I’ve had 2 excellent experiences with this car rental agency. Most recently, my car was hit by a deer during rutting season. I got a quick, easy rental car while mine was being fixed. There were complications but Bryan Auto Depot was more than fair and sympathetic. I so appreciate this business in Bryan, Ohio!

I purchased a vehicle outright from the Bryan Auto Depot in August. I was very impressed with the options they offered, the transparency of the vehicle I chose, and the salesman was fantastic. I strongly recommend checking them out if you're in the market. Recommended to friends and family, and the general public. These guys are great!
We bought our truck from Joe at Bryan Auto Depot a couple years ago. Everything about the experience was positive. We love our truck and appreciated the friendly helpful service from Joe. We still get a birthday card in the mail from them each year even. If that isn't small town excellent customer service, I don't know what is. We will return when we need another vehicle! I have got and payed for two vehicles from here and now I am working on a third one. If anybody needs to get a car the people here are very nice (Joe) is so helpful and was always there to help. There payments a month are very easy to come up with.
It was my first time renting a car, they made it easy! The receptionist and the man who runs the place were very nice and outgoing. The pricing was good. I plan on using them again in a few months for a rental. I’m even thinking about looking at some stuff on their car lot, it seems like they have a good inventory!
I had been car shopping for a week, and been to many, many car dealerships all around the area. My husband just happened to stop in here while driving by on our way to lunch. I'm so glad he did. We ended up buying a car on the spot. The salesman was great. Very friendly, and no pressure! The prices and info were listed right on the cars. The owner came out and talked to us about their cars. It was overall a great experience with no surprises. If I ever need another vehicle this will be my first stop, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I had bought two cars from here and thought I could trust them, two months ago I was proven wrong! I got a fusion here in November, it didn't make it 15 miles from the lot before issues started to appear. I called them, and they took the car back and sent it to the shop next door, not once but twice because they didn't notice the brakes on one wheel had been put on backwards, and the car idled extremely rough, the whole vehicle trembled which they neglected to fix the first time they had it. Since we got the car back, it has been one problem after another, and the car we got was an absolute lemon! We paid over $6500 for this vehicle for it to be an absolute nightmare that isn't even save to drive after just two months!! Do not trust their vehicles!!! We also traded a car that I had originally bought from a luxury car dealer for $6000, they are currently selling this car for $11,000. If they jack up value on their cars that much, this fusion should have cost no more than $1000, especially with all of it's problems!
Good lot. They were more concerned about me getting the right canopy for my truck than I was. In the end it fit an earlier model but works good enough for my purposes. Price was very fair.
Bought a truck here and everything with this place was easy and honest with zero pressure! Joe was a awesome salesman and I would buy another vehicle from this dealership! Wish there was more places like this in America!

I gave come here three times for a rental while my car is getting worked on across the street. They are awesome! Great customer service, very helpful, rentals are very nice as well.
Very pleasant and understanding people. When I needed help with getting a vehicle that I wanted, they went way out of their way to help me. I will recommend them to my friends, family and even my own customers.
This a great dealership to deal with, they go above and beyond to work with you and put you in a car that you want. I ve bought 3 cars from here and never had an issue with service or the vehicles I would recommend calling Joe today and seeing what he can do for you...... Don't call at closing time on a weekend and expect to be able to drive a car home immediately, it takes time to do paperwork and install anti theft devices on the vehicles and customer to place that offers buy here pay here should know that, it's common sense!

I Filled out a credit app online. Waited a few hours and no reply. I ended up having to call them and they proceed tell me they don't look at credit apps on Saturday. I said "ok"? And then asked about trade in value and immediately I was told, "regardless of your trade in, we can't sell/deliver a car to you today". I guess this place doesn't want to sell cars on Saturday's. Poor business ethics and horrible customer service.
