Hit by another car today and had my car towed. Overall they were incredibly friendly. They waited for me patiently to finish dealing with my insurance and the state troopers. They gave me a lift back to their lot. And did a bunch of really small things that added up. It sounded like their car storage fees would be quite high, but hopefully the at fault driver's insurance has to pay for that. I did not meet anyone disrespectful or unprofessional and they were very pleasant to talk to.
Leroy and his crew were amazing to my friend and I. My friend blew a tire on RT 30 and they really went above and beyond to help us! They had everything we needed to get the job done quickly and safely. Everyone we talked to that day was kind and caring! Definitely blessed to have had these men come to the rescue!! Thank you for treating us with such respect and nothing else!!! You reallt don't know how much your excellent service meant to us!! We will be sure to use them in the future. Thank you!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE.THEY BILL FOR WORK THEY NEVER DID AND I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERTHING. DO NOT GO HERE. Tried to rob me and charge me for services that were objectively not done. NEVER trust these people they spent an hour trying to swindle me while recovering my suv. THEN WHEN SHOWED PICTURES OF THE UNCOMPLETED WORK THAT WAS ON MY BILL SCREAMED AT ME TO GET OUT AND THREATEND ME THEN THE OWNER CALLED AND DID THE SAME THING THAT SAME NIGHT
Very good, courteous service. The technician tried to save us a tow by attempting to jump start our EV that had a dead 12V battery, but battery was too far gone to revive. He then towed the vehicle to dealer for service with no issues. Very friendly and professional. Thanks for the help.

Honestly just very trashy. Employees constantly used awful language, over the phone or in person. Very very high rates for a place that does an awful disrespectful job. Feels less like a family owned business and more of a scam. Would not recommend.
Terrible service. 18 year old kid crashed and they tried to scam him! instantly insisting for his title without any verification beyond a promise. Totally rude the entire experience and constnatly tried to scam out for title of car.
Worst towing place ever. They started screaming and cussing at me and told me that I had to give them my title in order to get my things out of my vehicle. Tried to charge me $700 for a tow as well. Unbelievable horrible disgusting people.
Worst towing company ever! Very unprofessional! Tried charging my daughter $700 tow! Heard an employee say on a ring camera they were going to get her for 500-600 dollars! The business is trashy! Try to avoid them if possible! Absolutely disgusting!
The neighbor’s family owns 3 Sons Towing, and what they pulled was disgusting. My teenage sister was simply leaving a babysitting job in Wooster, OH when the neighbor came out screaming at her for “parking in their spot.” Instead of handling it like a decent human being, they called their relatives at 3 Sons Towing to come haul her car away. Police later confirmed the tow was illegal because there were no posted signs. She was left crying on the side of the road while they slapped her with a $700+ bill for a basic tow. This was predatory, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how 3 Sons treats people — especially kids — I would never trust them with anything. Absolutely shameful.
Worst towing company possible. They towed my nieces vehicle for no reason and wanted to charge her $700 to get it back. DO NOT use them. They will rip you off. She was parked in a shared private drive and they towed it for no reason other than to get money. Then they were all rude and ignorant when you talked to them. Very unprofessional. If this had 10 stars I would give it. Leroy Miller saved me when I had no one that would help. AAA failed me, all other towing failed me, not Leroy. Gave him a call and he had a truck to me in 10 minutes! He called me while waiting for the tow truck to make sure I was OK. His follow up and service was something I needed in that moment and I really appreciated it.
This towing company saved me from having to walk home and and leaving my car on the side of the road and was quick to help me. Highly recommended! Very nice people! I’m not sure what I would have done without them!
