Excellent sales team,quick and efficient service on getting the product I needed.

Went in trying to find a spline wheel lock key due to some aftermarket wheels on my car. Megan was awesome and helped me try out several different ones to see which would fit before I made any purchases. Unfortunately none of them fit, but Megan continued to try to help me find a solution until we came to one. I did have to go elsewhere to find the key, but Megan made sure I knew where to go and which key to ask for. She also provided me more information than I could’ve asked for. I will be back to this location for the continually exceptional service regardless of if they have the product I need or not.

I stopped in because my rear wiper blade had started to come apart. The store had a replacement and installed it for free after the purchase. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient sales associates!

Staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. After a repeat trip, the situation was handled efficiently and promptly.

Battery charging here is free. But their prices of auto parts are a bit higher compared to other shops around

So...um...the Seafoam I was looking for was in stock and on sale as advertised. Couldn't buy wipers because they don't have a master book for models and sizes. They make you ask someone at counter. However, besides usually higher prices than AutoZone, there was some rib lady who cooks around town out of a trailer in any lot that will have her who was inside the store, with a mask on her chin, smoking a lit cigarette and berating the counter help about paper towels and everything being 10 dollars in the store. Super weird, almost out of body type experience.... I know I definitely wouldn't eat ANYTHING prepared by her, and if she's parked at a local business, I will definitely avoid that business. Other than that nugget of sideshow, it's a parts store in need of help with above average prices.

Online purchase of a new airfilter. Had it pulled and ready for me in 15 minutes. Showed up, grabbed it, and went on my way. Friendly staff made in interaction a breeze.

The manager is a cool dude, and the staff is helpful. Only four stars due to limited choice, and being higher priced compared to the other auto parts stores.

During a recent spell of extreme cold winter weather, I needed to replace my car battery and wiper blades. I spoke with John via telephone to confirm availability of the battery I wanted and then drove to the store to pickup. John and Kurt were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. They swapped out my old batter and wiper blades, despite the sub-freezing temps and biting wind, and with smiles and laughs the whole time. I have always gotten good customer service at this shop, but the recent experience with John and Kurt was top notch. I would highly recommend this Advance location.

I went in looking for a product to remove scuff marks from my car fender. The gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful, they even tried it in my car to make sure it worked.

Just moved to the area and found my new auto parts store. Smaller store but the workers are top notch. Dealt with a guy named Kurt who was one of the best customer service reps I've had in a while. I was in a rush and he loaned me tools to do quick work in the lot as well as offering to toss my trash. Absolutely great worker and experience.

The store manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. I told him I wanted to return an item and he sighed and cursed at me because he didn't want to have to process my return. That is not how you treat a customer. I believe his name was Kurt.

My son went in tonight to buy a part for my down car that was at home. Kurt refused to sell him the part stating he “Did not like him” as my son use to be employed at this location . Forcing my son to go elsewhere minutes before closing time to try to find the part for me to have a car for work the next morning. Very disappointed, We will never do business with this company again. You can’t refuse to sale due to a personal feeling. Completely unacceptable!

Needed a new battery, salesperson showed me several different types. Explained the warranties and then installed it for me. Good job

Came here with a jump started car and suspected a dead battery. Kurt was quick to assist in finding the right battery and even though it was about 15 degrees outside he had my old battery out and my new battery in in 10 minutes. I really appreciated the quick service and was on my way home within 15 minutes of arriving at the store. Well done!

Very helpful and great service. Probably could have received the same parts for less online, but if you need something right away you are a captive audience. They provide a great service at an acceptable price.

Great Place. I only Deal with advance auto. A Guy that works At Advance on Gender Rd had Bought me a New Alternator when I was going threw a difficult situation. I would say his name but I don't think that would be Exceptabale. Good people Deserve to a Light shinned on them

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with hunter who was not only knowledgeable and got me both filters I needed but also installed my new back shield window wiper;-) thank for the help and awesome service to both of these gentlemen

Not sure of his name but beware if the bald guy... Started off with poor customer service..then sold me the wrong part...then when returned wrong part he got an attitude that i was returning it lol.... Told him he sold me the wrong part, his response was "well ive had a hell of a day so i really dont care & dont want to hear about it" needless to say it didnt end well... Will be my last time goi g to that location

Looking for a Flux Capacitor. I always go for the name brand Flux Capacitors but the salesman ( Erfurt) told me I could save half the price if I purchased an Advanced Auto brand Flux Capacitors. I ended up buying 2. I love you guys !

Always a pleasure to deal with. Never an issue if you have to return a part. They alway have plenty of people working so you don't have to wait to be helped. This is a stark contrast to most of the other auto parts stores in the area.

I have a 2013 acadia everyone knows how easy it is to change the bulbs. The lazy staff wouldnt help me out all u have to do is pull back a plastic peice and insert bulb. I guess your enployees are against coming outside. Called autozone and they were more than happy to help. Autoparts has officially lost my business 😏

Store manager rude. I witnessed him mistreating and belittling his young female worker. He was very snippy and rude to me (a customer) too. The old managers were amazing...not so sure about this store anymore. However, the young staff members have been good so far....but that manager i think his name is dennis or something (not sure about name, but he is a Larger man) is rude AF.

Staff is always helpful and willing to answer questions. I have very little knowledge about cars/ mechanic work so I depend on the staff for information to assisst me prior to settling on which shop to take it to or whether it's something I can do on my own.

They always have the parts I need. Most of the time, they even have the tool I need, when I have a tough repair to perform. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, quick service, competitive prices!

Needed to get my battery changed during this crazy cold season. the gentleman who I wish I remembered his name but he wore glasses and had a beard like Santa was quick and efficient while installing my battery good people nice service! thank you!
