I was stuck in the middle of a parking lot today, this very nice gentleman from this towing service asked if he could help in anyway. I said absolutely if he could tow me to Aukerman that was behind me. He told me yes and to call the lady's at the office to let them know. The lady on the phone was really pleasant to talk to! I will tell everyone that needs a tow to call this towing company to help them when they need it! I appreciate what you guys did for me to help me out! I was stuck yesterday in a customer's steep driveway and could not get out - ice covered by snow. My insurance company contracted with Wayne Towing, and they did a remarkable job of pulling my car up that hill. I had a long wait due to my location, but when Rod showed up he went right to work and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely contact them again.

Needed towed today, of course it's cold and snowing! Insurance company said they'd be there in 60 to 90 min and they were there in less than 60 min! I was really happy with how quickly he got my car loaded and was able to unload it right where we needed it in our yard! Guy was super friendly and I'm assuming the dispatcher was really nice too! All in all they made a crappy situation alot easier!

I had called progressive insurance the night before, for roadside assistance and set up an appointment to have my truck towed to my mechanic the following morning at 9:00 a.m. or after. My insurance company screwed up and sent the order out to the tow company at 6:30 in the morning, and they were here at 7:00 a.m. . I unfortunately was not awake yet I had no idea they were here and gone, they were trying to get a hold of me, because I originally had my alarm set for 8:30 to be ready for them after 9:00. I had received four voicemails on my phone of them trying to get a hold of me. I called back the tow truck driver, and he was actually down the road in hopes that I still needed them. Their dispatch was willing to work with me, I paid the difference, because I chose not to call back my insurance company. Robert came up and we had a good talk and shot the breeze as he's loading up my truck on the flatbed, all around nice guy. This man deserves five stars. Very calm, cool, collective, patient, and very professional. The fact that he came back to tow the truck and waited for me to make sure I was okay to still need the truck, says volumes about this towing company. I would definitely call on them if I ever needed roadside assistance again. UPDATE!!!!! Best tow service EVER!!!!!! I've never had a tow company do this for me, not even one of me buddies company......Robert just called to tell me my vehicle made it to its destination safely, and where he put the keys..... I am very impressed with Wayne County Towing......HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Keep rockin out with that '52 Dodge, Robert!!!

Fantastic Service!! Wayne Country Towing is a great towing company to work with. After they were contacted by using my Ford Pass app, the dispatcher gave me a time to expect their arrival. As the time arrived, there was more communication as to who would be arriving and a more precise time. When the tow truck arrived, the two gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very well informed and knowledgeable. They loaded my vehicle and were on their way to the destination I had chosen to have my vehicle taken to in a very short time. The dispatcher was very easy to work with as well. She provided invaluable information as soon as they received the order for my towing through the app. She continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process and was very pleasant to deal with in all communications! She answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely choose Wayne County Towing in Wooster, Ohio for all my future towing needs!! My wife and I were on our way to AZ from northern OH when our RV engine began to overheat and due to issue with the engine or cooling system blew out. Due to the size and weight of our RV (40’ @ 40,000 lbs) we required a very large tow vehicle. After speaking to several tow companies Wayne County was the only one with a rig large enough. Our RV also created problems towing in which the tow operated overcame due to his experience and knowledge. Wayne county towed our RV almost 50 miles to an approved service center - they worked diligently and after hours - delivering our unit at 11:30 that night. I will always recommend Wayne County Towing..

I received a tow from Floyd, he was awesome. It's only my second tow I've ever needed, but it's the best tow experience I've had yet! My wheel came off on I76 after hitting a pothole. Thankfully I stopped just in time, didn't even damage my rotor. Tighten your lug nuts on guten tight! And then some more! ??

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about these guys! Took extreme care of my 74 Gremlin when loading and unloading and were fast to get to me off the side of a busy road! Highly recommend, especially for anyone with a high end car worried about how their car will be treated.

Retrieving our 2019 pick up truck out of an extremely narrow garage seemed like an impossible task. DAVE with all his experience, knowledge and man power was able to use lift jacks to navigate the vehicle carefully out of the garage. There was no neutral overdrive option, wheels were locked and turned, but that didn't have DAVE intimidated. Expertise, patience, back breaking man power and a consitent smile navigated the truck out of the garage without a single blemish. Raised by a mechanic I could see the job could have gone much quicker with another person on board however he would not let me assist in any way. The night before another towing company was called and they would not even attempt to retrieve the vehicle and were youtubing instructions. Thank you DAVE for being consiencous in a world where customer service is not a prioriry!

I was headed to Cleveland for work on 7/2/2024 in a company vehicle. About 30 minutes outside of my first stop, my tire blew on the side of 71. It took a while to get ahold of the company’s insurance people to schedule a repair. As soon as they contacted Wayne county towing, I got a call from kody. After being stranded for almost an hour and a half it was amazing to be updated. Kody gave me multiple calls letting me know his ETA and where he was. He had my tire fixed in less than 20 mins from arriving & back on the road. This is the first time blowing a tire especially blowing one going 77mph and being in this type of situation so it was great having a friendly tow mechanic to keep me grounded. I was shaken up and crying right before he got there because I was stressed out, his kindness helped me realize everything was going to be okay. I appreciate him letting me get on the road first & following me for a few miles to make sure the tire was perfect. Thanks kody you did great.
