The place is HUGE! So many nice things to look at. Only reason for not making it five stars is because it's really dark in there.

Really enjoyed walking around here it was very busy which isn't a bad thing and they have so much to look at nice to see such a wide array of items the only 2 negatives I found is parking was atrocious and it was very dark in certain areas inside otherwise it is worth the trip to visit...

The store and giant and it will take at least an hour to browse it, but it’s a lot of junk, overpriced, non antique/vintage items & clothing. We found a few items, but sadly opened the box of one of the items we grabbed to see that was broken, which we discovered while we waited in the 20+ person line.

Friendly staff, lots to look at. Definitely worth the trip. Food, beverages and restrooms inside make it easy to browse this huge facility.

Spent about 3 hours to make it thru the whole mall. Lots of interesting items to look at. Very nice antique mall, clean and organized.

This was mine and my husband’s first time at Heritage Square and though we had the time - we weren’t prepared for the massive size - it is HUGE and we spent just over 3.5 hours browsing and taking our time. Pros: There is so much to look at and tons of variety. Over 450 vendors per the clerk at the front desk! The music selection is 10/10 - we found ourselves singing/humming/whistling outloud nearly every song change. Prices are reasonable and vary per booth. There is definitely opportunity here to get really great items at a steal of a price, with other booths a little more what you expect at an antique shop. Bathrooms are clean, private, and tidy! The Cons: this antique spot allows just about everything to be sold by their vendors. There were MANY booths who focused solely on selling Nazi items and white supremacist/racist items. It is extremely off putting and quite shocking to come across over and over. The glass cases at the front are where the bulk of these items reside, but there are still items here and there in the back booths as well. Without taking into consideration the negative input those items give to the experience as a whole, this would be a nearly perfect spot to spend a FULL day every few months. But as another reviewer stated, I cannot in good conscience rate the experience as highly as it could be given just how terrible it is for those items to be routinely permitted and out in the open.

Heritage square antique mall has all sorts of items. The store itself is pretty big, usually takes about an hour to go thru the entire place. I usually find something to buy Everytime I visit. The weekends can be extremely busy so I recommend visiting during a weekday if possible.

Went to this HUGE Antique Mall on Saturday and we were extremely impressed. If you are looking for Pyrex and Fiestaware like me, it is a goldmine. We walked thru in less than 2 hours, but we were just browsing. It could take half a day if you were intent on seeing every little treasure! The gentleman who helped us look at things in the locked glass cases was very nice and accommodating. I unfortunately can not say the same thing about the ladies checking us out at the registers. Barely said anything to us, very short with other customers and definitely in no hurry. A smile would have been nice. Regardless, we will go back.

First time customer was not pleased by customer service did not feel welcomed, although found good items. As a first-time customer, we would expect to be given kinder directions as to where to go but instead rudely told we were in the wrong place. I am not sure if we will be returning and if we do I hope to be there when people are in a better mood. The cashier was a sweet lady compared to the rest.

Solid experience and selection! I stumbled across this one by accident and it did not disappoint! There are rows and rows of great products. If you look close, you will find rare and unique items!

I've been here twice and still haven't seen everything. Like a lot of antique masks, many of the the cases and booths are different vendors who specialize in specific antiques. Some are more general and I've found random decorative pieces for my home. Also it is fun to just walk around for entertainment on a bleary day

Heritage Square Antiques is a great antique shop. They have a large volume and variety of items. The shop is laid out so it's very easy to walk through and feel like you're seeing everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog in with us, since we were traveling and didn't want to leave him in the car.

Disappointed with this place after reading other reviews. It is a really large antique mall but poorly lit and a lot of "yard sale" booths. The lighting in this place is so bad I had to use my flashlight on my iPhone. With so many booths I figured there would be a variety of selection but it all started to look the same after walking a couple rows. Check out some of the smaller more local antique shops around Columbus - had better luck there and you could see what was there.

Stopped by here while on the road. The place is huge and had a lot of really interesting stuff including some things I’ve never seen before. Also the radio was blasting some really good music from the 70s. Only real problems I had were that the place was surprisingly darkly lit in areas and the people running the place weren’t super friendly. Maybe it’s because they were busy but It wasn’t really clear where the line to check out started and ended. I kept getting shuffled around and ended up waiting for a long time. Not sure If can recommend or if I’ll come back. It wasn’t a terrible store but it also wasn’t a great experience.

my family planned a whole overnight trip just to go here, as we only had a few minutes the last time we were there, and knew we needed a whole day. we had the best time ever, it was really busy even on a Monday, reminded me of antiquing pre-ebay! I cant say enough about the friendly staff, even had some great laughs with other customers. The music was great and I swear everyone was singing out loud, lol. will be back again and again!!

