The Auto zone in Bryan has the best staff all are super friendly and all of them are very eager to help you find what your looking for even if that means they have to go out of there way to find the part you are looking for.Definitely recommend 10/10 service most definitely will be coming back to the Auto zone in Bryan.
I was just there tonight due to a problem with the alternator on my truck. Levi R. came to the rescue and changed the alternator really good and fixed the problem. Due to my heart problem I cant do the stuff anymore. I won't go anywhere else to get parts and I'm very picky on where I get my parts and who works on my truck. You have a great employee in Levi who comes to the rescue when I come there. I want to thank him for all the help he has given me.
I'm not from the area, I just work in Bryan. I needed to replace my windshield wipers before heading home in the snowstorm. I went to Autozone, and Levi was quick and eager to help me, even though I didn't even buy the wipers there, I just wanted to be able to see to get home. Amazing first impression of this store, would definitely go back again!
When we had a problem with out battery and alternator Levi R. was the best. He got right in there and did the work for us. I won't go anywhere else for the parts on our truck.
I used to come to this auto parts store frequently, but today a young woman was very arrogant and rude to me just because I wanted to know the price difference between some products I needed. I decided to leave the store. I'm a regular customer, but I won't be anymore. I'd rather go to other branches in Defiance. The other employees are very friendly, except for the girl who served me today. ????
I loveee shopping at autozone, they always have what I need and when I need it and the staff is super friendly!!! Best autozone around for sure!!! Trust you won’t find better customer service anywhere else!
The Autozone in Bryan is always so clean and orderly. The staff are always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help and make sure I find what I'm looking for. Amanda is one of the staff members that is usually there most times when I go in. She is always so helpful and willing to help assist in anyway she can. Her kindness, professionalism and knowledge does not go unnoticed. A big thank you to all the staff at the Bryan location!!!!!
Came to AutoZone needing a battery in an emergency situation and the lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful!!! They were out of the battery I needed but was able to upgrade to the next level battery for a price match!!! I was able to switch my battery out and return to work!!! Her name was Amanda!! I will forever be back to AutoZone as long as she is there!!!!! Thanks Amanda keep up the great work your amazing!!!!!
The staff at this location were plenty friendly and willing to help. There are plenty of generic parts stocked for basic needs. If they don't have what you're looking for then they can order it. However, the prices are not the most competitive. If I have to order a part anyways, I'd personally rather order from a less expensive site. But for stop-in convenience this place is great!
Great guys, scanned my codes and cleared them to help me find and fix two adjacent problems. Last step may be able to fix 2nd problem with throttle body cleaner. Saving me $200. Yay
I stopped in to get a washer blade and the 1st guy couldn't get the 1st blade on, so he went to get help. The other guy couldn't do it either. The blade wouldn't fit. So they found another and finally got it on. Yes! I was very happy about their help ?! Awesome ?
Needed a wiper blade for the rear window. Took the gentleman much trial and error to figure out how it went on (1st time installing a rear wiper)but he finally got it. He kept apologizing but I just told him it was a learning experience, no problem.
I bought a taillight at a big box store, didn't know how to access my casing for said light,called my local auto zone and since I didn't buy the light there....he wouldn't help me. Went to O'Reilly's.. no questions asked. Boom! Done in 2 minutes, no charge. People of Bryan, think hard about the two establishments I have mentioned. Choose for yourself, but I have NEVER been talked so down to in my life.
It's ok if you know what you want, the parts are the same anywhere you go. the staff is always a treat... the few people who know what they're doing never stay. The lifetime warranty system is the only reason to keep going back.
Thank you for the great service. Needed new wipers, knew what I needed but didn't have two of them out. Staff member went back without hesitation and got me exactly what I needed. Glad to have new wipers with all the weather of late.
Called ahead of time to ensure that they change batteries for you if you buy one from them. I was told that as long as the battery isn’t covered and easily accessible, that they do install them for you.
Upon arriving to the Bryan, OH location, I was informed by an associate named Michael that he could not install my battery due to liability. Seems as though not all the employees understand the standards that corporate had put in place for them.
Had I known there were going to be conflicting policies, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going. I had even called and verified before going. Very disappointing! Not to mention deceptive.
