Went here to get an inspection on my car. It wasn’t the prettiest car but as long as you bring the title, receipts, and your id you shouldn’t have an issues. Whole process takes around 15-25 minutes. Convenient location because you got the dmv office and other offices right there. 10/10

they seem to do okay with me I had all the paperwork I needed and I had the title in my name and the receipts with the vin number that I used to repair the car and it passed

The officers here are very mean They only want to fail you regardless of the effort putting the car back together the correct way They will fail you for just left or right Parts mistakes on Receipts

Worst people that works on this location including the supervisor they all needs to get fired, they don’t know that they work for us we pay there salaries and tax that place needs get shut down for good

Don’t waste your time, worst experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going to a different inspection office. Extremely rude staff absolutely zero help.

I took my car this morning to this location driving from Columbus Ohio, with bill of sale notarized for parts I changed and title of the car where I took them of but the title wasn’t notarized, the law says don’t have to notarized titles between dealers since March 6th 2023, but the officer won’t pass it and he told me to notarize the title first! It doesn’t make any sense!

Follow the letter of the law and get you through as quickly as they can. You NEED the correct paperwork though, if you don't know call and ask, they won't take a photocopy, they won't take close enoughs, they HAVE to have the actual part receipts or they'll fail you till they have them.

please to whom it may concern please this guy call Robbins needs to be retrained or fired as soon as possible, he is the most prejudice person in that building, very unprofessional conduct and Rude. brought my car for inspection with all the receipt of replaced parts, this guy insisted that I must provide receipt for roof airbag that was never changed, made every attempt to prove to him that the airbag was never replaced but he insisted and failed the car based on that reason. telling me to call Columbus if I have any question.

Worst unprofessional staff that works on this location including the supervisor, they all need either to retraining them or change them if positive. they are mody, they don’t work on any standards. They just look at ur face , so u will have one of two options, they might like you, and accordingly, make ur inspection easy, simple , or they don’t like you,ignore-you and reject ur inspection for no reason using their power.

The inspector was great, friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to and smiled, even did some small talk for a min! Everything including the inspection, the title redone and the registration took less than 30 min! As long as you follow the rules and directions for your inspection needs you'll be fine!!! Don't cut corners it's your vehicle and repairing at the end of the day!

Terrible service. The officer was rude and never gave me an opportunity to explain situation to him. I had an electronic receipt for the new bumper and I still failed inspection

So I get there a little late to my appointment. Praying that they’ll still see me. Of course I was turn down. But as I’m leaving there is NO ONE there to get their motorcycle inspected. Like dude could’ve got me in. But that’s that power trip these officials have this days.

I have nothing but high praises for the officers/ inspectors at this facility. He went out of his way to help me out from an embarrassing situation of the car not starting after his inspection. He let us use his jump starter to try and start it with no luck and even gave us a 10 mm socket to try and tighten our wire to the battery thinking that was the cause of our problems. Again very embarrassing. He was also very nice with regards to checking us in and was very patient with our paperwork. I was sure we would fail because of problems with our alternator but surprisingly we passed. Again nothing but high praises for these officers.

These officials are here to do there job they are highly trained to do there job. Don't take offense if you fail or they are critical of what your bringing in or if they are critical of your paperwork, and not a single one of them is prejudice it is there main job to assess a situation and a person on site the moment they are you or your vehicle it's what they are trained to do it's there job and they do it correctly as they should if they fail your vehicle it's for good reason

Don’t know the name of the tall guy who inspected my car but I’m pretty sure he’s prejudice. Looked for ANY reason to fail me! Shameful service and he needs to be fired

They always do a good job and are very nice. The people complaining on here just don’t understand the process.

What they’re doing has nothing to do with Salvage inspection, all they doing is receipt inspections failing an inspection because there’s not enough info for the seller on the receipt is total bul These guys don’t know anything about salvage inspection. Other states have certified mechanics with salvage inspection certificate doing the job and here you see officers doing salvage inspection that don’t know anything about cars.

I accidentally brought the wrong title. I had everything else right. Guy said there's no way for me to look that title up. Its 2019, they should have the capability to look up a damn title.

Both times I had brought my vehicle to the location everything went smooth, and they were polite. 10/10. Know what you need and if you have any questions or concerns ask before the day of your inspection and your appointment will also go smooth.

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Stay far far away from this toxic waste of space.

Horrible service. They chose to close down 15 mins before 3 and will not help you in the slightest. Worst group of people in uniform would hate to have them protecting my rights
