Great place to shop auto parts and more. I had an engine light and I stopped at this location for a free testing to see what error code was and what part was involved. This saved me time and money instead of buying the device to do it. The process took literally 5 minutes. Thank you so much! I also bought a set of 4 of NGK 5787 spark plug for my 2012 Honda accord.
I initially went to the Advance Auto Parts located on 5640 Gender Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110, because this location is where I had gone in the past, and because of the cold weather my car would not start. It was more than obvious it was the battery, which I purchased from this location 1 year ago, and it was rather pricey. My car was down for 2 days, and once it warmed up some I was able to jump start the battery and go to Advance Auto, only to be told that I could not be serviced because he was the only person onsite, but if I returned in 30-minutes the other person would be there and they would assist me. It was still cold, and I had to pick up my dinner for my family, therefore I went down the street to Autozone, and they were extremely helpful, and informed me that I had a bad battery. They jumped started my car so that I could go back to Advance Auto to take advantage of my warranty. I literally arrived within 30-minutes of my initial arrival, only now to be told by the new employee that he too would not be able to assist me because he was the only person there and the other employee had left. I showed him the printout results from Autozone so that he could just warranty out my battery and he simply refused because he stated he had to check the battery himself, then charge it, and then retest my battery, which would take time, but because he is alone, he can’t do it, and there charging machine is broken, therefore, I need to go to another Advance Auto or return another day. I explained to him I had to get to work and that my car had already been down for 2 days, and he stated oh well there’s nothing he could do. He would not even call another Advance Auto. I ended up going home to call the Advance Auto Parts located on 3011 Gender Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH and spoke with Marcus who was truly a Godsend and genuinely amazing. His was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and let me know that as long as I had my receipt that they would be able to assist me with no problems and he did exactly that when I arrived. Definitely a MAN of his word! I would drive out of my way to go here if I need a part or even for some advice. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Keep up the good work and continue to be the blessing that God has placed on you!

Most recently, another branch not only sold me the wrong part (small inexpensive part) which did damage to my car, the other store didn’t wanna swap out the part without a box even though it was new with receipt. I felt scammed and upset leaving that store. When I went to Gender store for a different item and I mentioned my current issue, Jeff and his team stepped up to help and I’ll forever be grateful.
Come here as only a back up plan to auto zone if auto zone absolutely can't get my specific car part in stock at the day or time I need it. The clerk was really nice found my part at another location and we went their and they had it for me.
Terrible customer service!!! Very rude, inconsiderate and not at all knowledgeable about auto parts!! Went to Autozone, they actually had all the parts that I needed, and saved me $80!!
It's a sad day, when an auto parts store doesn't have the best price on automotive batteries. Then you start looking at other products they have that are way overpriced.
I turned on my car, and turned on my windshield wipers, and one flew off. Picked it up went to Advanced Auto Parts. The young man working there was very nice and helped me choose the wipers , and then he and a co worker put them on my car. I was having a really bad day, and they made my day. No matter when I go here, always nice people work here.
The speed and quality of customer service is awesome here. I was not ignored nor subjected to a lengthy wait and my purchase was right and i was out the door less than 5 minutes.
I needed hood lift for my car. My husband was in the hospital. He told me to go to Advance Auto Parts. I recieved within 1 and 1/2 days. I was happy. The workers are nice and very helpful. They care about their customers

A friend had a flat tire they didn't have a jack or lug wrench we could use, not a big deal. But then her car wouldn't start, there jump box was dead. They had a guy help her on his second day working there
Nothing faze these people. Even when you completely brain fart and return various parts in the same day. They'll even loan a tool or 2 when you're in a bind.
I drive from overlea East Livingston to go to this particular Advance Auto they are always super helpful and super friendly I love every one of them works there
I go here often, as I like to work on my own cars. The people here are friendly and I know several of them by name and they know me by name. It's my local neighborhood auto parts store. Advance Auto has competitive prices, but then also give really good coupons. The guys here help me, my mom, and friends. Just today, Matt told me how to fix a coolant leak for my car and ordered the parts I would need! These guys often know what they are doing. They are friendly and knowledgeable. This is everything a neighborhood parts store should be! :)
The folks here are always helpful and courteous. They've installed wipers and a battery for us, and read a trouble code for us once too. They don't seem to mind doing these things. Except maybe once when it was snowing and super cold, but even then the guy was still courteous.
Horrible place if you want respect rude worker and can't get the regional manager numbers to make a complaint. Had been going there for years till one employee can be that rude and disrespectful to make you not wanna come back
