This business has an eBay page, and apparently their negative reviews on Google line up perfectly with how they do business online as well. Their description specifically says to ask any questions before purchase, so I did just that. And all I got was a short response that danced all around the actual question I asked, followed by no response at all. Just because the majority of business and commerce has went online in this day and age, does not mean that courtesy and honesty stayed behind with the brick and mortar Mom and Pop shops. Customer service is still everything 👍🏼

Gets a 1 star. Ordered a timing tensioner, 100$, another 100$ for shipping. I’ve been blocked on fb and messenger. So I guess I’m gonna have to call and raise some hell.

OMG This place will blow your mind. The person at the counter had so much knowledge. ( he's like the rainman of motorcycles engins transmission suspension rims tires). In the hour I was there at least 15 or so People came in. All with different questions, about different bikes. Major people doing Major repairs. This guy ,boom getting questions boom, being asked for parts, boom, being asked general knowledge questions. He managed it all so smooth so quick

Ordered an fxr fairing light cover, holes were 2 small and it had a tiny hair crack that's already spreading. I emailed them over a months ago maybe even longer and they won't answer back, I paid so much for this as it was and a heavy duty shipping fee and don't even have the decent to answer me back...horrible business

I am a bi-lateral amputee that still rides bikes. Staff was very welcoming and store was very wheelchair friendly. Bars 4 Life.

The people at cyclewarehouse were very nice to deal with. They helped me finding the right product. There was a problem with the order when I received it because things were boxed wrong. They waisted no time remedying the issue and sent me the proper item same day. It's good to see some people still believe in excellent customer service. Thank you

Nice used bikes . We just bought my wife a street bob. Their bikes are mostly repossessions. They dont go over the bikes and no in house notary service. Oil and fluids were never changed. Oil was black as coal. So they get them and just sell them. Just check bikes out good before purchasing.

My son and I drove in from Pittsburgh to see what was available for his Sporty and my FatBoy. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us with our bikes. Cycle Warehouse is absolutely amazing… and DEFINITELY worth the trip!!

Great place, especially going in and pretty much building your bike over and over again in there. They have everything or anything you would need. Better make a day trip of it though because there is a lot. My only problem with the place is, they will charge you retail for a used part or a fell off truck part. Lower your prices. Plus if it’s marked a price don’t count on it being that price they will change it at the register

I absolutely am blessed to live within minutes of this shop. My oldest bike is 60 years old. I can walk right into the shop and dig for a few hours and walk out with what I need. If you can’t find it at Cycle Warehouse you probably don’t need it. The staff are all very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. To everyone that complains about the prices go find it local and in stock elsewhere. You won’t and buy the time you pay shipping and tax online plus wait god knows how long for the parts to show up or get lost by FedEx you might as well have supported your local independent shop. Once they are all gone, you’ll have no options.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I wanted fat spoke wheels on my bike. Jamie said the have them. Gave year/ake model numerous times. Let him know they r a tough fit for the 98 heritage. I went into details/ called for 4 days make sure everything is right and they were ok. After being told the bike would b ready that day. Find out might b ready next week. 1 1/2 drive for me. So 3 hrs 1st trip. Another 3 next to pickup bike. Was told wheels dont fit. Very dissatisfied. These guys dont know .

Cycle Warehouse has everything you need In Harley Davidson motorcycles and parts, like tanks, seats, jackets, saddlebags, t-shirts, bolts, emblems, lights and turn signals and accessories, Chris got it all and then some. 4 floors of Harley Davidson motorcycles and stuff. Thank you Chris for helping me get my seat down and your worker for finding me everything I needed. I'll be back

10 stars. Great store, I always stop in and look if I am in Butler. Small looking shop on the outside, but PACKED with bikes and accessories inside. Great staff. I was looking at the clearance helmets last week and the woman I spoke with helped me make sure that the helmet I was looking at was a better fit than the previous helmet I owned. They gave me a good price on this new helmet, and it saved me when I hit a deer yesterday. If I’d still had my improperly fitting helmet, my head could’ve ended up in rough shape. Thank you Cycle Warehouse!