Pretty good sized antique mall with a lot of different booths. Unfortunately we only had about a half hour to browse the place due to trying to make a movie and at first not knowing it was there. Well kept up and clean, prices seemed fair across the whole store. We did enjoy the wall for shame that they had showing shoplifters.

This is one of my favorites in Columbus, usually get here 4 or 5 times a year. Friendly staff, huge building, and great prices. My only real complaint is the lighting, it’s pretty poor in places. Now I understand that the building is old and so is the lighting, so it would be quite an experience to replace all of the lighting. But all together a great place!

I bought a set of transfer ware creamer and sugar dishes. I realized after I left that I was over charged and I called the mall about it. I was charged 12 each instead of for the pair. I was driving and couldn’t the items out so they were check and said I was charged correctly. When I looked at the items with tag still on them it showed it was for both. I live out of state and cannot go back.

Great place to shop for antiques! Always love dropping by to pickup model cars or the occasional Knick knacks for my collection.

2025-07-10 - 2 Stars Too Dark!!! The overall lighting throughout the vendor area was far too dim. Many booths were difficult to browse due to poor visibility. If you plan to visit, definitely bring a flashlight—you’ll need it. A few vendors did provide their own lights, which helped make those displays easier to explore. Fortunately, the showcase sections were well-lit and visually appealing, making it easier to appreciate the items on display. We did end up purchasing a few things from the showcase area, which was a highlight. Bathrooms were underlit and could really use better lighting. Inside the venue, it was also uncomfortably warm. Staff, Everyone we interacted with were friendly Final Thoughts, Unless you’re specifically heading for the showcase area, the rest may not be worth the stop.

Conflicted on this place. Its large, lots of offerings and has been there a long time. You can spend all day seeing what folks have to offer. If you can think of it, it may be there. But there is something that bothered me and I just have to say - why the supremacist stuff? Why sell it? I read an article about this to just understand the thinking, and honestly I just dont get it. Having all this stuff right at the front of the store is just - its not educational. Its not informative. So why? I dont know. If that kind of thing werent there I would give this place 5 stars. But say a vendor wanted to sell memorabilia that some whackadoodles made that made light of 9/11. Would you turn a profit off it? People are free to do what they want but I cant in good conscience put a high rating on somewhere that turns a profit off nastiness like that.

Lots and lots to see. I had a terrific time walking and looking. Please make a point to visit. Wear convertible shoes because theres lots of walking and lots of different booths. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!

One of my favorite places to shop for vintage, antique, and unique in Central Ohio. I have favorite booths I check monthly and I love supporting small business owners too. I buy trinkets, decor, furniture, kitchenware, books, vases, pottery, and so much more.

HSAM is a seemingly endless oasis of nostalgia & memorabilia! The strip mall it’s in appears quite desolate, but do not judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend eating before going because it’s enormous & you will be there for hours if you love antiques. No windows, but they are not necessary. All the items will keep your attention busy. Staff there is very friendly. Highly recommend this place !

My first time here. They have a large variety of items. I actually bought a few things. Now the bad part. Others have complained about it being dark inside and I have to agree. Some booths I passed by due to it being dark. It was always warm inside today. The AC was set at 78 when it was warm and muggy outside. Finally, I thought most people inside including employees were not very friendly. Everyone acted like they didn't want you there. Overall, I might visit again if I was close by but would not go out of my way like I did today.

Always friendly staff, ample parking, clean restrooms, a place to hold purchases if you are still shopping, very large consignment shop and the booths are always full! They even have a commercial carpet cleaner for aisles. There are employees who will retrieve larger purchases which is super nice! My only complaint is that a good chunk of the store is dark which can make reading tags difficult. Many booths add their own lighting. I would give this store a 4.5 if I could!

A lot of items here to look at. As soon as you walk in, rows of cases will be to your right. But they are not worth your time for the most part. And you'll need the time. As you go forward into the main area, you will be greeted by aisle after aisle of "antiques" ( many things I would just call mildly old). It's fun to look around, but as you will find out yourself there are not many things that jump out at you. Still worth checking out. As they say, one's man's trash is another man's treasure.

What an amazing place. So much to look at and so many collections on sale. The prices are a little high but you can find a lot of gems. It's absolutely huge so give yourself some time. The staff is so helpful and cares about you and your treasures. Really loved this place.

Heritage Square Antique Mall has a lot to offer. The setup is different from other antique malls I have visited as they have all the locked cases in the same section and all the big booths in a separate section. It was very clean and well kept, really seems like the owner cares about his business. They also had convenient signage so you know where you are/where an object/booth is. The staff was also friendly. I found the prices to be fair on most things, somethings seemed high. I didn’t find any deals or anything I couldn’t live without though. It also was somewhat dim, but generally wasn’t an issue. As others have said bring comfy shoes as you could spend hours looking around! Here’s a couple cool things I saw too.
