I bought a new battery and had it installed today. After the new battery went in the car wouldn't start. It's an older vehicle with a lot of miles on it but Dylan took the time to check it out and figured out what the problem was. He took care of it and the car has been perfect! Very appreciative of all his help. I will definitely visit this AAP again for anything I need for my vehicles.

Fast friendly service! Couldn't ask for much more than that. Matt S provided fantastic customer service, honoring the online discount on a battery after I had issues completing the purchase online. With service like that, I'll be back for any future auto part needs because there's usually very little difference in the products & price from one store to the next, but service is a completely different story, often making it the deciding factor me personally.

Fast friendly service. Parts needed in stock. I have used other parts stores in the past but I prefer this store as I usually get great service

Receive five stars for handling a phone inquiry quickly. Some years ago the had a program through which you could buy guaranteed used parts. Sure was good for the availability price and part quality. Unfortunately the answer to my call was that the no longer offer that service. In which case I’ll still shop retail for regular new parts.

All the employees here are extremely helpful. This is always the first place I check when I need an auto part.

Mike Murray was knowledgeable and very patient helping me to choose the correct brake pads rotor, and calipers for my older Honda crv. Being a woman it isn't always easy and he seemed to be very trustworthy. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

Always are gave the wrong parts to get home and it's not right. Returned them then can't get right parts cause i have to wait for money to go back on my card. Now I'm bumming a ride to work at 3am ?

Majority of the staff there do not have any knowledge on car maintenance or the parts they sell. Instead they rely on just a couple staff members, interrupting them working with customers and providing services. The team cannot figure out how to prep online orders and instead interrupt in-person customers and the staff. Had to replace my battery terminal connector after one staff member used an impact driver to take the bolt off. Sheering the connector completely. Of course they do not provide this service so I had to do it myself. Been here multiple times for different parts and always they completely miss the mark for knowledge and service.

Matt s was extremely helpful when I was looking for windshield wipers! He was so sweet and attentive and helped me get in and out quick! He even took the time to come out and help me put them on my car!

Stopped by Advance Auto parts to get new windshield wipers for my car. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman named Matt. This young man took the time to help me find the wipers needed, came outside in the rain and installed them for me as well. This young fellow was really polite and nice to me with no complaints.. I was in and out of there in no time....That's what I call customer service!!! Thank you!

I do NOT know cars or car parts. Matt was so friendly and helpful and made my experience so stress free. All I knew is I needed a set of replacement wipers and he also gave me great advise about getting my tires rotated. He didn't try to over sell me things i didn't need. It made me trust Advance Auto. Love going to this place whenever i need parts for all my cars, Thanks to the guy that always helps me, his name is MATT, no matter the day or time he has always help me out alot and alway goes above and beyond his job to make sure i have everything i need. he should get a raise, his knowledge towards cars always make sure i get what i need....

I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable about parts and prices, but I gotta give Matt S. credit for making my day a ton easier. I was in the market for a new alternator and he found the best priced part for my make and model. He also came out and changed my battery a week after the alternator had been installed with such speed and efficiency. Made my life easier and was so friendly and easy going. Definitely will be hoping that Matt is working when I need my next part/tools!!

Check Engine light came on and Matt helped talk me through what I thought would be a cumbersome process but was WOW’d by how kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable he was. He didn’t MANplain lol me. Just told me the part (spark plug) that would be needed for the repair and answered my follow up questions with a positive friendly tone! Great customer service is far and few these day but not at this location thanks to Matt. Would recommend to friends and family.

I always try to get my parts here! The employees here are THE BEST and they genuinely take time to help me as much as they can when I'm there. Definitely one of my favorite places to invest!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I thought I needed a new battery, but when they checked, It was a loose connection. They tightened it up and rechecked the battery and itwas good, There was no charge. When I do need a battery, I will be back. That's why I like Advanxe Auto. They are honest and trustworthy. .

I can not remember the guys name but he was super helpful.. with batteries for my key fob and screws for my tags. He installed everything.. thank god bc I had my toddler ? there was also another man and a woman working.. super cool crew.

Shout out to Mike this morning for going above in beyond. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable enough to share mechanic resources. As well as checking my starter and running a diagnostics test. I really appreciate his help today!

I arrived at the advanced auto store at 4:34pm 2/18/24 Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Josh explained everything to him and then Mr Matt took over and assisted me I was only in the store for 3 mins Josh and Matt took great care of me This is the customer I applaud .

Great service. Employees knew exactly what I needed even when I was horrible at explaining it. Prices not too bad. Great variety. Useful insight from staff on questions and suggestions about my vehicle.

The employees here are very helpful and very friendly! They give you plenty of information about the battery I bought! He even came outside and took the old battery out and put the new battery in my vehicle! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I will be going back there anytime I need a part for my car!!

Was in the store 5-10 minutes before associate stopped texting and asked if I needed help. I asked for a book to look up parts and was told to use a QR code with my phone to look it up myself or they could look up. Their look-up pulled up different size than I looked up, but the experience made me feel like I was an inconvenience for him. This is one of the reasons brick and mortar is dying.

Very friendly and helpful place to shop. I was looking for a steering wheel club to protect my 2016. Hyundai. The clerk informed me they were out of stock. Told me to try Amazon if I was in a hurry to buy. I thanked and left my name and phone number in case they got some in. The next day I was called and told they had located a club in another store and would be in this store next day. I thanked the caller and told him that I had taken his advise and ordered one from Amazon. Caller said ok. He said he would be able to sell their club quickly. I have been a customer for Advance Auto Parts for many years. This is just one example why I am a repeat customer. Thanks again for going the extra step for your customer.

I ordered my items online, it was easy to order, everything was available for me to pickup at the store. My items were set aside for me ready to be picked up at my convenience. The sales person was very nice. Took just a few minutes to check out and I was on my way home . Great place to buy from. Will absolutely ?% order from them again.

I always check Advance Auto Parts for anything I need before looking elsewhere. Usually they have what I need for very reasonable prices, I actually managed to order some exhaust parts from them cheaper than Amazon's pricing last week. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I used to work for the Pickerington location years ago and they were a great company to work for as well, and someone saying that about a retail job should speak volumes about the company.
