Michelle made me feel very comfortable with my experience at the doctors office. The breathing exercises every hour really helped with the bruised or broken ribs I had. Thank You Very Much Michelle !!!
Dont go to this autoparts waste off time people there look like they hate their job not helpful at all always have and attitude rasist especially the brown crackhead with no theeth working there dont waste your time
Tried to buy some wire loom sold by the foot on their own NAPA website. Arrived to be told they don't sell by the foot, only by 50 foot boxes (evidently a certain manager at that locations personal policy). I even showed them the screen capture for curbside pickup to order it from the NAPA website. Sorry. We don't do that, our manager doesn't like to deal with it.
The other NAPA (20 min drive away) sells the same product by the foot and is glad to do so.
Rebuilding my 66 Chevy Truck and own 5 cars which I maintain myself. Spend a few hundred bucks in car parts and shop consumables very regularly.
Evidently I'll be going to the other NAPA or continue to shop their competitors instead of this place.

Wow!!! How service should be done!!! This place is awesome shout out to Damian for getting it right and fast. May cost a little more but well worth it. Parts are right and fit better. This is my new place for all my parts. Thanks to you all there.
The great service goes along way when you are looking for that one impossible to find part that's almost 40 years old. I received enough help where I know where to get that part now. All thanks goes to NAPA.
It's a decent auto store. But they should stock up a bit more though, there always missing something for example I needed a fuel pump for a mower, I called they said they had it and I came 15 minutes later and they didn't have it.
Debbie (seen in company photo here) is absolutely amazing. She is technically knowledgeable, very efficient, and really amazing at customer service. You are lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated employee. She is the reason I will come to NAPA Pickerington first when I need something
I love going to Napa the only negative thing about it which most of the time they could pull some strings and satisfy you is whichever store that you purchased the item at you have to return it there on top of all that you can have a brand new NAPA part that you did not use it would like to return but have no receipt they will not return that part one good thing about Napa the parts do last longer than any other place unless you're buying from the manufacturer, Dave the manager at the Napa in Pickerington is very good at what he does I came across this and he was able to fix it because he knows I spend a lot of money in there
A friendly knowledgable staff, and great deals on consumables. even on bad days, these folks stay optimistic, and get you taken care of fast. I've been com ing here for 5+ years, and always try to make them my first stop, because usually, if i do, they are also the last one.
