I was very impressed with the quality, speed and price of the work performed by Scott and his team. I was treated respectfully and even offered lunch while I waited- an extremely positive experience.
I had a great experience at NTB! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my vehicle finished faster than expected. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s hard to find places you can truly trust with your vehicle, but NTB definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!
Friday evening just leaving work and find I have a low tire. I contacted NTB and they told me to head over, no problem. Pulled up and they had me back on the road in no time. Unheard of customer service! I know where I’m going! Greatly appreciate your service!
Got a screw in my tire, called the 8160 East Broad St location and not only did they tell us to come on in on a Friday evening close to 5pm but they also fixed our tire for free. We showed up and they were already waiting on us. This type of service is rare to find. Look no further if you want the best customer service possible. Thank you for your help NTB!!
Came in with no appointment and was helped immediately. My brake pads were shot and rotors were shredded. They replaced them all quickly and for a very reasonable price. I already knew there were lots of other things wrong with my car, and my mechanic was kind enough to diagnose those problems without pressuring me to take care of them today. Scott went above and beyond and made sure I stayed informed through the entire process. A+ experience all around and I’ll definitely be back for my next repair.
Just had to take my son’s car up here to see about a leak in his tire. Didn’t make an appointment and they got us right in and fixed his tire free of charge! Will definitely give them my business in the future!
I would highly recommend NTB on E. Broad St in Blacklick, Ohio. I had my car in their shop during the snow and cold spell. They replace my starter. They had in done in one afternoon. They were friendly and courteous. I will take my car there for any future repairs.
Called and went in on a Sunday 45min before they closed and was able to fix for us with no problem. Excellent customer service and won't be forgotten and will recommend to everyone. Didn't get his name but his customer service was above and beyond. Thanks again for getting us back on the road again so late on a Sunday.

They really helped us when we were in a pinch. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. My dumb car needed a special battery and a difficult installation. The auto part store across the street wasn’t able to help, and suggested I try NTB. They had it in stock and were able to install it quickly.

Visited them today because my battery died. They were able to replace my battery, do an oil change, and fix my washer fluid very quickly. I was also pleasantly surprised that at least a couple of them can drive a manual so I didn't have to pull the car in myself like I do at a lot of places. Friendly people, fast service, and the price was reasonable.
Came in with a tire that wasn’t holding air. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and got me back on the road. Awesome service, really friendly and knowledgeable techs. I’ve always had a great experience at this NTB!
Scott, and his team were very professional tending to our service needs with a sound inspection and resolving our fluid leakage issues. Once it was located he via team showed me the issues. The good news there was no additional cost, which was a financial blessing during this holiday as we were preparing to travel out of state. These guys are really down to business and hospitality is great!

The service was quick, less expensive than I thought it would be and they even reset my cars clock for me. (I never changed it after the time change as I never look at it for timekeeping) Everyone was professional and courteous and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Scott and his team!

Jason and Scott take no days off. I brought my mini van in for a same day walk in service and needed extensive repair and brake work done. They were very thorough and accommodating and gave me a quick assessment. I’m grateful for the service men at this NTB and for how they communicated everything that needed to be done and for getting it all done in one day. We will be back for sure.
I had a great experience. While driving across states had a tire issue. My tires are hard to find and when I called not only did they have 2; they had a same day appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour; with a needed alignment. Scotty and Otis took good care of me and I was able to get home safely to Delaware from Ohio. 400+ miles later no issues. I also like their email appt summary with location and phone links. I knew exactly what the costs were and it was reasonable. Highly recommend! I also liked you could see in the shop while you waited.
Nice ppl everytime. Great service. I went in with flat tire and it was quick and easy tap tap found my warranty and took care of the issue no problems. Been coming here for auto care almost 2 years and counting ???
Friendly staff. Quick service. Had alignment done for a good price ($119 with taxes). Great location. Dropped off the van and walked to do some grocery shopping.
