I came in to get a tire pressure sensor replaced. My car diagnostic said one sensor was bad. They said it was 2 sensors that weren’t responding. They quoted me $240 (buy 3 get one free at $80 a pop) never ONCE did they mention the additional $150 for labor. Had I known (or if possibly, I had been a man, this wouldn’t have happened…) I would have opted for the 1 replacement.

The shop manager Bill went above and beyond for us with the car as well as remaining patient when dealing with the other company. The tech explained everything in detail at pick up.

I will be returning here for all my automotive needs. Very friendly, helpful team at this establishment. Got me back on the road same day I took my truck in. And, believe it or not, I was blown away by how inexpensive it was. We don’t get to say that very often anymore. Highly recommended.

Purchased a new vehicle that had some things due for repair, worked with Bill, great customer service and very upfront about how things are handled. I would use these guys over and over.

I took my car in to address a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. It was a Saturday morning and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they could take care of me, as I didn't have an appointment. Also, I was pleased that they repaired it with a patch rather than a plug. I noticed that the tech used a torque wrench to manually tighten the lug nuts, which I prefer. All around it was a good experience and I'm happy with the repair. Good work!

I would give 10 stars if I could. They were very transparent and honest. Was able to fix the problem and had me out the door quickly. Will be back if I have any other maintenance issues.

Not really happy with the service. I came for tire issues and they only fixed one tire so I had to come back for another tire

Stopped in the other day for a nail in my tire. Bill and his team did a great job repairing my tire for less than 30 dollars! I also got a free inspection and like the dealer told me I needed new brakes but it was almost half the price the dealership quoted me! Needless to say i returned the next day and they did a great job on my front pads and rotors Bill did a great job explaining the 2 year warranty and made me feel right at home.

This place will never get my business again blatantly unprofessional workers and rude management. My wife got a flat tire today which was no big deal I can change a flat tire but thin lies the problem I couldn't get the lug nuts off the bolts and the technician we called couldn't get them off. The technician looked to find out they couldn't remove the last two bolts. Come to find out he had to use all the strength to get one off of the 3 that couldn't come of the lug nut was damaged to the point he couldn't put it back on the tire. He recommended the last people that touched the tire which was this establishment that didn't even put it in their system last year fixed a hole in my wife's Tire and rotated the tires. But didn't tell my wife the process how they got the tire back on there by damaging the lug nuts. Now the rude manager who's only been there for a month says they can't do anything because it's not in their system because the technicians were lazy last year and didn't document it. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix a problem they created last year because they didn't want to give us a new tire. And they got back at her by damaging it.

We were here for an out of state funeral. Had an obvious vibration and were afraid to head home without service. Stopped in and were given fast, professional and honest service that was priceless to us. We appreciate all the people working here and would recommend them to anyone.

Bill saved me do much time and money I am forever thankful. Very knowledgeable and great person wouldn’t prefer anyone else to service my vehicles. The staff was also 5 stars!!

Unfortunately this was my worst experience getting my car worked on.The shop ran codes for a misfire and diagnosed the car ,let me know what needed to be done, and quoted me the price. When I paid and picked the car up the check engine light was still on. I put the car back on the code reader at Oreillys and the same codes were present as when I dropped it off and the kicker is the car misfired and didn’t start. I called the store and was told they can diagnose it for 100$.

The one staff member I interacted with was extremely rude from beginning to end. He was condescending and dismissive and argued with me about everything; from whether my car was or wasn’t a hybrid, to the things I was personally experiencing in my car. I used to go to a different location across town and never had any issues so I will absolutely not be returning to this one.

Location under new management The two times I talked to the new manager he comes off rude, lacking in people skills and inpatient. Most recent experience that happen a few days ago. I ask manager if I could get an estimate on rear springs or struts due to I wasn't quite sure what I had. He quickly said struts are $800 plus tax. I said we'll does my specific car have struts, he says I don't know. Instead of looking up my car to get more information he let's me know that I can make a appointment and that there was a guy behind me that had one. In other words make a appointment or get out of the way. I have been a loyal customer with this place for awhile, but never again and I will be spreading the word to everyone who lives nearby. So there's no mistakes, location is refugee and 256.

My experience was awesome. There was a guy at the desk with dreads very personable took good care of my car, because of him and his co worker I will always go there for tires!

They put these rims and tires on my car they did a perfect job, and I will bring all my other cars back to them.

I made an online appointment and I walked in the manager greeted me. He assisted me with answering any questions. I had being an older female. I have caution always going on, but he put me at ease… I took care of my car quickly and efficiently… Everyone is pleasant there. I will definitely return with any issues that I have in the future. Walk in, Manager Todd Smith greets me with a smile , let’s me explain my situation, need brake pads or possibly rotors on front. Courteous, made me feel confident, honored my time frame of when I needed my vehicle back , and went above and beyond with my needs. 5 STARS, I will be a long time customer to this home town store. “Donnie” I believe was a tech mechanic next to him as well as I checked in. I have visited this location a few times now and every time I go in the staff is very welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. I typically dread going to car shops without my dad because I am a young woman and have very seldom knowledge about cars and fear getting taken advantage off. Whenever I had questions or didn’t know something Mr. Todd would explain it to me very simply. Again the staff ALL have been very pleasant to work with. 10/10 service!

Weekend of July 4th, flat tire. Desperately trying to find anyone to help, until these guys finally came through! Very friendly and professional. While we're not local, would absolutely recommend this place for the work ethic alone! Work was completed well and speedily.
