Got trapped at the Mohicans during a snow storm. Called up North end towing and they came out and got us out of the hills. They checked back with us during our wait as they were some emergencies before us in line. Very pleased

They were absolutely wonderful. Quickly got my car hooked up and out of a pretty dangerous spot. Very nice would highly recommend.

These guys were a life saver. My in-laws car broke down on 71 on Thanksgiving weekend. I was given an arrival time by my insurance of almost 2 hours and they were there in 45. My guy (the owner I believe) was knowledgeable, quick, professional, and easy going. Towed me without issue to the shop I requested. I'm not from the area, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

Last week I called bc my battery was dead. I was given an hour wait time. The associate was at my home in 25 minutes, was polite, and efficient. I definitely recommend!

My brother wrecked his truck on 71, we called them and they were there in a timely manner and wasn’t stuck sitting on the side of 71 for hours. And took it to a repair shop and dropped it off for us.! Many thanks to them!

Had my car towed tonight, front passenger studs and lug nuts break off. He was there in a timely manner and loaded my car safely but then when he was unloading it he claims he "forgot" my vehicle was in neutral as it fell off the bed of the truck and almost hit my neighbor's home.. while laughing about it, it cause more damage to my front end that I have to pay for and it's my only vehicle and because of what he's done, I'm screwed on getting my fiance to and from work when it could have been fixed and done today. 100$ for what is now going to cost 400-500 to fix when it would have coated me 40-50. Thanks a lot. Won't be calling them again, I'll call someone else.

My son got a flat tire and they were quick to get it changed and get him home safely. I truly appreciate it.

Waited 3 hours for them to show up, they came and said they had to go to anouther tow and would be back but they didn't come back. Terrible service

Awesome service when i needed a tow. Had to replace transmission, and they got me dwn to the Ford dealership here in orrville to put in new transmission in my f150!

Highly Recommend North End Garage!! A++++ They arrived on site extremely quick, had to call in another truck which also arrived quickly. They were able to gently walk the truck out in record time and without any damage at all. Hopefully we aren't in need of there services anytime soon but if an occasion arrises in there service area, they will be the first to be called. Thanks again for assisting!

After waiting 2 1/2 hrs for a simple lockout service 15 min from their shop. 3 phone calls later driver finally shows up then tried to charge me $75 when the guy on the phone had told me it would be $55. Driver called his boss and he denied ever giving me a quote? very bad business practices.

Called in a tow for my company at noon. They said it would be an hour, the reason for the initial delay was because they had to go to lunch first. 2 hours later, still hadn't heard anything... Called back and they said "they just got too busy" ... Don't call them if your time and your tow is important.

Driver was great and made it to me quicker then expected. But great service, definitely going to call them again when in need. Thanks North End Garage.

Called them about noon one day and asked if they could come get my truck that blew a brake line. They were very quick to get the information that they needed. I was also able to leave the keys with the truck so I didn't even have to be there. Great experience and would use again.

I was very disappointed because some of my car was in a field they charged me extra. Bad enough I was a trama I feel they took advantage of my misfortune.

I locked my keys in my car, so called North End Garage and within 20 minutes they were there & had my car unlocked. The cost was $45. Excellent service by a company that has been in Wooster for many, many years. These guys are PROS!

North End was the 2nd place I had to call for help to get my car out of an extremely awful mud situation. I have AAA and used the company Patriot towing initially which was all in all a very distasteful encounter. They couldn't do it so I called the closest tow company. The man who answered the phone was very pleasant and seemed to show concern about all aspects of the situation and sent us a truck. The gentleman (his name slips me) greeted us politely and we got him to the location. It's around 9pm by the time he gets to us because he was our 2nd option and the first one took awhile to get to us only to tell us they couldn't do it. The lovely guy assessed the situation and suited up to attempt to free my vehicle. My male companion helped in anyway he could because TBH I wouldn't have been the most help. He was patient and understood we were in trouble and utilized everything he could to get us out without getting stuck himself. He was done in a reasonable time given how bad the situation was and let me tell you it was pretty bad but he came prepared and executed the job very professionally. I was so elated with his work that I embraced him (with permission of course) and tipped him what I could. He even let us use his charger for our phones which the first guy didn't stay long enough to offer anything of real help. I commend you guys for hiring such personable people to do the job that no one else will. I'll definitely be recommending people to call North End for any towing needs.

