I had my vehicle repaired at Diehl Collision in Butler. I spoke with Kathy, she is very knowledgeable and kind. She deserves a raise for what she has to put with!! Jaylee did my estimate she very helpful!! They did an excellent job fixing my car! I am very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle!!

Ray and Kathy were very helpful though out my experience. Communication was thorough and constant. They even finished my repair a whole week earlier than estimated. I highly recommend.

Super happy with the service I received on my sons car they kept me updated the entire process went to pick the vehicle up and was totally shocked on how good it looked and how clean it was very happy satisfied customer and highly recommend

I took my 2022 Tacoma there for some help with the roof rusting and paint bubbling up, but can't get the person who there who looked at it to call me back after several attempts to call them. What kind of customer service is that? Diehl Toyota has lost my family business for sure. Wish I knew of a good Toyota dealership that value and will help their customers with warranty issues.

Just went for estimate. So far so good. Now my car has been repaired. Excellent job. I picked it up and I'm so happy. Everyone involved has been great. I'm happy that I was sent there.

If I could give them negative stars I would. My daughter’s Toyota Corolla crosses sunroof actually exploded while she was driving. No it didn’t get hit by anything it just blew up. I googled it and the have issues with some of their roofs doing that. Fighting with Toyota they wouldn’t cover it and they told me to take it to the closest dealer which was diehl butler. They got the glass in lady Tuesday April 15th and said bring it in Wednesday. I dropped it off that Tuesday so I would be there. Alex the service advisor told me a 2 day repair. I called Thursday and they never even looked at it yet. I called Friday and was told they were waiting to hear from insurance and they would get it in the shop. Every time I was told I’d get a call back but never did. So I called Monday and still never looked at it. Amy told me it would be a “lengthy “ repair so I said I’ll just do take it somewhere else. I was told I had to pay for the glass since they already had it. I drove there and demanded my key so I could take it somewhere else. After Amy made several calls I got my key and left. I took it straight to Kelly auto right next door and explained everything they pulled the car right in the shop and would work on it right away. So that being said. Stay clear of diehl for anything and reading a lot of reviews I’m not the first person who had crappy service without them even calling back as they said they would. Funny part is they probably don’t even care about bad reviews

About 5 yrs ago our insurance co. suggested Diehl Collision after we were rear ended on 422. Diehls told us we would get our $500 deductible back. Lie #1. They fixed the back end. Now, the trunk button is stuck in sideways as it wasn't fixed properly. The back passenger quarter on the top cracked and chipped (in chunks) Shoddy job. Took it to 2 autobody shops. They won't touch it. I love Diehls for their car sales, but their collision dept is going to put them under.

LOVE THEM! I "didn't" choose them, they participate with my insurance, and are close to my house. They do excellent work, are flexible to work with, and work closely with enterprise (they basically share a parking lot!) They make sure your car looks great, in addition to the work - it is spotless! I so appreciate them all!

Had such a great experience here! They gave me a detailed estimate, was in communication with me throughout the process and made picking up my vehicle so easy. Thank you for doing an outstanding job on my vehicle. The paint job looks perfect and the care of my interior was superb.

They made it a one stop shop. The rental was arranged through them, the repairs, and handling everything through my insurance. The workmanship was also excellent. From the day I hit the deer until my car was returned was only 3 weeks which is unheard of with repairs in this day and age! Great job

No communication about the status of my vehicle unless I called. Repairs took a full 27 days and I still had to return for one final repair a week after that. The shop did not make every effort to get parts in a timely fashion.

Jessica is absolutely amazing! The customer service was top notch as well as the work done. I can’t say enough about their service. Highly, highly recommend. It’s a far drive for me but well worth it and way better than the collision centers closer to me. The whole process took 9 months and I have zero complaints. A++++++

Pathetic communication and workmanship. They took close to couple and half months to program a right headlight and change the fenders and bumper brackets. Where is had to pay 800 bucks for a rental car. After having the car for a mere 10 days the bumper started coming out. i immediately took it to the Diehl closest to me and they towed it back to the butler branch where it was repaired. This information was obtained after i spent lot of time calling them and coordinating with them. Again this time they had my car for couple of weeks only to tell me that it had been involved in another incident which is why the brand new bumper bracket broke. I hardly drove the car and garaged it so there was no way it was involved in any accident. They sent me a pictures of few/light scuffs saying the impact down there completely tore the brand new bumper brackets installed by them at the top. When i got the car towed back to robinson branch back, the people laughed looking at the reason they gave me. As there was no paint loss, a scratch or scrape even at the bottom of the bumper. Attaching the pictures for reference. Please avoid them, to save time and energy. happy to send videos to anybody who want to have a good laugh at their rip off and insane foolish justification!!

