I had a great experience working with Jay at Diehl Auto! From the beginning he was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I had Steve Tynun for a sales representative of my 2025 Mazda CX 70. During our test drive I asked specifically about a light that came on. He assured me that the engine of the Mazda was a gas powered V6 engine. It wasn’t until after the purchase and I downloaded the app for Mazda I found out that wasn’t true. When I contacted him. He admitted his mistake but told me that was “too bad” but apologized for his lack of knowledge. But did nothing to make the sale right. I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from Deihl from start to finish. I will never purchase here again.

I worked with Jordan Walls. He was awesome. I wanted to get out of my current Hyundai lease and into a Ram 1500 truck. Other dealers were giving me the run around but he came through and made an amazing deal getting me out of my lease and into a 2026 Ram paying less than what I was paying. Always answering texts and phone calls (even when off) to get the deal done. He and Daryl when way above and beyond and have gain a customer in me forever!

I went into the dealership early on Saturday morning with a unique situation. I was taken care of quickly and numbers were all exactly what I expected. I walked out with a 2025 jeep grand Cherokee limited for under 40k brand new! 10/10

I had a fantastic experience buying my 2025 Ram 1500 at Diehl Automotive. I was coming from 3 hours away, so I was a bit nervous about the long trip, but our sales representative, Greg Gallagher, made the entire process seamless. Greg went above and beyond by making sure the truck was fully prepped and ready for us to test drive the moment we arrived. The truck was in pristine condition, exactly as described. The entire transaction was smooth, transparent, and completely issue-free. We were able to wrap everything up and drive back home the very same evening in our new truck. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the vehicle. Highly recommend Greg and the team at Diehl if you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

My wife and I were more than pleased to work a deal with Jack Seibel. I called to inquire about a used vehicle and he had out the door numbers to me within 20 minutes. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were there for under two hours. If we need another vehicle, I’ll gladly drive out of state to deal with Jack!

This was probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had. No fuss, no haggling, and did it mostly online. They gave me what I asked for on my trade. Was met at the door when I arrived to do the paperwork. Sales was great. Finance and Insurance was great. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. Definitely glad I chose them 😀. And, I love my truck.

Definitely the friendliest and most welcoming car purchase we’ve ever made! Corey, Mike, Dave, Luke, Cade and I can’t remember all the names but had great conversations with you all… feel like we’re all friends and neighbors after working out a fair deal for us! Thank you and we’ll stop by just to say hi and get our first complimentary oil change when needed! We usually despise shopping and haggling, but this one was painless and actually fun! I was not pleased with the customer service I had with Greg and his manager on 12/22. I inquired about a leasing a 2026 Tundra, they came with a quote. As a buyer, I know their first initial quote wasn’t their best offer. I told Greg that the quote wasn’t high. Greg asked for a number and I gave him a number. Greg’s manager refused to counter me. I’m not going to say a ridiculous number that’s not in my best interest. Business is about negotiating and this dealership refused to do it with me. I thanked them for their time.

If I could give a zero star, I would. If you think of buying a car/truck from Diehl - run away as fast as you can!!! We bought a brand new 70k truck from this dealership, within the first week of ownership we had an oil leak. Soon the engine had to be replaced. We told the dealership that we wanted another truck. They said no, because the dealership could not afford to take a loss. That was a direct quote of what we were told by the manager. That dealership had no clue what they were doing, they messed up on the title and our loan, and I had to be the one to fix it because the manager did not know how to make the necessary changes. After a full engine replacement on a brand new truck the pulleys had to be replaced, and soon the fuel system- this almost caused another engine replacement, then the leather interior cracked and the seats needed to be replaced. In addition, all of the seals/gaskets, around lights and rear windows - oh yeah that is not covered under warranty, and let’s not even mention the long list of recalls.The fuel system again and now we are currently under the third fuel system repair. It could be that Dodge puts the same faulty system back in. Maybe if we are lucky another engine replacement. There are plenty more repairs but Thank goodness we bought a crappy extended warranty from Diehl as well. We are now going on 3 weeks of waiting for repairs, adjusters with continual excuses. lol, now I’m getting emails that Diehl would like to have the truck for a trade in. Hmmm… I know they are just the dealership that sold this truck, but Diehl has been a nightmare to work with from the very beginning. We have contacted our local news stations but because Diehl buys airtime for commercials this nightmare was not considered. I have left other reviews, it’s funny how they all got deleted. Diehl should really care about their customers and the product. Save yourself a lot of time and money, Find yourself another dealership. All Diehl had to do was to care and do the right thing at the very beginning. They have had plenty of opportunities to make this right but have chosen not. From all the other reviews that I have read this is their norm. We are now working with a different dealership but we are still stuck with Diehl’s crappy warranty. BEWARE as they are also a SCAM!!! RUN!!! It would be interesting if we get a response to this review, hmm.. maybe they would be interested in giving us a really good trade and making this situation finally right. I will provide an update. I can’t post on mgr messages so I will update on mine. 9/17/25- I returned a call and left a message. No record of our purchase, that does not surprise me. Hmm. I will leave a picture of the original sticker of where it was sold from. Oh yeah, the truck is still in the shop a month later. All because of the warranty that they sold us. 9/18/25 - we got a call a sales mgr, assistant, they will call us again on Monday. 10/21/25- well Monday came and gone/ No call today. But we did hear from the warranty company that we bought from Diehl, so far they will not pay for $2500 in repairs. We were told it covers 100 percent. 11/1/25- update- I will say that Deal butler actually ended up working with us, and gave us a great deal on a new truck. I wish Deal would have worked with us yrs ago, but thank goodness that mgt team is no longer there. The current team was very nice and pleasant to work with. They actually were very caring, took the time, let us pick the best warranty for us. How they currently handled this situation was very professional, took the time and really tried to help and correct a bad situation. Overall, the beginning of this situation was a nightmare, but it ended well. Thanks to the current team.

