I will never use this place again. Go to Grossi in Aliquippa- I hear great things about them. Save yourself a massive headache and DO NOT go here. They had me drop my car off and then called me TWO DAYS LATER and told me that I could come pick my car up because they were behind and they had NO IDEA- NO ETA when they could even start on it. Ridiculous! Took way longer than expected. They lied throughout the process and I do not trust this place. GM (Adam) was professional but everyone else there needs some major training- including the receptionist.
I hit a deer on my way into work one morning. It knocked out my windshield washer fluid tank, and the car was due for inspection within a month. I called all the local body shops. This place was the only one that even answered when I initially called. They were all very nice and empathetic to my situation. I received several updates from them as to the progress on my car. And they called me as soon as work was completed. The car was washed, vacuumed, and fully detailed inside and out. We thought it was the wrong car when we went to pick it up! Very professional shop. Would highly recommend and will be using for any future body work.
Amazing service and staff. After the body work on my car, they detailed it and everything. Looks like a brand new ride. I'm also planning on going back for the detailing.
I have had a few cars repaired over the years, by far this is the best job I've ever had done at a body shop! They go above and beyond and return your car fully detailed.
Bought vehicles from this group in the past. However when I needed their services for collision repair was told they only accept from their network of insurances and that they are not familiar with mine. Make it make sense.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single member of their staff was friendly any time I called or was in the building. Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.
Had to get some body work done through insurance. Everything went super smooth. They kept me updated always. Anytime I called I was able to speak to someone quickly. Work was done very well. Highly recommended.
Had a a scratched up bumper within the last year and took it in to get repairs done. I had no issues and the communication was great. The repairs made were done well and everyone I encountered during this process was kind and they all had excellent client service skills. Fast forward to today and I noticed paint chipped off the bumper and either someone hit me in a parking lot or it was done when pulling something out of the trunk. I just knew they wouldn’t cover it but my husband called and they said to bring it in. The manager John was so nice and confirmed that it was not paint peeling but cleaned it up and did a brush touch up for no charge. I didn’t expect that at all! I’m so appreciative and they’ve got a customer for life.
terrible customer service. poor management. I was left on the lot during business hours when I picked up my car, they locked their doors and shut their phones off. No one was there to answer my questions as to why my car was returned to me with interior water damage. The vehicle was to be serviced for hail /storm damage, (external paint/dent repairs) only to get my car back in a worse condition. The car never had water damage prior to being at this shop, (its a 2016). The shop tried to "fix" it by detailing the headliner instead of taking responsibility of their error. They actually stated "we cant afford to replace a 3k headliner". Now I am stuck having to file a second claim and fit the bill because they refuse to take responsibility. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will not recommend their services to anyone.
Beaver County Collision in Beaver Falls did a fantastic job with my car. Caleb and Sarah were great. Sarah always got up from her desk to greet customers at the door, which made me feel welcome. They even got my repairs done a day early. Thank you so much!
Great staff!!! Secretary gave my son a Valentines box to occupy him. Caleb has been wonderful helping me thru this process and answering all my questions.
3rd vehicle I’ve had to have serviced by BCC and they never let me down. The entire staff from start to finish are courteous from keeping me informed about the vehicle to just general asked questions and always go above and beyond. They even detailed the inside. Will continue to be a repeat customer and always refer new ones.
Great service. Wasn’t expecting to get my car back so early. Rental was very clean and new to drive. When my car was finished I was thrilled by the results. Car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. They did an outstanding job with the car and did above and beyond what I was expecting. It felt like I just got a new car after all of the repairs and cleaning was done to it. Employees were all very kind and approachable, I felt trustworthy with the service provided up front and throughout the process with checkups from the company throughout the service being done on my car. Staff was honest and helpful throughout the process and I am very glad I chose this company to fix my car.
Best body shop experience ever. Grateful for their professionalism and the quality of work performed. My car had previous damage from an accident not related to the insurance claim. They repaired those damages also!
They made the whole process really easy. I dropped my car off, the rental was already there. When my repairs were done, I dropped the rental car off with them. My car was repaired and cleaned very well.
My 10 year old car looks like new! I was rear-ended and needed a whole new bumper and hatch. Everyone that worked there was professional and wonderful to work with. They handled all the paperwork with both the insurance and rental car company, which was such a relief. Their waiting area was clean and accommodating with refreshments and comfy seating. My car came out looking like new and they even detailed the inside! I highly recommend this body shop and will use them again, if needed.
