Boyd’s in Pickerington is great. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I take all our vehicles here. I highly recommend them
We always get great service at Boyd's on refugee road. Very fair pricing and work done on time. Staff is great at diagnosing problems and giving excellent service. Highly recommend them.
I made an appointment to have my car serviced and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I dropped my car off at the arranged drop off time, gave them my keys, and, again, was told it would be done by the end of the day. About 5 minutes after I leave, Boyd’s calls me and tells me it’s unlikely that they will be able to get to my car today. I understand if a shop is busy, but it’s inexcusable to tell a customer MULTIPLE times that they will complete the job by the end of the day and then be unable to deliver. I had already driven the 20 minutes to the shop, arranged for someone to pick me up and drop me off at the shop, and dropped off my car. I was not even offered an apology when I picked up my unserviced car. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Scheduled a drop off to get my TPMS sensor replaced. On the phone they told me to drop my vehicle off “as early as I can get it here” and “there’s no pick up after 5 so make sure you’re back by 5 to retrieve your vehicle”. The earliest I could get my vehicle to them was 10 AM. After going hours without hearing anything back, I called them at 3:08 PM. Was told that they fell behind but my car would be one of the next ones up. I asked if I would still be able to get my car today if the work wasn’t completed by 5 they assured me yes I would be able to get the car today even if the work went pass 5 o’clock but they’d give me a call when it was finished. 5 o’clock came and went and I still hadn’t heard anything. Went back to their store and the door was locked with my vehicle literally in the same place I left it at 10 AM, untouched. There was a worker still present who came to the door to let me in. I asked him the status of my car and he said they hadn’t made it to it today and anything that was left after 5 PM would be staying overnight. He then proceeded to say I was 2 hours late for my 8 AM appointment so they didn’t get to my car. I was unaware I had an APPOINTMENT for 8 AM when I was told to just drop the car “as early as I could” NOT AT A SPECIFIC TIME. The employee present said it was miscommunication between them and the call center or something along those lines. Nonetheless, very unprofessional and inconvenient. Got my keys and booked an APPOINTMENT for the place across the street. Boyd’s in Blacklick was great when I went maybe the Pickerington location should take notes?
Excellent experience ! Text with pictures of issues, calls with explanations and time estimate for repairs. Professional and courteous employees. Will continue to use them for car maintenance and repairs. Very satisfied.
Honest. No BS. When I called I actually talked to a person at my local shop, which seems to be a thing of the past for most shops these days. They’ve got a new customer here.
I had bought tires from an online retailer and took them to Boyd’s for mounting. Every associate I spoke with was very patient, professional and friendly. I will only go to Boyd’s for my vehicle repair and tires from now on.
I went in with a very flat drivers side front tire. I’d blown it up earlier that morning and it was flat within minutes.
I was met at the front door by a technician. I asked if he could replace my front tire. He looked at the size etc and they didn’t have any in stock. He ordered one in for me. Boyd’s is closed on a Sunday, and so he said he’d phone when the work was completed. They called earlier this evening and had replaced the two front tires, and inflated the others. All done in a timely manner.
Patrick was AMAZING! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Really meant a lot as we were an hour and a half from home and needed a tire. Highly recommend
I brought my vehicle (2004 Jeep Wrangler) that had been in storage to Boyd's for some much needed maintenance, as well as being new to the area.
The diagnosis and estimate were fair and clear. The repairs were done when promised and now it runs like new! I will definitely be trusting all of my service and repairs with Boyd's.
The person who greeted me upon arrival and when I picked up my vehicle was very friendly and communicated well. It was an overall pleasant experience dealing with them. Highly recommend!

Also, I dropped my car off after hours, two phone calls the next morning on what I needed/wanted by the afternoon, I was driving my car home satisfied. Quick and efficient. Thank you. Just moved to the area near my nearest Boyd shop and I will be returning with future vehicle maintenance needs.
Very nice facilities and easy to work with, I booked oil change on my Mercedes and was in and out pretty quickly, also they do full inspections and take pictures of everything!! I really like this outfit ! Price was 35 dollars cheaper than valvoline !!
I have always gone to Reynoldsburg location but live in Pickerington so I tried them in Pickerington. They were wonderful as far as I am concerned. Gave good explanations and every employee including the manager was friendly and very professional. Great job done by all office staff and mechanics! Would recommend Boyd’s for tires and to take care of my car for any and all repairs I may need!
I dropped my vehicle off stating that I needed a new alternator and the next day they called and said nothing was wrong. I told them to take it for a test drive because it takes about a mile for the indicator light to come on. After they determined it was the alternator they charged twice the price for the part, granted I only googled the part cost, but if an alternators costs $600 for the part alone I’m shocked. Then I declined other services over the phone and they did them anyway and charged me. Not pleased with the customer service, hopefully the work is to standard.
The staff was courteous & efficient with my oil change. They advised me I will need new tires at some point. I have do complaints, everyone was very nice and the oil change was completed in a timely manner
I took my wife's Honda Odyssey in and Marcus and Herb took care of me. They properly diagnosed the issues of the car and kept their word to have it done by 4pm. They actually had it done way before that time. The price was great, service was great! I recommend Boyd!
Made the first appointment on line without any problems. Had to change that appointment so the change was made via phone call. Staff was very friendly. Vehicle taken in and within a short while it was done. Some other up coming services needed were brought to my attention also. All in all it was a great experience and I will return for more future services needed.
I called around to a few Goodyear dealers and BW Tire was not only $200 less for the same tires and alignment... they were exceptionally great to do deal with. They got my truck in and had it done when they said they would. The guys there are pretty cool to chat with. Great experience 👍
