I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!
The workers here or 100% liars! I was told that they only carry one rotor type it’s $134, I asked if they have a cheaper option and was told no that is the only one. When I looked up online, it said it had three options cheapest being $54. So I added it to my card online went down the store to pick it up. And they had it ready for me. I told him never mind because I just wanted to prove that the gentleman on the phone lied. And that I will never do business with them again was told that they do care.
One of the best places to get your car parts. If you're like me and you work on your own vehicle you can pretty much get any part for your vehicle without spending a ton.
Pretty good company and pretty good to customers. they earned a 5 in my book due to customer service and answering my dumb questions.

I'm not a mechanic. Can't say anything about prices. I've been visiting this place for a year. Professional store clerks that are ready to help you. I've recently seen salesmen go out and help the ladies with oil & batteries!! Support our local stores?
Manager is ALWAYS helpful! Counter is always available and parts not in store can be picked up same day. Monro Tire center (Chuck) only sends me to this store and he's the only "Ford mechanic" I can trust.
Amanda the asst manager was wonderful. I was doing a brake job as a favor for a friend. She made the job over 30 dollars cheaper than auto zone. Give them a try. They also answer on the first ring.
Had exactly what we needed after two other local Auto Parts stores did not. Their prices were excellent and they smiled and appreciated our business. We are new loyal customers.
Ive have always had good luck with these stores always has had just what i needed there was one time they didnt they told me next day they have it or there other store has it nice guy at this one i called night before they were ready to close but they answered my question next morning i picked it up thx Bill
My battery died. Went to O'Reilly's (which replaced the old Dollar Tree in Beaver Falls, PA) and they had it in stock and installed it within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.