Heading to NC by way of Roenoake to Maggie vally.Left Sat morning had an unforeseen accedint one of the Harleys had a loss of front steering and went in to a ditch rider got bounced around pretty bad 4 hours in Emerg. had to have the bike picked up Norht end handeld it and went above and beyond to help take care of everything from getting the bike out of the ditch and on the truck hauled to there place stored it inside for the night and then gave me there info to get with them to meet them at the shop in sunday to open up and helpme load the bikesinto a U-haul truck using one of the flat bed wreckers and the trailer I pull with my bike as well. Jake was a big help and listend to me and let me helphim with loading the damaged bike it was his first bike haul he did a great job with it and we had it loaded and on the way to the shop in about 20 mins from arrivel. Matt the owner was more than helpfull and willing to do what was needed to help make everything go as smooth as possbile and had true concern for the other rider and that he was ok. Jake also was conerened and willing todowhat ever had to be done. thanks for all the help and exellent service great job guys thank you very wuch for everything.

I was visiting from Massillon Ohio and my car broke down. When the driver, Brian, came he was very helpful and was able to get my car started, helped us check out to see if it was safe enough to drive home. When we figured out it wasn't going to be safe enough to drive back to Massillon he lead me to the repair shop even pulling over on the road to assist me again so that we could get to the repair shop without having to tow it. He thinks it's the linkage to my transmission. Thanks Brian for making a very stressful time a little less stressful!

these guys are awesome! The driver that came out knew what he was doing and made sure that my families safety came first. Well worth the price. Will definitely call North End again. Don't waste your time with anyone else!

Not helpful at all. I called today looking for a copy of my receipt which I lost. I didn't know that my insurance company would actually pay for the service and thus I threw the receipt away. No help at all all from the person who answered the phone. Needless to say - I will find another towing company, should I need one in the future. Not helpful to the customer. My call was a bother to her. In all fairness - the towing service I received WAS good but the price that I actually paid was higher than the price quoted to me on the phone when I called.

They're horrible! The price that was quoted to me on the phone was not what I was charged. I called back and asked a guy about the difference and he named some new charge that I was never aware of. He gave me no apology and said I ought to be happy cause he would've charged me more. Crappy service!

I am from Texas and was taking an oversize load through Ohio... As many of us know breaking down away from home opens you up for getting Fukd by a towing company especially if you are heavy and on a hill... I have to say these guy's at North End Garage are honest and know what the hell they are doing when it comes to large commercial towing and heavy haul recovery... I have had the unfortunate opportunity to use them on two occasions in less than a week and they have assembled a great group of competent knowledgeable staff. I was 235.000 lbs. and lost a rear drive shaft on a 4% graded hill... Bear towing was called by the state troopers dispatch and after 3 hours on the hill these idiots did not make any progress what so ever due to their incompetence and lack of experience when it came to their equipment or simple mathematics. Out of pure frustration and fading daylight the Ohio Highway Patrol called North End Garage... Soon after they arrived it was made apparent to the growing number of local spectators and the officers we should have called them in the first place!! Matt one of the operators with North End Garage soon had a coordinated effort by both companies and got me up the hill with the load... After I got the bill I was awestruck at Bear Towing charging us over 10,000 for their lack of success to get me up that hill... These thieves charged 350 an hour for 4 trucks and doubled what North End had billed them for the very same services... North End Garage only had charged me 175 an hour for each truck while Bear Towing added every thing they could think of to their bill... Don't get Fukd by the Bear and Go to North End Garage... They will treat you with respect and integrity throughout the whole process and know their business!