This is now our 3rd time buying a car off of Kris at Diehl Jeep in Butler. He has been so helpful when it comes to finding us the perfect vehicle to fit our needs. This last purchase he went above and beyond to help us get out of a lease and into a new vehicle. He searched other dealerships to find us a Jeep Wrangker 4xe since they didn’t have any in stock at the time. He made the process seamless. We love our new wrangler so much and will highly recommend anyone to use Diehl Jeep and Kris in the future.

Had a great experience! I’ve had my old jeep for 7 yrs and I finally switched in for a new one. I love the Grand Cherokee. Kris was a great salesman, knowledgeable, friendly and an awesome personality. Deihl is a great place to buy a vehicle we have bought several over the years. They are one of the best on this side western Pa.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Evan Hart at Diehl Automotive! We came looking for a car after being in an accident and decided which one we wanted. The insurance process (as always) took forever, and Evan was extremely personable, patient, and attentive, and he communicated clearly with us the entire time we were waiting. He held the car for us and got the necessary paperwork started so that it was a smooth process the entire time and so we could get it as soon as possible despite the delay with insurance. I cannot recommend Diehl auto enough! Make sure you ask for Evan!

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Matt the salesman was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Matt the finance manager was just as great, walking me through everything clearly and helping me get a deal I was really happy with. Both Matts were professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommend working with them!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had buying our new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer from Diehl in Butler! Kris was our sales person and Matt helped with our financing. Both were fantastic! Professional & knowledgeable. Kris helped us get into a deal we felt good about. We didn’t have to haggle back and forth on price or feel pressured. He took his time making sure I was trained on the technology that was new to me and all set up with connected apps. It was clean and pristine when we picked it up and you could tell they took their time making sure everything was perfect! We are extremely pleased with the whole experience! Will definitely go back to them first next time we are shopping for a new vehicle!

Impressions last a lifetime, except for this time. Back in the 2000's I owned a regular old neon as my first ever vechicle. I visited Baglier in search for an upgraded vechicle and stumbled upon an Srt4 Neon. I wanted to test drive it but was basically laughed at here from a salesman who did not take me seriously. I was extremely offended by this to the point I swore I would never buy from this dealership if it was the last thing I did. Moving forward, I purchased a 2017 Charger from Clarion PA and have loved it every second I had it, but it was time to upgrade. Fast forward to May of 2025 and here we are at Baglier considering a Durango. My hopes were set low based on previous experience. However, this time was different. This dealership treated us with respect and it was clear they wanted to make us as happy as they could. Needless to say, we purchased the Durango from here at a fair price and we are very happy with it. Thank you to the guys who currently work here, thank you for your time and effort. You made this buying experience a very positive one.

I could not have had a better experience being a new customer at Diehl! Evan was my salesperson, and he was immediately attentive and pleasant. I settled on a vehicle and Matt in F&I was able to secure financing that I was satisfied with. I purchased an extended warranty and gap coverage, but was not pressured to do so. After having a few repairs done before taking delivery, my new suv was delivered to my workplace, which was super convenient, and I appreciate the team working with my schedule. I would recommend Diehl to anyone who asks, without reservation.

I am rewriting my review to reflect that it was written based on misinformation and a misunderstanding. I have been doing business with Diehl Automotive for over 8 years, and there have been some hiccups here and there, but they always make it right. My first major experience i want to tell happened when we went to purchase a ram 2500. We began our process over the phone and not actually in the showroom. We found the truck we wanted online and started the approval process. When we finally went to the showroom to see the truck, we were paired with Mike Riley as our salesperson. When i say that Mike went above and beyond, that is an under statement. Mike actually turned out to not be a salesperson but rather a representative of the Dodge and other name brands. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features and characteristics of the vehicles to ensure that you are happy with what you are looking at. He is very personable, and there is zero pressure. Mike Riley is a prime example of the type of person that should be in customer service. Even a year after the sale, he still checks in to see how our truck is doing for us, and when i go up there for service, if he isnt busy, he comes out and chats for a few minutes. If you need a vehicle, Mike will definitely help you out. Now i would like to review the service department. By doing so, i will first have to apologize to Shawn Peters for the huge misunderstanding that happened during our visit yesterday due to misinformation. We have serviced our vehicles with Diehl for over 8 years, and their staff have always been very professional and friendly. I will say that the prices are a little higher at Diehl for services. Other than that, they have always provided a greater than 5 star service. Overall, i would give Diehl higher than 5 stars if i could.
