First off, for those who use them, Tom has retired and Chad has taken over. Happy retirement Tom. I have been going to them for years and have never been disappointed. Great friendly service and very reasonable charges. I am very confident I'm not being told something needs done when it does not. I've been to other places where that has happened and paid a lot more. As to the towing complaint I saw, Fisher's is contracted by AAA for towing which keeps them very busy so I can see where they were not able to do your tow when not an emergency. Many times waiting for my car I hear the phone ringing frequently for towing needs. As said great business and looking forward to using them again
Broke down on the way to work on a back road. These guys were the closest. I drive a beater, but Paul was absolutely the dude today. Took amazing care of the car, and when some things started going awry, he was on it, took every possible precaution he could to keep more damage from happening.
10/10 would call again.

My car wouldn't turn over, so I crossed my fingers and called a nearby, local tow. A mechanic came quickly to do a brief diagnostic and jump my battery. He was friendly and helpful. Payment was odd. No invoice, no cards, no receipt, asked me to just give him the cash. He waited until got my car squared away and I was able to return later in the day. Long story short, quick service, friendly mechanic, fine advice, somewhat unconventional on the business side.
I just now called to set up a tow for my truck from one address to another address. And told them they could do it anytime during the week. They said can't do it we don't schedule ahead of time. I asked why and he said AAA customers come first so they don't tie themselves up with scheduled tows. I said if one of those comes up just push my tow back that's fine. They said we'll someone would have to be there. I said someone would be just not me. Bc I work the same hours as this towing company. So he said call someone else and hung up on me. Great service
My whole family and even my co-workers have taken our vehicles to Fisher's for years. Always good service and reasonable prices. It's so nice to have a local garage you can trust and rely on. Thank you!
Fishers has come to rescue me twice now when I’ve locked my keys in my car. Both times he got there very fast and did a great job. He took great care in not damaging my car even though as it’s a convertible it’s even harder to open without the window breaking. He did a great job and got me back on the road in record time. I’m very grateful and I highly recommend them!
My car broke down about a block away from this shop. I called to have it towed the short distance, but Tom came to me instead! Awesome service and a great guy! I’ll be doing business here in the future!
I called the shop on Sunday at 3:45 PM and I believe it was the owner. He said all his drivers were out and it would be a while.. He came out himself self and jumped my car and didn't even charge me! That is what customer service is all about And I am thankful for his generosity and help!
Never had a bad experience with these guys. They know what they are doing, and can fix just about anything. I've been dealing with Tom, and Chad for over 10 years. I love the work they do, at a fair price.
I called fishers and they were able to get my car towed within a hour. Glen was a super helpful man and went above and beyond offering to write a note for the dealer describing the issue with me car. Saved us a trip to the dealer.
The starter went on my car.. Called AAA and Fisher's was johnny on the spot.. even during a really bad snowstorm. They didnt even have to tow me, but they did and I am grateful for that! 5 stars!
Very disrepectful to home owners to where they park on company time in town. Where the business is not and drivers don't live on the residential street.
