Needed my tire repaired to complete my work day. They were ethical and quick. Their service was greatly appreciated.

I brought my vehicle in had a 4 wheel alignment and oil change done. Pricing was very competitive with the coupons they provided. Service was done in a timely manner very happy.

They fit me in quickly, fixed what I needed done, were polite, worked with me to find the best in stock deal, and did not push for any additional charges.

This place is great. The people here are very accessible in terms of their availability as it’s always been in my experience easy to walk in and get any issues I have had with my car resolved right away. I highly recommend this place.

My Struts were broken off and the NTB in Reynoldsburg took care of me with no problem. They gave me a financial plan, also their customer service was phenomenal. I will most definitely do business with them again if I have anymore car troubles. Thank you so much!!

They are amazing professionals, they diagnosed the issue with my 2025 Ford Maverick in a short period of time and were able to fix the issue immediately. Nothing but positive things to say and handled everything quickly and professionally.

Called NTB about replacing a light bulb on my truck. Got me in and out. I was only there 15 minutes. Ive been going there for years. Always did a good job. Never tried to up sell me anything.

Struck a pothole with a screw in it. The tire survived the pothole, however, the screw was not so forgiving and struck in a location on the tire which they didn’t recommend a plug or patch. Bought new tire with balancing and I was on my way in less than an hour.

They give great service. Had an oil leak, came in to check it out. My oil filter was just loose and they tighten it up, gave me a quick rundown on my car and sent me on my way. Quick is the word.

Service was quick, everyone is really respectful. They greeted me when I walked in! And got my car in within 10 minutes of getting my information!

I purchased a set of tires a few months back. This evening I picked up large bolt in my rear tire. Thirty minutes before closing, they took it back, repaired at no charge and got me back on the road, as I have a business meeting in Cincinnati in the morning. I really appreciate Bruno the technician that helped me. Great staff working here!

Took my Rav 4 in for a last second oil change. Otis was a great help and got me the best price in town and a quick turn around! Would highly recommended!

Otis was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to wait on a tow truck that made me over an hour late for my appointment, but Otis and the other staff member were very patient and accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. I think this will be the only place I buy tires from now on!

Swapping out two tires on todays visit. Other than me standing in the lobby for five minutes waiting on someone to notice me, the visit went well. Free inspection, let me know that my brakes are going to need replaced in the next three months or so. Price on the tires was very fair. Guys worked fast and did not push additional services which I appreciate.

Had a slow leak in my tire and stopped in to get a new. Service was very professional and fast. Less than 20 mins. Great service.

Called in and got car serviced same day. Didnt pick my tire for me, or try to upsell me to get their commission like the competitor across the street. Fast and friendly service from honest mechanics. Will likely return when I need.

I came here to the Baltimore reynoldsburg road to talk to Rusty sitting over here by the regional because of an incident that happened in Lancaster, Ohio and BT and Rusty has been more than amazing. He checked out my car. He fixed my tires that we're getting eaten off so I just wanted to get on here and write a review and say that corporate did absolutely take care of us and fix the tires and did to fix everything that Lancaster store had messed up and I'm so grateful and I appreciate everything that you've done and Rusty is amazing and just thanks all of you guys for Mavis tires The other review was wrote in January kearney's name

Went for assurance left in tears. The attitude over a question was uncalled for when I was told one thing then another about two different situations. What’s your problem isn’t professional or kind. Now I have a vibration I didn’t have and my wheels were trashed with some kind of filth and wasn’t when I come in. Some of which I can’t get the stuff off. Guess we will have to get another opinion. My first experience here left me bragging about the place and the salesman. This time not so much.

I needed a simple repair to my tire. The staff was extremely kind, efficient and generous. They replaced my lug nut quickly, knowing that it would be our continued us to drive without it. I greatly appreciated their service.

I had the best experience ever with this NTB, I was hesitant to go because there are so many tire places I went to before stopping at this one I was super stressed about deciding which tires to go with and Jimmy made it possible Rusty was assisting me than another guy jimmy came up and he was awesome providing me with the best experience I could of had from a tire place. I would definitely recommend this place very friendly and outgoing! I will be back definitely will put this place out there has highly recommended!! From outer town and had a problem with a tire. Jimmy and Alan were able to get us fixed and back on the road quickly. Very reasonable prices and love the customer service. Outstanding!
