We called them as we had a blown out tire on our cattle trailer with cattle loaded. They came out right away, took the tire off, and went back to the shop to "put a new tire on". They showed up with 2 different rims and dry rotted tires. My husband let them put the one on just trying to get home (we live in KY and cattle had already been on the trailer for 4 hours) paid $200. Got 10 miles down the road.... blew the same tire. Called back. 2 hours later they showed up with our original rim and a decent tire. But when they took the wheel off, the lugnuts were 1 in off the wheel and cross threaded. Charged us $675 as they said they had replaced wheel bearings. They didnt. Charged us $200 for the second visit. I dont feel like we shouldve been charged as it was there fault the second time. My husband is kicking himself for allowing them to put the first wheel and tire on but was more concerned with getting the cattle off the trailer.
Terrible place, sold me 2 used tires with a hole in side wall on one n they broke my stud off n gave me too big of tires. Will not refund my money. Won't even return a phone call . On phone she said $85 for 2 used tires she charged me $126.
Made a appt night before to hv tires (4) put on lady asked how many and what needed. She had a 12 and 1:00 appt took the 12. Got there today for appt. Noone there to put tires on. Said guy wasn't there come back in couple hrs. Very unprofessional if knew wasn't going to have employees to do job why didn't call to reschedule. Took off work early to get tires put on. But found a great place took us in immediately putting tires on now plus much cheaper. ! Don't use if you made an apot. They don't keep appt..
I just want to share my experience. If you have a wheel issue, I don’t recommend going there. They don’t have proper tools, and they put on a used tire while claiming it was new. I paid $530 for it and didn’t argue, but it clearly wasn’t new. I also told them my old tire could be fixed from the inside, but they didn’t do it—again, likely due to lack of proper equipment. I’m not trying to speak badly about them, just giving honest feedback. If you’re near that shop, it’s better to look for another place.

My son unfortunately purchased a truck from these people and took over 30 days to get a title. I continuously had to go back to this business to get them to actually go down to the BMV to process the title. They do not answer their phone. When you text the ladies that work there all they do is give you the run around and tell you it is getting processed or someone is headed down right now to get the title done. One lady says the other is doing it, then the other lady says she was doing it. for over 2-3 weeks they kept saying oh we mailed the title out to you, which was an absolute complete LIE!! Finally after waiting 30 days I decided to make a visit and find out what was going on, and they still continued to give me the run around. Terrible business to work with!!!!!
He posted a tow truck for sale that we went and looked at it and need some work and he took the time to fix the truck got all the handles fixed got everything else fixed but a man of his word

These guys are absolute heroes! Got a flat on the highway driving around 2 or 3 in the morning and was able to help me put my spare on so I could get out to a repair shop and get home. Not to mention super friendly and I could not thank them enough
