Brake discount centers, These guys sell used cars as well. Better avoid buying from them. No Loyalty, no priority , no emotions, no principles towards customers . Just hardcore business. Talk very rude. Not customer friendly. They agreed to sell a car we decided on , and we drove 1.5 hrs to the shop. Jim , the owner of shop asked us to wait few minutes for the car to show up and took our details. After 15 minutes when we asked for the car , they said it’s sold. We just shocked and confused, when enquired further his son Carter came very rude and simply told us it’s sold and leave from there. We couldn’t talk more. Just left . People who are soft spoken and value the time and have ethics simply avoid them. These guys not for you.

I came in to have one of my headlights replaced. They anticipated that it would be done during the same day as they only needed a few hours to work on it. It was supposed to just need a bulb. After further investigation, it needed a new ballast. They had to order it. The agreement was for them to give me my car back until the part came. I needed my car. They didn’t do that. They kept my car, which was upsetting. They kept delaying the service and kept my car. I demanded my car back. I tried to resolve the issue, but they were unprofessional about it.

great shop I recommend you come here they got my brakes done for me in only a hour! I was given a great price and they worked with what I had.

Had a great experience working with Brake Discount Centers. Had my own rotors and pads I bought myself and needed Brake Discount Centers to install for me. No other car repair service center would allow me to bring my own parts and have installed. Cost to install was fair. Customer was great Highly recommended Brake Discount Centers for all automotive repairs!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Got me in same day! Im not a car person at all, I had a bad rear wheel bearing and they explained everything to me and were extremely polite. Listen! I’m not a fake person but very real, with real financial things I face all the time. I came in today after going to a major car service shop and I my brake pads, rotor, and caliper was all shot. What was 1200 at the other company, Jim and his team met me where I was at 350 and did it in a timely manner with great hospitality and kindness. I’m a lifelong customer and I will be going to him for first for anything I need with the services he provides. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks Jim! Thanks Brake Discount Centers, Chris, and Jim for great, quick, and fair priced repair on my van. If you are reading this and wondering if this is a good place...YES it is. I would have spent easily $1,000 or more at any other local well known car repair shop. My vehicle went in with horrible grinding in the brakes and a leaky radiator and it came back out sounding like a new vehicle. I couldn't be happier. This was a blessing and I am thankful to have found Brake Discount Centers. They have my business from now on.

These guys are the BEST! I've been doing business with then since they opened. They have never let me down! It's rare to find a business that's professional, honest and above all has INTEGRITY. If you want to get your car or truck repaired at a very reasonable price ask for Jim. They have saved me tons of money over the years and they stand behind their work!

The owner and staff are easy to deal with. They always make the transition smooth and truly care about their customers. They're friendly, they're kind, and they explain everything and truly go out their way to make sure that things are well taken care of. I remember the first time I went there I had a slow leak in my tire and the owner came out with no hesitation looked at it, found a hole in the tire with the nail, patched it up, fixed it and didn't charged me and ever since then I've always been loyal and came back whenever I needed work done on my cars. The staff here were phenomenal. I was stuck in Pickerington at the shell where they are located. My car would not start. Had it not been for Jim and Carter, I would’ve never gotten home for thanksgiving. Not only are they honest, hardworking people, they are fair. I called multiple places for quotes on my battery, and they couldn’t beat Brake Discount. It was a few wires. Not even a lot of work in my opinion. But then again I’m not a mechanic. Thank you Carter and Jim for the phenomenal work you did.

First time I had work done, Pickerington replaced my water pump,.... but they did $495 in damage to my power steering lines in the process. They admitted to the damage, but refused to fix it. To show how low they are, during the initial water pump repairs, we conversed in the waiting room about my apparent physical limitations. I have major limitations due to seizures and major post concusion symptoms. Obviously, I don't have a lot of funds. My water pump was paid in full at the time of service....why? So cold. Why would you be so caring to my face, then be so wicked to not repair the damages you admitted to? And you know of the daily hell i experience! Chris, who answers the phone and speaks to customers, is obviously hired 'for a reason.' The manager-owner seems nice, but he hires his employees and knows how Chris works! Obviously, a lot of customers don't leave reviews. Do i recommend? No!!!

Great Customer Service- No Hassle and Honest! I went to the Buick dealership and they said it was going to be $415 for my front roters and pads and only came with a 90 day warranty. I called Chris with Brake Discounters and he was very straight forward. It was $229 and included a 2 year warranty. After reading all his reviews i couldn't justify spending the extra money. So glad I didn't! they were great and squeezed me in next day after I called. They also work on a lot more then just brakes so I will be using them in the future.

This place is amazing. The guys there are awesome, friendly and kind. They were honest, and did excellent work. They were able to take care of my car without an appointment. I will definitely return to them again for any car repair needs.