These guys need to see your bike to match up the parts. We bought a seat for our heritage and they said yeah it'll fit but it doesn't. . we didn't ride that day vuz it was too cold and now they want us to ride up there for them to check it out and they'll only exchange for store credit, they have lots of seats so I'm sure they will be able to find one that fits but it's just the point they say they know what they are talking about and in some case I'm sure they do but in our case they didn't, we took an hour trip to go there to get a seat that we can't use until we take the hour trip back up and must take the bike this time to make sure it's the correct fit.. . So my advice is to ride your bike there when you need to get something so they can actually see if the part will match up. Other than that they are extremely nice guys and they have a lot of bike parts and pieces and also nice leather boots and jackets.

Has anyone out there paid $80 for one roll of header wrap? Cycle warehouse believes that a few feet of fabric is worth it's weight in gold. They have a fairly large selection of various parts, at a high price. Anyone ever seen a 2007 motorcycle recently worth $7000? Cycle warehouse has multiple old bikes priced like newer ones. *Edit* went in looking for a used bike to buy. To my surprise I found a sport bike here, and I was ready to buy. An employee began talking me out of buying the sport bike (one of very few they have for sale). Same employee took my bike for a test ride, when he returned he walked directly past me, didn't give me my keys, and proudly boasted that my bike is junk. This was the worst experience I've had in any place of business. I truly believe Cycle Warehouse is backwards business, not worthy of anyone's money. If you're 70, wear a bunch of leather and ride a Harley, you might have a good experience at Cycle Warehouse. For anyone else I strongly advise going elsewhere.

Try finding your part on eBay first. Selection here is good, but you'll pay a small fortune. He just makes up the price for things on the spot. I turned down buying a few items and I think he jacked the price on what I did need. Tried to talk me into selling my used parts for "store credit." Glad I turned that down after seeing what he was charging. He was Nice enough to show me a bike in the attic similar to the one on building.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, drove from Virginia to get parts, was told to get there at 10a at opening and talk with the the owner Chris, finally made time for me at 1230, then sold me exhaust for my 2005 Softail then come to find out when I get home, they are for a Sportster. Have been calling for 2 weeks now about getting a refund or exchange, no call back or communication, they took my money and over hundred dollars worth of parts I traded them for store credit. Was told by a female in returns that Chris would have to authorize the return, then talked with Gary from parts and he said I would not be stuck with the pipes, 2 weeks later....nothing. Messaged again today and said I was going to contact the BBB, and got a text message back almost instantly from some one that said to bring them back in and they will exchange them for another set, they forgot once again I’m 5 hours away in Virginia. Stay away, they have no respect for there customers, once they have your money they don’t care.

Great selection of parts and motorcycle. I purchased a motorcycle April 2018. Drove it home and had it several weeks when my neighbor noticed it was not inspected. Called store and was told they don't mention it cause most don't inspect anyways and they do not do inspection. You would think they would mention it. Yes I should have noticed but was excited about getting a new to me motorcycle and did not look. The bike was supposed to be ride ready when we picked it up. Rather pay the small inspection fee than the hefty fine for not having it. The store representative seems less than caring about the situation. I will not visit again and will recommended others not as well. Take care of your customers. This was our second motorcycle purchase and last.

Great place to visit and the people that work there are very knowledgeable of motorcycle parts. If you need anything for your motorcycle parts or accessories they have a huge selection of new and used parts.I would recommend visiting to everyone. I was amazed about all the things they had.

Neat parts in every nook and cranny. Bikes of every make and vintage all around. Need to go back when i have more time to chat and search. 1947 Knucklehead was on the floor and available for sale if you have the scratch! Full set of hand hammered brass tins for a future chopper project.
