lexus 2019. so I drop my car on Friday morning and they supposed to install four brand new tires of Michelin brand after that supposed to do balance and alignment. so after I picked up my car afternoon I found a lot of scratches on my rims and the steering wheel was very loose like never before , when I was driving home and the speed was over 65 miles, The car was shaking inside like a dump truck on the rocks. next morning, which is Saturday I went back to the shop and told them and they said we don’t have enough people for today and for Sunday bring your car on Monday and we will see. after I come back home I check the reviews of that store and I was very impressed. How many peoples Got bad service on that shop and I didn’t want to bring my car one more time to get many more scratches and unprofessional service so I went to the official Lexus dealer paid another $250 for the balancing and alignment and after that, my car was driving nice and smooth.people stay away from Pep Boys. Please pay extra dollars For the good service and you are going to be in a reliable hands

This Pepboys has a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. This store has everything you could need for your vehicle and then some. You can pick out an inexpensive tire inside the store and they'll put it on for you too. If they don't have a part for in stock that you need, they'll order it for you. Anyone can buy the parts they need and hop on YouTube and learn how to do it themselves. If you're too busy for that, or just don't like doing things for yourself, they have a service area with mechanics that'll do it for you.
