I asked and payed for a diagnostic on my car. However, when going to pay they handed me a paper with just codes on it and did not elaborate. After more thought I called later to ask some questions. The owner became very defensive, unprofessional, and frankly extremely disrespectful. He even stated that he “never wants me to come back” and hung up on me, while yelling when I was only trying to get answers I had already payed 100 dollars for. Mind you, I never raised my voice and maintained composure. A complete waste of my money and time. DO NOT GO HERE if you want someone who actually is decent and cares about your business.

He then said I’d have to pay more just to be told what was wrong and hung up on me. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel talked down to rather than helped.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with this business. My car had an engine knock & I had been told by another place that my "engine is shot". The professionals @ Bryan Auto Plaza correctly assessed that my car simply needed oil & performed the routine maintenance required. I'll only take my car here from now on.
I called to try to work out a small issue, and for a quote. Instead of talking to me to resolve things I was rudely hung up on twice. I was a loyal customer, and was trying to resolve things. Don't take your car here as they are extremely rude and unprofessional.
I spent over $900 on my Cadillac converter. When I went to pick up my vehicle. It was more broken than when I left it. They were giving me over a $400 quote to fix my flex pipe that they broke. when I dropped my van off, it wasn’t making any noise. when I picked it up It was so loud that even my children notice the difference. Now my car is showing the airbag lights and eating up gas. I would not recommend this company.
Very disappointed & upsetting! I already had some new parts put on my vehicle before I took it here for further vehicle issues. Told them about that & also told them to call me before doing Any repairs on it. Got a call about repairs being needed but learned that not only did they do a repair without my consent they also put more fuel in my gas tank without permission. The cost was more than I was expecting it to be. Very frustrating that this happened.
We need to air up a slow leak tire and it's was so hot out ? and this kid was doing his car maintenance in front of air pump the gas station in town? so I stopped and asked at Bryan Auto Plaza and asked for help the man said pull right up and he immediately helped me and said no charge ❣️❣️❣️ I'll be seeing him again for tires ??
They did not call me and let me know that there was more work to be done on my car. They just fixed it. The man told me it was not going to be much more. They charged me double price. Then claimed that he “gave me part price” which in their eyes was a “discount” this was HORRIBLE SERVICE how dare they fix things without telling me how much it’d cost in advance I may not have had the money then what??!!
I highly recommend Bryan Auto Plaza. I delt with Ron. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Service was complete and fast. No high pressure. Car issues were resolved and any future needs were discussed. Five stars aren't enough!
Had timing chain replaced. Broke water pimp n charged me illegally by law. Forgot to add oil n blew up my engine. When i took them to court the guy who worked on it didnt show n the old man came to lie. I had a statement from another place in town stating their was no oil causing the engine to melt. They refused to pay for damages cousting me over $3500 n the ending statement was u can drive hundreds of miles without oil which the judge accepted screwing me over. A moron even knows better than that. This was yrs ago n finally get to speak out thanks to the internet. They even tried to make me pay for the water pump which they broke which cost $90 n by law they hafta call if it exceeds $25 over estimate. Id never tell anyone to take their vehicle their. Crooked n liers.
