I came to the Pickerington location due to poor service at the Canal Winchester location about a year ago. I only deal with Riley here at Pickerington. He is so honest and he provides great customer service every time I come in. Amazing young man!

Awesome customer service called before I went into church about my damaged tire talked to Riley who was nothing but kind and honest with me and made sure all my needs were met and got me in as quick as possible they worked on my car diligently and made sure I didn't have to wait around to long awesome place highly recommend great team service and shout out to Riley the worker who helped me out a ton and put my needs above his own despite them being busy he handle every customer including me with his undivided attention and made sure everyone's needs were met great guy amazing worker and very kind and humble

With all repair shops for our automobiles you have to allow for issues to come up whenever your car is being serviced. But I am happy to say that my experience today was one of the best when it came to getting tires for any of my vehicles. I have a large 15 passenger van which this location can handle. They happily scheduled my new tire install 2 days ago and got me in and out in an hour and 45 minutes which is probably a record. Kelby Salazar, the store manager, came in on his off day to help out and was able to fix an issue with a commercial account saving me over a $100 on my new tires. They did a inspection as well and let me know my air cleaner was needing replacement soon and the front end alignment is slight out. Both of which I can do myself and another shop does the front-end alignment for my van since most shops can't handle the larger wheelbase. But the fact that they checked, for free no less, is a big plus in my book and I plan on scheduling a front-end alignment with my alignment shop next week. I want to give a thumbs up to Riley as well who was working his rear-end off to make sure all the customers (there were 3 of us of in the waiting area) where updated on our vehicles. Overall, this was one of the best experience I have had at a auto repair service center or shop and I 100% recommend Firestone in Pickerington, Ohio for all your automotive needs. 5 out of 5 stars.

Have been a client of Firestone Pickerington for several years. They are always friendly and helpful. As a widow, I rely on others to give me good advice and I feel Firestone Pickerington has done that.

The Firestone in pickerington on refugee road is the best one to go to everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of your time, they got me in and out real quick I was shocked considering my bad experiences with other mechanic shops, I will definitely go back and recommend

I was told by the dealership that I needed a new tire. Riley was very helpful and kept me updated through the service. He provided me with the good news that they would be able to patch the tire ( after Toyota told Me it couldn’t be patched). I appreciate their honesty!

I've been visiting this location since 2010. First, Jared was the head of the ship, and now Kelby and a smooth transition with no problem—great customer care, above and beyond each and every time!!! I cross town to come here!

Kelby was amazing! My oil light came on and he took the time to check everything and add the oil properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing things the right way. I booked an appointment online last night. I am not allowed on my phone at work so I missed the call where they tried to reschedule me. We just got hit with a Level 2 Snow emergency last night. I tried to call to three times before coming in but choose to anyways. I just wanted to give Riley and the mechanics here a huge thank you for getting my car in today.

S/o to the guy LOGAN that work here, from start to finish he was very respectful and got me squared away. His energy just came off very relax and patient. They were busy so for him to be like that I was very appreciative. I highly recommend coming to this location if you need work done. The rest of the crew was cool as well. I came in for an emergency with my engine, kelby was super helpful & fast when it came to looking at my car! there is so much patience & empathy within this firestone! i 100% recommend this location as they were extremely helpful even while a lot on their plate

I visited this store on 11/2/25 for an oil change and to have a nail removed from my tire/patched if need be. I made an appointment and showed up promptly where I was told oh actually we only do walk ins but the website still lets you make appointments for no reason. My truck sat there nearly all day. We tried calling multiple times but no one would answer the phone so we went back to store. They took my truck back to complete work. At pick up I was told they removed the tire and a repair wasn’t needed. Three days later (11/5/25) coincidentally I notice a nail in the same exact spot. We go back to the store where they tried to lie saying it was a different one and that they can’t remove it because of location and try to sell me not 1 but 2 tires because they can’t just sell 1. They are liars and clearly can’t be trusted. If they lie about something as small as this no telling what bigger things they will lie about. Funny how the nail is in the same exact spot to include the gravel in both pictures.

First, when my wife went to the appointment on 10/22/25 at 01:00 pm she was told there's no appointment available although we have a confirmation by phone and email. Second, provided list of expensive repairs without sufficient explanation. We think that part of the repairs were done before "like the coolant". Staffs do not have the patience to explain. Will never use Firestone anymore.

Today my service advisor was Kelby who was phenomenal! He was communicative about things I needed, and even about the inspection they did for recommendations! I have gone here a few times and never had any issues. I feel the prices are fair and reasonable. Kelby is usually the one that I talk to and he is very friendly and easy to talk with. They offer suggestions but don't try and force additional work. I will continue to take my cars here.

Outside of upgrading the type of oil used for my oil change when my drip plan was replaced, I am completely pleased with their service. They are quick and efficient. I have been going there for almost 4 years and they never try to tell me items or services. They explain issues they find and make suggestions and explain why I may want to get a particular item or service in a way that is easy to explain. They also take the time to allow you to find coupons to make the service more affordable. I definitely recommend.
