I've been in this location twice now. While it's not the easiest to get in and out of due to the location and the angled parking spaces, the staff were very friendly and helpful both times and they had exactly what I needed.

The weakest autozone I've ever been in, i pretty sure it was because im white, not that black folks are racists or anything,but I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes and watched workers walk by me and help other black customers out, until I left

The staff were incredibly helpful, but the manager was atrocious. He was too busy to approve my “Veteran” discount. I thought AutoZone kept my veteran status with my telephone number, that’s how they identify me, isn’t it? I overlooked his actions & attributed his attitude to a bad day. 30 minutes later when I returned, other employees were very helpful, but guarded. The manager (bearded guy with eyeglasses) was still rude to me personally. I even attempted to apologize for whatever I might have done to upset him, but he rebuffed me & turned his back on me. I felt empathy for his employees who were genuinely trying to help me the 5 times that I walked in that day & purchased items. They needlessly bear the consequences of his disrespectful behavior. I will NEVER return to that particular store & will seek different auto parts outlets in lieu of AutoZone whenever possible. I’m unsure exactly what his words were in the initial confrontation, he chose to chide me from across the room, rather than engage me face to face, as polite conversation dictates.

Recently began having some evap problems. Visited the Pickerington AutoZone for assistance. I was quickly sloughed off by a balding guy who was too busy with commercial sales to help me. I was about to leave and take my business elsewhere, when I was scooped up by Joe Lepley. Joe went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to fix my car. Thanks for your help Joe; Keep doing what you are doing!👍👍

I pulled in a 7:57 needing a battery even though they closed at 8PM. Marc and Brenda helped me swap it and I was out super quick. So thankful for the customer service and good attitude!

I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to Brenda! I came in with a check engine light and no knowledge of how to assess the problem. Not only did she get me an answer, she explained the part, what it did, how much it cost, and a general rundown of other factors. I purchased the part, she then told me, after installation to come back so she could clear the code and check to see if the problem was resolved. This is now my favorite and first stop for anything auto related!

Went over because I suspected my daughter's car had a bum battery. Alex B. kindly came out and tested it, determined that it was bad, and then proceeded to removed the old battery and replace it with another. Kept me informed the entire time what he was doing and was incredibly polite and courteous. Thank you Alex for your excellent service

It's always an interesting experience when entering an establishment and none of the staff greet you? Yet, the person that enters 30 seconds later gets the appropriate greeting and asked if they need assistance. Ummmm..? Well - money has always been green and although its mostly digitial now - the same principle applies. So I take my business where the customer service is welcoming. Additionally, I share my experiences with my military community because we love to support each other. AIRBORNE...!

Richard Stoltz who works at the Pickerington Auto Zone, 880 Refugee, is awesome! He went above & beyond to help me with my car. He was patient, helpful, & answered all my questions politely & with the knowledge I needed to understand how to add coolant to my car, that is 22 years old. He actually helped me put the coolant in because I have no idea how to do it. He was so helpful, kind & willing to help without being asked. He was awesome! I tried to tip him but he declined & said it was a pleasure to help me. That is what great service is all about! Everyone ask for Richard to help you, he knows what awesome service is.

Everyone here is always amazing when I come in. I just want to shine the light on Nic. He has helped me out tremendously not once but twice now. Thank you Nic for being an amazing human being! I appreciate your soul ****CAR SAVER If you believe you are having transmission issues or something along that line grab you some SeaFoam first to make sure you didn't just put bad gas in your vehicle. Works like a charm and almost instantly. When in doubt use SeaFoam first prior to spending hundreds or evens thousands. They have PLENTY of bottles here at this location.

I go straight to Auto Zone when need car parts or help. They have been helping me in Columbus area for 30 years. They have warranties on their products that I am always able to use no questions asked. If don't have part at the Pickerington location on Refugee they tell me which store has it or offers to have it sent to theirs. The staff.....is always.....pleasant.....always!

Looking for wiper blades. My phone didn't work well in the store, but the cashier #2 helped me out and I got the right blades. He, I believe is Hispanic, and very helpful.

Came in to get rid of some used oil and pick up new brakes and rotors for my suv as well as some other stuff. The employees were super nice, and a very nice older man carried and disposed of my oil for me. He then carried the empty container as well as the rotors to my car when I was ready to leave. Great customer service. ☺️

The guy behind the counter named Don I think? Well he wasn't very friendly. The young girl that rang up the Jumper cables I purchased was helpful... I will just stick with Advance Auto parts, those guys are much nicer and way more helpful.

I'm at the CVS in Pickerington, I just tested positive for Covid-19. While waiting for the test results my battery finally died. I called the AutoZone next door, they took my card over the phone, and brought over a new battery, and installed it. I didn't even get out of my truck. Liam was very fast, friendly, and saved my behind. The staff at this store has always been very nice, but today they went above, and beyond. Thank you so much.

Before my trip to AutoZone, I had spent some time trying to figure out the exact parts I needed for my car but was unsuccessful, despite referencing the owner's manual. I was hesitant walking in without knowing specifically what I needed, but that changed the second I walked through the door. I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything. Dillon was quick to help search and locate the items I needed and even provided guidance with recommendations. He was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond by lending a helping hand. I am so grateful for my experience at AutoZone!

Well everything I tried to ordered for my 2006 Audi a4 quattro 2.0t, was never in stock at the warehouse but the CPU always said it was. Then when I would go to pick it up they would say it was not ordered so I would order it again. Then two days later when I would go back to pick it( for the second time mind you) I would be told finally, after 4 days of trying to get my part, "oh we cant get that part it dealer only. So now I go to advanced auto parts because the can always get my parts and have even started to stock my most common ones.

Car had trouble starting this morning, so ran over to AutoZone for battery check. Sure enough battery was no good. Kwan helped get the right battery and replaced it for me. I bought an air filter while there and he taught me how to change it myself. Great customer service! Would like AutoZone to start hosting small clinics so everyone could learn small vehicle maintainence.

Autozone is #1 in my books when it comes to customer service. The staff at every store I’ve ever been to has always been courteous and extremely helpful. They put their customers needs above the bottom line. Twice now I’ve witnessed staff recommending that a customer buy a certain item at a different store to save them a significant amount of money. That’s doing business right. That guarantees that I will always, always check Autozone first for all my car needs.
