It's a wonder there are any NAPA stores left.... but then if you try to use their website or go in one you'll understand why they are closing left and right. I stopped in this store because I needed anti-freeze for a heavy duty diesel application. I was the only customer in the store. One employee was playing on the computer and another was chatting and wandering around in the back. After a few minutes they decided they needed to come interact with me at the parts counter. I explained that I needed coolant and SCA (additive) for a CAT3208 motor. The guy trying to help was clueless. He explained that he had 7 different kinds of coolant and was going to lead me to the shelf and wish me luck. I explained that putting the wrong coolant in this motor would be a $10K mistake. I then asked if they did much with Diesel and I did not get an answer. At that point I decided to leave. There is a reason I buy most of my oil at WalMart and all of my parts on Amazon and RockAuto. NAPA is a relic of the 1970's with horrible customer service and clueless staff. Prices are haha high like they are some sort of high-end dealer. I just don't get why anyone would shop at a NAPA... and I recommend avoiding this one. The NAPA website (probably not this store's fault) is thoroughly unusable on a Mac.
Does not accept waste oil. Instant no Bueno in my book. Was told by an employee napa as a company hasn't accepted waste oil in 15 years. This is blatantly false. I have recycled oil at this napa and at other napa parts stores in the columbus area and I have only lived in columbus for about 3 years now.

They always have what I want and is almost always cheaper.. just there today 2 12 23 and Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable and also bilingual. Still the best place around.
Worst business hours I have ever experienced. Not to mention their website says one thing and the sign on the door says another.. AutoZone down the street closes at 10 pm O’Reilly on the other side closes at 9 pm and these geniuses close at 6 PM and their website says 7 pm
Had what I needed when I needed it. Called just to make sure they had the part before I drove over.
Friendly service, and if it wasn't a correct fit would be able to return it. The shop I go to get's there parts from napa so I'm confident when buying from Napa. ?Thanks
Placed online order, stopped by your pick it up B4 I got the "its ready-for-pickup" email, wandered around store, the 'guys' were ignoring me, putting away inventory...which this time 'no prob'. The guy looked really (helped) funny when I asked him about popsockets ?...he said if he was 40yrs younger he would've known what I was talkin about. ? ? Still it was an OK visit.
I don’t like giving less than average reviews but I like driving someplace that says they have the part and don’t, even less. I’m in IT so I get it. Stuff happens. Web based price and availability however needs to be accurate. That’s an area where stuff can’t happen. I drove 30 minutes each way for a $3 part because I needed it and couldn’t wait for Amazon Prime. Ended up waiting for prime anyway and wasting an hour of a Saturday.
They ordered the part I needed the quickest and the least expensive of all the places I called around to that day! Very satisfied and will check with them for parts in the future!
Used to spend paychecks here for parts and they started to give me a good discount without me asking. It lasted a good long while but a new manager took over and restricted all the accounts. I love the guys up front but they need to rethink their recent business decisions.
Until they revert these changes my parts will be coming from that big online rock automotive parts store or the dealer.
Phillip's help was excellent! I have a spot the size of my thumb on my fender that's just starting to rust. He set me up with the right sand paper grits, the putty, and showed me how to use the DupliColor paint code matching system. He even ran around through the inventory upstairs trying to find me a better deal on masking tape and a sand paper assortment! My only critique is that when I asked about the all-in-one touch up kit his concern about the cost and me saving money made me feel stupid for asking even though I know it was only because he cared. However, given that I also have some small nicks here and there, I'd rather spend a little extra just to cover them without leaving an obvious spray paint spot. In the end I wound up purchasing both Phillip's solution and the all-in-one!
I don't usually go to Napa, as I have a neighborhood Advanced Auto right around the corner from my neighborhood. That being said, Napa has all the special and extra stuff that Advanced doesn't have. On one of these occasions, I needed a helicoil set. Napa had it right on the shelf and the knowledgeable staff persons were able to go over and get it for me and have it waiting up at the desk when I arrived. Besides all this, it's just fun to walk into Napa and see all the cool things they have! :)