Recently, I had my Jeep repainted. I worked with Jessica for scheduling and updates. She was fantastic. Great customer service. Very friendly. She kept me updated on the whole process. The paint job was great. It looks like a brand new Jeep.

I couldn’t be happier about the end result. The team there really followed up and took action to correct any concerns that arose during my repair and the end product really shows that. They actually kept it a day longer to correct something they didn’t turn out to their expectations to ensure that the end result looked perfect. My truck came back to me looking like it had 80 miles on it, just like it did when it was hit. I would feel comfortable bringing a vehicle back here for repair…. Now let’s hope that I don’t have to do that. Amended Review - They came through again with a slight adjustment the work they did earlier in the year. I'm extremely happy with the way my truck turned out. bumped up to 5 Stars for the after care.

Communication was great. The repairs were seamless, and the repairs were complete in a timely manner. My service guy, Eric, was great to work with.

I couldn’t be happier with the complete paint job Diehl did on my Bronco. From the estimate with Greg, to the pick up day was so smooth. The office ladies are unbelievable. Cathy, Denise and Jessica seem to be the backbone of that place. All three of them are very knowledgeable and keep to their word of staying in touch, calling you back, finding answers for you, etc. As my car was being painted I received calls, voicemails and texts every day letting me know the progress on my vehicle. They also send a link with estimate costs etc that you can look at real time, which I thought was great. My car came back detailed, inspected, painted and they insisted I come back weeks later for a buff to make sure everything was perfect. At that time, they offered to put on rain guards that I had sitting in my vehicle before they gave it back. They absolutely went above and beyond for me and I’m thankful they took such good care of my car.

We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of the repair on our Toyota Prius. Color matching and painting was such that it would be impossible to tell where the car was fixed. The staff is responsive, very professional, and pleasant. They handled every detail including working with both the insurance company, and car rental company. We highly recommend Diehl Collision for all of your body shop needs!!

I dropped my car off April 11th 2023. Told me they’d start on it April 13th 2023, it is now May 16th it’s still sitting there pulled apart untouched! They’ve had the insurance check for almost a month and the parts. I am now paying out of pocket for a rental. They just keep giving me excuse after excuse!! My car has been there for A MONTH! It was supposed to be done May 15th 2023, now they are saying the end of May 2023. It’s still sitting untouched! It’s getting ridiculous! I will never use or recommend this place to anyone! They are a BIG JOKE!!

I can not be more grateful for the whole team at Diehl. From sales, services and now the collision center. Everyone I dealt with by phone or in person had such a positive impact on me. I’ve never dealt with such great people when it comes to customer service. I know dealing with the public is hard at times, but this team was very honest, helpful, caring, respectful to myself and my husband. I am grateful for all of them and I am so thankful that I was able to purchase my truck through them. And to the collision guys, thank you for making my truck look brand new again. She’s just as beautiful as when I purchased her. Yes I name my vehicles.

I used Diehl Collision in Butler to repair my vehicle after several accidents. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were always in communication with me regarding updates on my vehicle repair. They even gave me one of their loaner vehicles at absolutely no cost to me when my insurance stopped paying for my rental through a car rental company. Everyone I spoke with at Diehl Collision was so kind and caring. The office manager Denise even worked with me on payment once my vehicle was finished, as I am a single mom and Christmas is right around the corner. I would 100% recommend using Diehl Collision in Butler for your vehicle repairs. They were wonderful from start to finish.

Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and wanted to help in whatever way they could. They were great keeping me updated daily. When I got my car back today, I was amazed that it looked better than it did when I bought it used from another dealer in New Castle. The work they did in repairing the deer damage is great!
