Went for an alignment. I picked it up with the locking collars on my tie rods undone, and they told me it’d be extra to fix camber and I’d have to leave it there longer. Camber is part of an alignment, as their receipt even says. Also refused refund for me to get the alignment done right somewhere else. Don’t come here unless you wanna be the one getting under your car anyway.

I take my car to Benders for all of my car repair needs. They are always very helpful, fair, and accommodating with getting my car in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Called in around 5pm to ask if they could accommodate a last minute service to change brake pads and rotors even though they close at 6. Jeff was very friendly and did what he could to fit me in. Staff were very professional and they definitely live up to their reputation. This is the 2nd time using them for my basic vehicle needs and so far they have demonstrated that they are deserving of 5 stars.

It was the reviews that peaked my interest because I wanted a garage as good as a dealership service. I also wanted to select my parts, as opposed to dealership products. My Jeep Cherokee is now a client of Bender’s. I had a tuneup done, and they did a bit of extra service too. Experience, explanation, high quality work, in the estimated time , fair pricing is all in this garage. How fortunate for me to have Bender’s, when maintenance on my Jeep is so complex.

I love this place. I’ve never met a mechanic who communicates what they are doing as well as these guys. Their service is quick and when they say something is guaranteed for life, they mean it. Parts and labor!

I’ve been to almost every mechanic in the area over the last decade. Wish I started with Benders, would have saved a lot of time and money. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Can’t recommend them enough. Wouldn’t even dream about taking a vehicle elsewhere

We've been using Bender's for the last 5 years or so, and have had a positive experience every time. The estimates are accurate and the pricing is fair. They've been able to see us on short notice and completed repairs in a timely manner. Great for PA inspections as well.

everyone from the shop is friendly and does amazing work. they were able to work with my auto warranty company which was hard to find and saved me tons of money. they got the job done quickly and efficiently and i will definitely be going back for any auto needs!

We have been using Bender's as our only mechanic for the last 4-5 years and they have been absolutely wonderful! They explain everything thoroughly and only give your car what it needs. We've called thinking we had a check engine light on and it turned out to be only a low tire pressure warning. They gave us our car back immediately after filling the tires and didn't charge us for our mistake. We have so much trust in them and their honesty and integrity. Their prices are very reasonable and they virtually always can get us in the same week I call. I would highly recommend Bender's to anyone and everyone!

I had my Jeep in to get the oil pressure sensor replaced. The folks at Bender's did an excellent job. They got me in quickly, and had the job done in just a couple hours. The price was reasonable. They were highly recommended to me, and now I highly recommend them to you.

This place is top of line auto service and supreme customer service!! Paige helped me so much with my insurance company and walked me threw every detail always answered the phone and never made me feel like I had to many questions. Overall 10/10 in all aspects! I was recommended this garage by a close friend and let me tell you; this is the best garage I've been to and dealt with. They are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are great at working to get you in at the time that's best for you and they keep you updated through the entire process your car is there. And they will never do anything without calling you first. For the amount of recent trouble I've had with my car they have been fantastic and I couldn't recommend them enough.

If you need a mechanic you can trust this is it. Amazing, amazing staff. Very professional. I stopped in for some repairs and they got me in that day without a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the owner and staff, who were smiling and pleasant. One staff (Bill?) said he would try to get me the most reasonable rates on the parts/work I needed done. This is important to me as I am a senior citizen on a limited income. I will definitely use them again.

Having tried several of the auto garages in the area, I can tell you that Bender’s is truly the best experience. A fair owner, friendly mechanics, and an overall integrity and respect combine to make coming to this garage a pleasant experience every time. I never have to worry that I’m being take advantage of as a patron of this establishment. I’ve taken two different vehicles here and always been pleased with the work.

Jeff (the owner) is a really nice guy. His prices are decent, and they do quality work. They are quick and it typically doesn't take long for them to finish a job. They are also a family run business which I like. I definitely won't take my car to any other shop in Beaver County.

I went for a front end alignment last week.They have the latest in equipment and Billy the mechanic was very knowledgable on using it. He answered all my questions and was very professional.While I was waiting I met a man coming out of a store that had a old car just like mine and after talking about them I told him how pleased I was with there shop. He was glad to hear that and said he would take his there for some needed repairs. There prices were fair and I know that Billy set everything to specs. because driving back home the car steered much better and did not pull. Kudos to Benders! I will return for more services.

I've been going to Benders auto for over 20 years. The mechanics are top notch and the prices are fair. They are always busy but find time to fit you in if you need them to. My whole family and my wife's family takes their cars to them for repairs. Great shop!!

I was looking for someone to do a brake swap on my 87 turbo Buick as well as get it running correctly for a good price. My car ended up sitting for a year because I won't trust just anyone with it. After Hearing from a few friends about the quality of service and reading the numerous 5 star reviews I brought the car down to the shop. Jeff and his employees did not disappoint they not only did the swap for a good price but corrected any issues they found on my car after taking the time to show me exactly what they found before doing so. Every one was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been to a lot of automotive repair shops but benders is by far the best one I've been to. My car runs great and the brake swap looks factory. We were having trouble with an obnoxiously loud rubbing noise coming from the front end of our vehicle. Stopped in to see the professionals at Bender's and they gave us an unbeatable upfront price on repairs. They even offered to get the car done the same day! When we picked the car up later that day it was exactly the price that they quoted us prior to repairs!!! GREAT GUYS / GREAT SERVICE!!! Hi! I wanted to write this review because I have never used a more AWESOME auto shop than Bender's. Man, let me tell you what, every time I take my vehicle there and leave, I have NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER! Seriously. None. They do the absolute BEST work ever! Not to mention the fact that they are the most FRIENDLY people. Seriously, I've had conversations with them the whole time I was at the shop. The prices are VERY REASONABLE. Like I have been having some really hard times and when something happens to my vehicle, I am so upset and wanting to cry, but, I know that when I call Bender's they will check it out and give me the BEST price possible for what I need done. You can't beat the service at Bender's anywhere. I also recommended them to my best friend and she went there too. She had nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about them. I was like, "I told ya so." I would tell anyone if you want great service with a friendly staff, "GO TO BENDER'S!" "YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!" They are AWESOME!
