Personally has been the best store for me to get parts quickly and have other people's and my own to be on the road going strong again and that store is 4779

Ordered a part online as it showed it was in stock, even paid online for it. Arrived at the store for pickup and they did not have the part, a 20+ mile drive from my house. They did say that it was in stock at an even further location, but made no effort to confirm. We went to AutoZone, who we expected not to have the party but did see it showing in stock not far away, they called the other location who confirmed the part was in hand. OAP was a poor experience.

Came in a couple of days ago for a battery replacement and Nick replaced it quickly, he had a positive attitude the entire time and answered the questions I had, He did a great job.

Scotty was very helpful and knowledgeable. He hooked up and read the computer code that was causing my engine light to illuminate. Very Much Appreciated!

Had what I needed for my old car I was impressed that they had it in stocks most parts stores don't have much in older car parts 1966 parts

Went there today and spent over $150 bucks.Do they have a break room?Because I dont want to talk to kid waiting on me while he has food in his mouth eating from a pizza box on the counter.Place was empty but I still felt like I was bothering the 2 employees there.Slow movers as well.And I was the only one to say "thank you".And when I did the kid in a Tipp football shirt who waited on me said "yup".Classy.Have you forgotten we have 2 more auto parts stores in town?It seems to be the case.Another customer lost.....never again.

As as I walked in I was helped immediately... Came looking for something specific ~ settled for an option, and was able to return when finished for refund

Do NOT trust Scottie. He's a THIEF and a LIAR! Get a receipt whenever you leave something with him.

Good prices and parts availability. Has a loyalty program that emails coupons for cash off next sale. I've had really good experiences here in the past. But....... Based on two trips over the last couple weeks it seems like a staff turnover may have occurred. Obvious new guy was supposed to replace my battery. He didn't understand negative cable comes off first or righty-tighty/lefty-loosy. Even when I asked, the other staff made no effort to help him - just called him a derogatory name and walked away. Sucks when co-workers would rather cop an attitude and ridicule instead of helping one another (and the customer.) Where is management to hire someone that obviously needs training and then abandons them to flounder? With several other parts stores in town there's no reason to come back and tolerate this type behavior. This is an example of the staff taking a perfectly good store and driving a repeat customer to the competition. I will go to elsewhere the next time I need parts.

Great customer service, very helpful with the part I had to order. The part was there when they said it would be.

Few employees smelled of achol and also seen a visible beer can. This is not a place for beer or liquor. Not professional at all. I'll add photos soon there coming

O'Reilys in Troy, Oh was exactly what it is suppose to be. A friendly guy that helped me w/ what I needed. I had told him my car stalls in the middle of me driving. He brought his equipment out and tested it. While I thought it was fuel injectors and have been buying fuel injection cleaner, come to find out it needs coils and spark plugs for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. $250. Ugh! However, I did buy myself a couple air fresheners for my car 😁 Anyway, my trip was fine. I will be returning tmrw to get what I need if I can.

Great service went in to buy a stereo. Had a problem with the wiring harness talked to Curtis he was very helpful in fixing the problem.

The staff went above and beyond the call to get me everything needed for a large project. Excellent customer service!

Always helpful and professional. They never push more expensive parts, remember my name and my projects too. Kinda like Cheers of the parts stores, for those of us who remember that far back lol

It's where I go to get all my car parts an oils cause I get the correct part with great customer service

Fantastic customer service. Parts and typically a bit cheaper elsewhere, but I will continue to shop O'REILLY. Headlights purchased and installed right at the store. They were even able to able me change my air filter and wiper blades.

They're ok, go to Walmart for refrigerant it's $4.88 it's over $20 at O'Reilly lol.

Every experience I've had with O'Reilly's in Troy has benefit file these guys exemplify because management and professionalism of your store you guys should be proud of the employees like this
