Took some of my scrap to make a few bucks ended up trading for something else that someone scrapped. One personsjunk is another persons treasure. Mark was very helpful taught things I didn’t know about certain metals. All the staff are very nice.
I weighed my scrap steel before going in an selling it there just to check and see if they were legitimate. It added to 968 lbs when I weighed it. When they weighed it, it was 600 lbs even. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Everyone ia always friendly and willing to help unload our ttuck. And they have fairly decent prices considering the hard times we are having now. Thank you northwest.
No good customer service. If you bring in aluminum siding you have to put it in a 4’x4’ bin for them, rather then just weighting in and dumping it and weighting back out.
Place is is scam . Went in with 4 aluminum car rims and clean aluminum intake and brackets. Only gave $.18 for the rims instead of the $.48 then L.M.E for the rest and that was $.08 just don't waist your time here . Old sheet aluminum for the rims. There is literally a place in your pricing for aluminum rims.
Good place to get a few bucks for scrap that I'd rather not throw in the trash. I'm not looking for people skills, or conversation. I follow the rules set out, and go talk to the lady who gives me some money! I haven't met anyone who rubbed me the wrong way there.
The poor guys running this place have absolutely no people skills. Prepare yourself for rude comments about anything that you are bringing. No rims with valve stems, etc. apparently...and that's putting it nicely. Maybe customer service would be better if we had visited during a less busy time of day?? Maybe.
