Needed a car battery, pulled in and there was no wait. The peraon working here is very knowledgeable, i feel like i took a course in batteries, which i love learning. Highly recommend. He installed the new battery adter checking the old one and the alternator.

Amazing service! I was in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new battery that was $80 cheaper than what I would’ve paid for the same exact battery at Advanced Auto parts AND it included a 4 year warranty. Love to shop local and this place is terrific!
Had my buddy's truck and the battery died. The battery was stuck due to some corroded part holding it in. The guys worked on it until they could get it out. A++ service. Super professional. Would definitely recommend.
My mother n law and elderly woman was having car starting trouble. When got her car to Battery Warehouse she was greeted with a smile and kindness. The Technician went far and beyond to explain what the problem was with her car, help her get the right battery and installed a simple charging cord for her to keep her battery charge because she doesn’t drive it often enough to keep her battery charged. All in one battery place. Technician, checked out my alternator, and recommended a battery replacement. I was in and out in 20 minutes. While I was there I had them replace both my key fobs, same my garage door opener. Very reasonably priced.
Big thank you to Battery Warehouse!! My battery had died in my car. We didn't know it until 5pm on Friday as we were leaving. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have them test it and replace. The guy there said couldn't do it. He'd have to remove some panel to get the battery out and it would scratch the paint. I'd need to go to a dealership or Battery Warehouse. It was 5:40 when I called B.W. They close at 6. The guy there said no problem get here asap. After Advanced kindly jumped my car again, we headed down the hill. The guy (my apologies, my husband nor I got his name) at Battery Warehouse was very nice. He said the battery is actually in the back seat. Super easy to remove and install. We were there 15 minutes. He even took the time to explained to my husband how to help the battery keep its charge since I don't drive daily. We are so appreciative for him being so kind and not rushing us out or denying my call. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
We bought the best deep cycle battery they had for our boat and had kept having a dead battery even with a solar charger. We finally took the battery back because the 1 year warranty was almost up and they said they wanted to try charging it back up with their "special" charger. Every time we called they said they wanted to try something else until the warranty expired then called and said yes the battery is in fact junk so we went in to pick up the new one and they informed us that the warranty expired and wanted $90.00 to replace it. We informed them that we dropped the battery off there BEFORE the warranty expired and they said it goes by the day we replace it not when it was dropped off. Buyer beware. Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star.
I had a new battery installed in my car through my dealer mechanic from battery warehouse in Mar 2021. All winter it kept going dead and I would have to have it jumped. When I called they were rude over the phone.
I took it to a major dealer of batteries, Advanced Auto, they load tested it and it was only 35% charged.
Battery warehouse only has a one year warranty. That should have been the tip off.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Get testing, a new DIE HARD battery and a three year warranty from Advanced Auto.
So frustrating having to jump your battery all the time.
Called in asking if they could check out my key fobs. Was told to stop in. The guy was extremely fast and friendly. Checked and replaced 2 of my batteries and was even honest about me not needing the 3rd one replaced. Shop local and get treated with kindness unlike the other places. I will be back for any battery needs I have in the future.
Battery was dead this morning. Jumped it and drove to battery warehouse. Donald greeted me and hooked it up to his machine to test it. He explained everything as he worked and handled my vehicle with care. Had the battery swapped out in minutes. Very kind and friendly. Would happily go back
Great people! Great Service! They have batteries for everything. I bought a Genius Battery Booster and have used it several times. It is a must have product.
First time here and it was a good one. My car was on the verge of not starting up anymore due to an old battery. Autozone wanted 175 for the battery, no installation. Here I got mine for 124 and they replaced it for me, thank you!
