Larry and his team at Fine Line in Reynoldsburg are magicians. This is the same bumper. My car is 23 years old and low production, so there was not a reasonable new bumper to buy and put on. Larry and his team made it look new. He gave me a very fair price considering my budget and the age of the car. They did it in one day too! I am so grateful to have found these guys. Absolutely stellar work. They are good and geuine people who are professional. Very rare now a days. I can't thank them enough. If you need your ride fixed, call them first. I will send every one there from here on out. What a gem!

Service was great! I called about my window not being able to roll up and down and they were able to fix it with no problems. They were also very friendly and I didn't have to wait long to get my car back. I'm very happy to be able to roll my window up and down again. I would recommend friends and family to go there if they run into some car problems.

This was a very positive experience. Everything turned out exact match. Anything I didn’t understand it was explained from specific car repair to how the insurance process works and was updated throughout. I went in to have my car repaired after a minor accident. Carrie, the front desk lady was very kind a friendly and helpful and took care of dealing with most of the insurance issues. My car looks as good as new. However, I had an appointment to pick up my car at 11am Saturday, and I got there exactly on time. I had to wait for them to dig it out of the snow, and then once I got my car home, my battery died because they neglected to tell me that they had to jump it to get it started. On top of that, it seems as if someone there snapped the legs of the hula girl on my dash, and then set her back up as if they didn't break her. This was also not communicated with me. I am very unhappy about this, as it was a gift from my mother. Overall, Carrie was good at her job, my car is fixed, but staff communication is clearly something that they struggle with.

First, I will give credit to Larry. He is such a gentle man, he will speak with you with a alot of respect and understanding. Secondly the work was great it brought the front of my truck like a brand new one. I do really appreciate all the guys who did the job. I will recommend them to many people as well.

Fixed my daughter‘s Lincoln after had had been an accident. We paid out-of-pocket and the pricing was fair and the quality of work was great. We will be using them in the future for any of our car needs.

A deer ran in front of my truck and damaged the passenger side up pretty good. I brought it to Fine Line and they did a fantastic job. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Easy to deal with and great communication. Collision Repair made easy. I would definitely recommend.

We had fine Larry at fine line auto body repair a bumper that had come loose from accidentally rolling over a parking block. Larry is super friendly and walked us through the process. I was able to obtain a rental from them while they were doing the repairs. Repairs were done within 1 1/2 business days from estimate and I am very pleased. There was a small hiccup of misunderstanding on repairs needed, but Larry made everything right and car looks wonderful. Thank you Larry!!!! I don’t usually do recommendations, but would definitely recommend them for any auto body repairs.

This shop held great communication between me and with my insurance! They gave updates as they could and had friendly and personable staff inside! My car looks brand new again after hitting a 4ft piece of sheet metal on the highway. I am very thankful for them being able to fix it for me.

The Fine Line Auto body shop in Reynoldsburg on Brice rd has excellent customer service and makes you feel that they will complete the job. The manager there, Larry, convinced me that I need not to go with any other auto body shop. His office assistant, Carrie was very nice and courteous. I couldn't come and my car by closing time and since I didn't live very far from the shop after Larry got off work he delivered my car to my house. Never had a body shop do that. Excellent service! My 2018 Nissan Rogue had part of the plastic splash shield hanging down. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the missing fasteners, and secured everything perfectly. Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
