I stopped in this morning to have a question about a park brake light that came on and was very concerned about getting on the highway and a tall gentleman with black hair. I'm sorry I did not get your name was very helpful and knowledgeable and of course when I started the car to show him the light wasn't on , isn't that how it always happens ! Anyway, he was very kind. I told him all the lights went crazy on the dash. The four-wheel drive said it wasn't engaged just so many things were going crazy and when I googled it it said maybe I was low on break fluid so he said I'll check that for you and we went outside. He said your brake fluid is perfectly fine and then he said my antifreeze is a little low. But I am still good. And when I had to ask him a question about my battery, he said your battery is perfectly fine. You don't need to buy a new one if it's charging at 14.6. you're good! No worries there. I wish I would have got your name. I'm very sorry but I am happy to say I felt safe getting back on the road to go home from a week of heartache of losing two family members in a car accident. Kindness goes a long way and I'm truly grateful for that. Thank you!.
Diecast scalping at it's best! Telling me can't order M2 when other stores can. Shouldn't even have diecast in this store because it's not for the customers, but rather profit for the employees! Hope they close this store!
Was looking for a radiator hose, I asked if I could go in the back to look at the selection and was told no we don't let customers in the back....so I spent money across the street....
These people used to be very knowledgeable. Now they cant even answer the phone when they arent busy. Dont seem interested in doing their job. Customer service is terrible and common sense is lacking heavily. Auto parts specialist? They barely register for their mcjob. Highly disappointing. Other oreillys in the area have their stuff together. Will not be back to this store.
Placed an order for parts at 8:40am and they told me everything would be at the store by 4:30pm. When I got to the store at 5:20pm THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. Called the number back that I had in my call log to confirm it was the correct location. It was so I proceeding to tell the worker that I was upset my parts weren’t there the worker just kept saying we must have it under a different phone number and name. Giving us NO options on being able to fix the issue THEY HUNG UP IN ME INSTEAD! I will not ever be buying from you again.
I came into the Bryan store to see if they could help me with my tail lights not working. Both brake light bulbs were burnt out, and one was stuck in the socket, wouldn't budge. With the knowledge of the 2nd shift guy he managed to get my bulb out and replaced it within 15 minutes and I was on my way. What a great crew. Thank you so much to the Bryan crew for fixing me up.
Great service , I went there with an issue . My oxygen sensor was bad, the clerk didn't think twice about going out there and changing it for me. Overall great experience .
The people who work here are always so nice and helpful. I honestly wish that they had their own mechanic shop so they could just repair my car. And I do not like or trust most people so this is saying a lot. The most recent terrible mechanic I encountered said they are not skilled mechanics there. Oh do you mean not skilled at the art of disrespect and con artistry? I will be leaving a review for that mechanic tomorrow after I pick up my car and tell him to stick the money where the sun don't shine. I want everyone to know who the bad mechanics are so they have a heads up what has happened to me could happen to them. My mom just laughs every time I say, “I wish O’Reillys could just fix my car, they are so much nicer and more honest then any mechanic I have ever met.”
Extremely short staff and low on almost everything ...... you call ahead and ask to see If parts are in stock and they tell you yes, then you get there and no parts in store
They are your averge have common parts auto parts store and sometimes have cheaper order parts i like them better because they are on the right side to get me home
I had an amazing experience with their service, although there was the difficulty of getting the right part; they quickly fixed it and were nice enough to send someone with the right part to where my car was stranded on the highway. (On Indian meadow service plaza).Ohio turno pike. Thanks again!.
I've been a loyal customers to oreillys since they came to bryan. I've spent thousands of dollars there in the last couple years. Today I went in for transmission fluid, and the large sign hanging from the ceiling says transmission fluid is with the oil on the left side of the aisle, when I couldn't find any I asked the man at the front desk where it was located and he told me it is on the end cap of the aisle to the right. I said thank you and walked back there. The employees proceed to speak very loudly saying "how stupid can people be" "can't anyone read signs" They were loudly insulting me for not seeing a 5"x5" sign that says "transmission fluid at end of aisle" in very small lettering even tho the main sign said it was in a different area. They continued to insult me as I walked out and took my business across the street to AutoZone. It is their job to assist customers, not loudly insult them in front of other customers and employees. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Zach was absolutely amazing!! We got stranded in Ohio, Turnpike highway. (Driving to Chicago from NY) Called a tow truck to take us to Auto Zone and the two guys in there didn’t want to help, didn’t even step foot out the store. So there we called O’Reilly and Zach answered and came from across street to us. He was very nice! Made a true effort to help us. So we took the car to their parking lot. We got all the help from him and his friend mechanic that happened to go to the store that moment. Zach got down on the floor and didn’t mind that it had just rained. We are so very thankful for being so helpful and actually doing their job. They care about people and help out!!! Thanks Zach! He should be the manager. He is an example for all the other workers.
Ben,Neil, and Bob know there stuff and have always gotten me the right part. Only parts store I go to from my daily driver to my race truck that got it all.
